Definitely a professional mechanic who knows what hes doing. I took my Honda Civic in to get diagnosed and fixed and literally the next day they called and said its fixed. Previous mechanic didnt reset my codes correctly after changing coolant sensors and thermostat, causing AC to not turn on. Decided to let these guys check everything out first. That potentially saved me from spending a fortune on a AC compressor I didnt need. Bringing my car here for any future problems.

I took my 2010 Mini to this person for a tune up on my aunt recommendation as she stated the are really good and honest. Well dont know how true that would be because of what happened. First off the cost I know Mini repairs can get up there but a tune up that did not replace the fuel filter and I provided the parts for 300..wow excessive. Basically this was a fancy oil change. When it was discovered that the car had some other major issues I was quoted a repair price in the thousands. I could not afford that at the moment so I asked them to complete to tune up , which they said they did and I had my cousin pick the car up on a dolly. A buddy of his is a BMW mechanic in Goldsboro so he towed to him to take a look. One of the first things he said was well your spark plugs are burnt out...I was like how I just paid 300 dollars to have them replaced and even provided the plugs which cost me another 115 from autozone....So James Taylor Auto Repair if you replaced my plug how are they burnt out and the car was never driven from your shop?
