Nice place, a bit pricey but its worth it. tho i do wish the womens sneaker aisle was a bit bigger, my sister had trouble finding a good pair of everyday shoes that were her size or even any running/walking shoes at all. overall i like the place, good selection of shoes (its lacking here and there). tho the guy at the checkout seemed kinda dead inside and was a bit rude, but that didnt bother me too much, at least i got my shoes and my icecream didnt melt 👍.

Ive been here a couple of times and each time its very neat and clean.

I had originally posted a positive review but after buying the shoes and returning them I have changed my opinion. The shoes I bought were not slip resistant or anywhere close. I was extremely embarrassed at work when I slipped in front of the manager on my first official day. Got 75% of my money back because of the BOGO promotion. Extremely unhappy to say the least.

No one was rude, however no one was friendly or helpful. There was a young lady standing at the register and we had to ask her was she working at the register, then she began to ring our items up. While preparing our purchases this teen girl was on her phone finding humor, not cool!

Used to be my go to place...but lately this RackRoom didnt have any impressive inventory. Nothing for Spring or Summer. I hope that they improve their inventory or I will have to look elsewhere for nice shoes.

Bought a pair of shoes at another store but the mate was a display and had been stretched. So I went to this store to exchange for the same style. They didnt have them, so I thought well Ill just go to another store. But before I could finish that thought the lady offered to order them and have them shipped free of charge to my home. I greatly appreciated her offering this, as I didnt realize it was an option, and now I dont have to go store to store seeking out these same shoes.

Many many pairs of cute sandals ! I couldnt make up my mind because there were so many sandals that I liked. Clean quiet store.

Had the exact shoes we were looking for when no one else in town had them!

Clean but a bit disorganized. Left frustrated. It seems every time I am there and ask if they have a certain size in the back they always say that what they have is on the floor yet I see them consistently going to the back and putting shoes out. I feel like they just dont each to look. I left empty handed. Wnt down the road to Kohls and bought two pairs of shoes.

Decent selection for all. Can sometimes catch a better deal on clearance items.You can probably match or even beat some of their prices on the common brands but if youre getting more than one pair, it probably balances out with the 1/2 price on the second pair.

Sales associate was not too helpful nor friendly.

You have to make your choice of shoes via if the size is available on the shelves. What happened to carrying back stock? The buy 1 get one pair half off was a good deal. The salesperson that was vacuuming in the aisle I walked in did turn if off. However, my wife almost tripped over the cord for the vacuum while it was in use - being pulled as the staff member was vacuuming another aisle. I thought the cleaning of that nature was too be done after customers left. Also, to be let out, staff had to unlock the door. Isnt that a fire code concern?

My wife takes her time shopping for shoes. I just asked to use their restroom while she shops and was denied. I wont be buying shoes for me here, going some where else. Recomend shopping at shoe stores with better customer service.

The shoes are pretty standard. Ive bought shoes here before, and the shoes are okay.The service- wow, is it non-existent. I stopped in 30 minutes before close just to see if they had a very specific kind of shoe. It would have taken 15 minutes tops to see the shoe, try it on, and buy. Of 3 employees, not one spoke to me at all until I was leaving. One was vacuuming- totally fine for half an hour before close!- and one was behind the counter. That guy just looked at me. I passed the third employee, a woman, as she came out from the back. To be fair, maybe this third person assumed her coworkers had greeted me or asked me if I needed help (Spoiler: I did). The employees stood behind the counter and just watched me walk down every aisle to check myself (which would be fine if I werent trying to hustle because closing was soon).On my way out I knocked into some boxes because the guy vacuuming was in the exit aisle. The guy kept vacuuming. No one moved or spoke until Id gotten down to picked them up, when vacuum guy bent and grabbed a few. When I stood, embarassed, and headed for the door I got my first contact by the woman saying, Have a nice night!Total time in store: 6 minutes. I actually had time to write this whole post in the parking lot.Towards the end of the night, customer service is super important. If Id been greeted, I would have been there less than a minute and left content with the experience. Instead I feel dismissed and resented. Not cool, Rack Room. I guess Ill only come back if I feel up to being resented.

Went to buy 4 pairs of shoes for gifts however when my elderly mother needed to use the bathroom they didnt have one. Need to fix that issue rack room. Buying shoes takes time and people need tonuse the bathroom. Purchased elsewhere and will not be back.
