The mechanical side the last building to the left is horrible .will have you waiting for days ---weeks. Absolutely the worst business Ive encountered in GA... Never never again

The man they call Mr rigg does a phenomenal job putting in tinting your windows and making sure that its professionally looking. I will highly encourage if youre looking for window tinting is the person to talk to.

Very pleasant service for my window tint

This place is actually zero stars. The worst mechanic every. Out of couple hundred dollars cause he couldnt figure out whats wrong. Then you can reach him on the phone and hes never there. Had my truck for 3 weeks for a simple starter..what ever you do never take your vehicle to him

Always excellent work, but wait and call times long

This business, in which it shouldnt even be classified as such, is INEXPLICABLY HORRIBLE! First and foremost, the service I received here was nothing less than shameful. The work ethic, communication, estimated time of completion, etc. left a lot to be desired. Secondly, I was quoted a price that I paid for upfront and a date of expectancy that my car would be fixed. HOWEVER, my car was there for 9 months than expected and the price was increased $700+. Lastly, but certainly not least, he had a nonchalant attitude about the service and my complaints about what I was receiving. This was disturbing and a deterrent for me to recommend him to anyone that may need service done to their vehicle. I hope no one else becomes a customer to this degrading, defiled, dishonest, and definitely disgraceful vehicle servicing shop.

This place is horrible. This man will take your car apart, and keep it for months. He locks his gate with your car inside, he will not answer your phone calls nor give any update on you car. I had to call the police on him for my car he had 2 1/2 months. His name is Will and he is a chronic liar. Do yourself a favor dont trust him no matter what he say. Horrible Horrible Horrible. Hours on Google say they open at 9am, but its 9:45 as Im typing this. When I call to listen for the hours it isnt mentioned on the voice mail. My friend and I are here at the front gate with a flat tire and no info to go off of. Signing up for AAA today.....and obviously will never get caught without a spare again lol but if I do I doubt I would rely on this place.

I have left several messages and have not received a return phone call regarding my vehicle. I am really concerned and this is not good business practice. I typically dont post, but this is truly an issue. I am not negating his abilities because I dont know that. I am simply addressing the lack of communication and poor customer service skills.

My car repairs were paid for back in February 2017 via Country Financial Insurance. I have yet to receive my vehicle back to date. While on the property my window has been damaged, driver seat broken & car soaking wet on the inside because this shop and Will the owner neglected and still continues to neglect my car. One day we went to check the status of the car because no one ever picks up the phone or calls you to provide an update. On this particular visit out of many, we discovered some random mans filthy clothing including underwear in my car. Will apparently is the only mechanic but many men, young and old, stand around and do NOTHING AND KNOW NOTHING about the cars around even though most of them are their often. Will has received a check from insurance for over $5K and has not done much of anything but caused more issues to my car. We have been so patient because when he sees you in person he gives sob stories and excuses not to mention false deadlines. Per Will, my car should have been ready June 10th 2017 and it is now October 2017 and I have yet to drive my car off the lot. DO NOT RISK THE HASSLE AND HEADACHE OF TAKING YOUR CAR HERE. IVE WARNED YOU!!

They really do good work here! Dont let the size of the place fool ya...:) Will, the owner, is super kool and knowledgeable, and best of all, reasonable prices for the work. I recommend!

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! I was given an estimate of $300 and told my vehicle would be done in about 4 hours. It took 10 days and the bill was over $900! The job did not change, nor was anything extra added to the job. In addition, some of the parts were installed incorrectly, therefore, they cant be greased in the future. Ill have to have someone ELSE to repair the work they did!

You will have your car held for over 6 months... so prepair to wait. Oh and Will (the owner of the shop) REFUSES TO ANSWER HIS PHONE so GOOD LUCK with effective communication. BAD FOR BUSINESS! R U N! R U N!Now if you need a tire, you are in the green, anything else... prepare to wait.I HATE COMING TO WILL. You have no idea... SMHMost customers have known him for years so they tolerate him. Prepare to have a second car if you need major work done because it will take over 6 months for him to do it. GOOD LUCK!

Every time my car has a problem i bring it here, and it always gets fixed so well the problem never comes back. Great work being done here!

Wasnt sure about shop on first site but Will took great care of me on repairs I needed help with for some time with quick work.

Had my car for 2 weeks , never fixed it or even looked at it. Stay away, also the owner lies alot about everything.

We do a lot of business with these guys. They are quick and always fair.
