Good high quality flooring at a great price

Had some good items customer service not great. Someone who i thought was a customer was at counter speaking loudly only to find that it was a employee waiting for clock to strike 530 pm. No greeting was given when walking into store to ask what I might be looking for. Although showing item in store not available when looking in computer to order. Not a great first experience

PRODUCT FINALLY IN STOCK I HAVE ASKED FOR TWO YEARS TO LET ME KNOW WHEN STOCK COMES IN . THEY NEVER DID. I DECIDED TO GIVE THEM ONE MORE TRY SINCE I COULD NOT FIND THE SIZE COUNTER I WAS LOOKING FOR. YEAH THEY HAD IT. SO I GO IN I DONT GET GREETED . SO I WALK BACK TO MAKE SURE THAT ONE ITEM IS IN. A GUY WALKS UP AS I WAS ALMOST AT THE COUNTER HE SAID I WAS TOLD YOU NEED HELP AND I SAIO YES WELL LONG STORY SHORT I ASKED ABOUT TILE TO ONE OF THE 2 GUYS THAT WAS THEIR HE DID A QUICK ANSWER AND PROCEDDED TP BE ON HIS PHONE SO ITS TIME ALMOST TO CLOSE I GET RUNG UP I ASKED ABOUT IF THEY HAD BEEN IN THE MILITARY ONE SAID NO THE OTHER SAID ALITTLE BIT I SAID I WAS A RETIRED SPOUSE BUT NO DISCOUNT BUT TO TOP IT OFF NEITHER WAITING OUTSIDE SINCE I WAS WAITING ON MY HUSBAND AND TOLD THEM HE WOULD BE IN ABOUT 15 MIN. STILL NO THANKYOU NOR DID THEY CONSIDER TO WAIT. ALSO THE ONE THAT SAID ALITTLE MILITARY SAID RETIREES ARE RUDE.

My daughter just bought a new home. So we wanted to go to the home outlet in Fayetteville NC. We found everything that we was looking for. Tub shower door that slide and a Home front door . The only problem was WE got no one at all to HELP us from the time we step foot in the door no one offered to help us. There was a lady behind the desk when we walked in. And she also walked pass us on the floor. She turned her head.

8:30am!? It’s about time a store opened their doors at a reasonable time. Few things more important than a good night’s sleep

We find all sorts of deals here plus they offer a military discount. If you are flipping any part of your house check this place first. We have saved hundreds of dollars by purchasing materials here and doing the work ourselves. Also look for clearance prices on cabinets, doors, tiles, etc. Thus place is a money saver! They could use more staff but no other complaints.

Nice alternative from the big box stores for cabinets and flooring didnt get to check prices but the cabinets were beautiful

I was pleasantly surprised that it was more than just a warehouse with flooring and cabinets , home Outlet had a variety of flooring, countertops, cabinets, ect .

Very helpful staff, great prices. Just wish we could do pay by phone orders, we renovate multiple homes each month and would like to bring more of our business to Surplus Warehouse, but we end up going to Home Depot or Lowes because our Project Managers can checkout with a pay by phone option. Fingers crossed theyll upgrade to that option in the future.

Wonderful people and prices. Bobs customer service was awesome. He helped us find what we needed and gave us tips on our project. Only wish they had people to install but he did give us a few trusted contractors names in case we need one.

We have used multiple locations of Surplus Warehouses. We have rental properties and flip houses as well, so we shop here rather often. When we do its usually quite a bit of stuff. When we went to this location they were VERY helpful, and really did a great job helping get the items, made sure they used our landlord account, asked if we were veterans etc. to make sure we got the best discount. This store by far had the BEST customer service of the other ones weve been to.

I had a great shopping experience today at Surplus Warehouse in Fayetteville, NC. I purchased a tub, vanity and marble top. James was the associate who helped me. He was very friendly and helpful. I recommend shopping here!!

In general I like Surplus Warehouse. The prices are always good. The one in Raleigh has quite a bit more selection than this location.

Stopped by to look around they have some really nice items for really good prices. I will be using them for my next remodel or upgrade.

Yesterday I visited this store for the first time since it opened in Fayetteville. I am pleasantly surprised with the great selection and good prices for floor tiles, doors, and tub doors. I have two houses which need major remodeling and this store will be my first choice for materials.

We got a excellent price on 12mm thick flooring! Salesperson was very helpful!

They were very helpful, assisted us with what we needed in a timely manner and gave us time to look as well. We will definitely be back soon!

We didnt really find them helpful at all. They were all at the counter talking in a group with each other and we felt it was like pulling teeth to get information from them. We came in there looking for a specific kind of counter top but they did not acknowledge us coming in then would just point from the counter in a general direction when we asked a question. Not very good customer service. I would not recommend them.
