O - STARSRcpt# 74091. DLUKENS had poor customer service. He wasnt doing anything, the store wasnt busy, and he just watched me walk in the store and at the bare minimum didnt even bother to say hello or welcome. I waited over 10 minutes to see if he would help me, but he did not, as he just stared at me. He even turned his back towards me and was trying his best to NOT help me. He jumped from behind the cash register to help some other customers and even offered them suggestions. He failed to mention to me about a rewards program, but did so for another customer. He was quick to tell me where items were at when I asked, but not once asked me if I needed help finding anything. This particular location needs to hire people that will represent this company in the best way possible.

In person store is good but beware of the website. They havent shipped my order for 3 months and dont respond to any emails. This in person store is fine but a little pricey.

Went to a few military surplus shops in the Fayettville area. This was by far the most organized which makes finding what youre looking for easy. The prices were definitely better than average as well. This will be my first stop when in need of items.

Worst place to go shopping for your military needs. Highly overpriced products plus this company DOES NOT care a bit about military personnel and their families at all. They just want to make a buck out of you. Will never recommend this place to anyone military or non military.

I have a hard time choosing boots. I brought in a pair of boots that Id had beyond the 30 day return, but hadnt worn them outside. The person on staff took them back. I exchanged a pair that Id ordered from the corporate website for the same boot in store (different size) w/o an email confirming purchase. Their customer service is above and beyond. This company deserves your business.

The staff working there were very friendly and answered all of our questions concerning the amazing boots they have available. Additionally, prices were in a reasonable/afordable price range. I 100% recommend trying out this place for military/tactical gear and purposes.

Can anyone advise if the store is open? I see that they have different hours through the end of the month. I just tried calling 3x and didn’t get an answer.I leave in less than a month for Air Force OTS and am 6’8, 240 and would like to try on uniforms instead of buying them online. Thanks.

By far one of the best businesses in town, they actually care about the community and the customers they serve. We are a small charity origination called I Ride For Them dedicated to honoring the memory or service members who gave their lives for our country. Meagan, the manager has been incredibly helpful in helping us with our goal. She has gone out of her way on several occasions buy assisting us with over a hundred unique memorial ID tag, each one carries the name, date, and location of a service member who died in combat. We give those Tags out to Motorcycle riders all over the country who promise to share those stories and never forget the sacrifices made in for our country. without the help from Meagan and the rest of the staff at U.S. Patriot Tactical we never could have honored so many great Americans.

Great place for military personnel. Has a variety of boots with great staff that make recommendations for the best purchases. Has a lot of miscellaneous gear that can make you look cool but may not be authorized for official duty or may not really effect performance. Also has Air Force items which may prove useful.

They are fast!!

It was a little pricey but everything was in stock and the cashier was really helpful.

I liked them, I went there to get my uniform ready for an Army Ball in July 2018- they have everything you need. Nice folks and knowledgeable also.

Great store! Came in with a packing list for Sapper school and they literally had everything (and helped us find everything) which made it a great one stop shop!

Great service and great selection. Since I am a civilian first responder I just wish they had certain items that are black in store. Thanks for everything!

They do not have a wide variety of black boots nor do they say online that most of their boots are online. We will not be going here again.

Such a wide variety on tactical gear as well as great prices! Awesome customer service, they are always willing to give you a helping hand with anything you need. From trying on a pair of boots to getting you everything you need to head to school or for deployment to finding that gear that you lost and now have to replace. US Patriot will give you a wonderful shopping experience!

Great store with a lot of options for boots and other supplies. Chantelle and Sarita also provided exceptional customer service during my visit! Its hard to find workers who actually do their job well and these two went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for even though I was taking forever to decide. Wide variety of boots, gear and stuff you need for an everyday military guy. Staff was extra helpful and willing to help the time i was there. Plus when I was paying I had a discount JUST BECAUSE!

Best selection of boots that Ive saw. They have the whole spectrum of sizes for the boots they carry as well. Staff is very helpful. They carry all kinds of other things. Like tac gear from vests to accessories for your kit. Hooah patches gallor. Flashlights and headlamps from quality brands. Rifle accessories and slings. Overall great store, best in area.

Itd be nice if they didn’t follow you around the store like you stole something.

Came in last night to buy a plate carrier. Black guy working, didn’t get his name no name tag or anything, smelled like a hippie festival. Paranoid that where he touched it to put on the counter smells. Might return it, but doubt I’ll ever come back to buy anything.
