I walked out of work with low tire pressure and called three places of business to have it assessed/repaired and no one could help me. I called Seeburg and they were so professional and courteous. I arrived quickly and though they were unable to repair the tire due to a screw being in the sidewall, they put on the spare for me. Since they couldn’t fix my issue, they would not accept payment but instead put on the spare to insure I made it home safely.Very professional, kind and top notch! Will recommend and go back!

I nearly jumped out of my seat when I turned on my car and heard the unmistakable sound of a missing muffler. My carburetor had been stolen. The crew at Seeburg assessed the situation, rolled my car right in, and fixed the problem promptly and professionally. The cost was very reasonable (although the thief shouldve paid!). Never take for granted a hard-working, honest mechanic! They are a rare find.

Great staff and great work. I have had the opportunity to use their service 3 times now for my Dodge Avenger and to be 100% honest I wont go anywhere else now. Not only are they professional and do great work the warranty they gave me for my hub / bearing completely out matches any other warranty I have had from other automotive companies. I usually hate doing things like this because a lot of shops will give you the run around . This is not the case with here . I set up an appointment online and they got back to me the very next morning . Mike was friendly and professional and had me set up in no time . Love how my car sounds now , I Will definitely come back for my automotive needs .

Edit:Alan from Seeburg contacted me and let me know there was an error with my original invoice and that it didnt inform me that coolant is not included under warranty. He apologized for the mix up and offered to refund the $212 charge. Because of the fact that the AC works wonderfully now and that Alan was so professional and understanding I am changing my rating and plan to return to Seeburg soon for my brakes.Original Review:My AC was no longer working in my vehicle and after some research I decided to take it Seeburg. The website looked nice, they’re local, and was close to where I was living (I used the College Ave. location). By the end of the first day, they gave me a call to let me know that it was my compressor that was the issue, but that other components were starting to wear and wouldn’t last much longer. I decided to go ahead and have the entire AC system replaced so that in the future I would not have to deal with more repairs. This cost me around $2800 USD. After a few more days it was completed, and I was back on the road, blowing ice cool air once again. The repairs were made at the end of the summer, so the AC didn’t get much use. Fast forward to next summer, when I use the AC for the first time, it doesn’t work. I return the vehicle to Seeburg to get it fixed again under warranty since it wasn’t done properly the first time. To my surprise, the “complete” AC overhaul (that I got charged $2800 for) didn’t include the connection lines from the compressor to the evaporator. All the refrigerant they put into it last summer has leaked out, and now they’re charging me an additional $212 for a fix that shouldn’t have been necessary in the first place. Do not take your vehicle to this fraudulent business unless you are willing to overspend on your repairs and have a half complete job performed.

When you call somewhere and they tell you that they definitely can work on the vehicle and will definitely fit you and to bring the car, then stand on your word. Mike was the person who we spoke to over the phone and when my husband showed up Mike was rude and very unprofessional. Would never recommend this place.

They not only got my exhaust leak fixed. But had me in and out in a short amount of time. Especially considering I just showed up. The guys were super friendly and the price I felt was definitely reasonable. Kudos seeburg!!!!

I dealt with Mike. I had called ahead of time for an oil change. I live within walking distance. 70 ish dollars for a synethic fluid change. Seems like market price and thats great. I asked them if they could take a look at 4th gear because I sometimes have trouble shifting the manual transmission into 4th and i also asked if they would top off all the fluids. Mike said sure. I dropped off my truck and planned to pick it up the next day. Mike called very early in the AM but I missed his call. He left a message to discuss the estimate. He also claimed to have text me and I did not receive the text message. Mike called once more around 11 and I was able to answer. Mike stated that he charged a diagnostic fee because they did a full vehicle check up. This fee was later comped. Mike had over 3,000 worth of repairs. Mike told me that they werent a lube shop and they dont just do oil changes. Mike later revised his repairs to around 1,000 of must need items. I asked if he topped off the coolant and he said they added 1 quart but no more. The reservoir had coolant in it so I know it wasnt very low. Just the expansion tank. I opened the hood. Not only did they fill the oil to only half way but they added no coolant. Mike said he would add coolant so he went with a tech and had him add coolant but not even to the cold line. Mike suggested that I should not return and we would part ways. I felt like mike was guilting me and applying pressure. Mike seemed to have concept of 1,000 or 3,000 dollars for the average person. I will not be going back.

Brought my truck to seeburg for 2nd opinion after having issues still after repairs done at another mechanic. They were nice but pricey $75 for air filter $72 for oil change. $37 for battery terminal cleaned, but thats not the reason Im giving 2 stars. Its due to the fact they told me I needed new wipers as they were streaking bad. I told them no I just put new high quality wipers on a month ago. When I picked up my truck I noticed the streaking was due to a pine needle under wiper on driver side. Clearly visible! Not a chance the technician didnt see that.

I had a great first experience with Seeburg! My car was overheating due to a broken coolant fan, and they were able to get me in quick (I called on a Saturday and had an appointment that following Monday). The front desk is very professional and courteous. I’ll be back for sure.

I got 3 estimates including the dealer. The highest was Christen Brothers $150 over. I brought my car in at 1:30 and it was ready by 5pm. Overall I still feel that the price to replace brakes is very expensive in the Fayetteville area, however the job was done in a timely manner and they were friendly and understanding.

Great and honest service. I have taken several vehicles there over the years, and most recently theyve kept my 300K mile Toyota Landcruiser running like it was brand new. Highly recommend them.

DONT GO HERE!!!! Went in for an oil leak and when they got done within 20 minutes of me leaving the shop my truck was blowing oil out the exhaust and motor was ticking. Took it to a different shop the next day and right at $7,000 was my shop bill bc they had messed it up so bad! Definitely not trust worthy shop. I repeat FINT GI HERE!!!!!

Had a tire that went flat, and had to take it off to get some air because the tire broke the bead. I took the tire down the hill on Township to Seeburg and the guys fixed it for me. Guess what? No charge. Thats service like back in the old days.

My car began making this horrible noise when I applied/let off the break so I decided to take my car here as soon as they opened up and they saw me right away . I’m not the most knowledgeable person about cars so I was nervous this was gonna be a huge problem that would cost an arm and a leg. But they fixed my problem free of charge because it was an easy fix and said they treat people how they would like to be treated. I appreciate the employees kindness, specifically the manager whom I interacted with most, and the explanation for what was wrong with my car. Five stars will be continuing business here in the future!

I drove over an uncovered grate a week ago and smashed up the bottom of my car. A part was hanging loose under my car and dragging over speed bumps and steep drives, so I took my car to my regular shop where the mechanic didnt get a good look at the issue and recommended that I take my car to a body shop. I went to Seeburg for a second opinion, and within 10 minutes theyd identified the issue and fixed it at no cost. I was impressed with their professionalism and fantastic customer service. Ill definitely be back!

Took in a Toyota Camry for wheel repair and they gave me back the car with it still having problems at the front passenger wheel. Either they installed a control arm with bad bushings or there is a bad wheel bearing. I asked when I noticed noise and the service indicator still being on. Now they also charged me for realignment and they are going to lie and say they cant see the bearing after taking the wheel off to replace it and the control arm. I. You can see the bearing on lifted truck with the wheel on so your gonna take off the wheel and control arm and tell me you cant see the bearing on a car.That the owner/manager stopped the guys from checking my car and said I would need to pay for another estimate for the car on the same problem I had fixed when I had concerns driving it off the lot. And then hearing the same thing when calling in again a week later because the grinding has gotten worse? So after forking almost $1800 which I will point out we preagreed on as my max. They should have told me they couldnt do the repair instead of handing it back with the same issue unresolved.So now I get to probably fork another couple grand for repairs from the same accident because it wasnt fixed the first time. I just cant believe it! Since apparently its cheaper to total cars for anything more than a couple dents and buy used for $3-4k.Now I dont have a Chiltons book so I dont know how many hours each part takes but to blow over something keeping the car road safe is outrageous. To tell me they didnt check the bearing when I came in with a cracked wheel is outrageous. And to tell me it drives great when there is grinding and shuddering around a new wheel is outrageous. I will not be coming back!

I had just received an oil change at the Rogers location and noticed my check engine light came on afterwards. Decided I liked the services there and called Fayetteville location to see if they can take a look at it. Mike the store manager was nice enough to inspect it and see if it was something that can be diagnosed and estimated prior to having it hooked up to diagnose. Sure enough silly me I had left the gas cap loose. Obviously no charge for that, but I will definitely come here if I ever do run into more trouble. I understood the estimates, was fine with it. And appreciated the break down.And was going to have them fix it. BUT when i went out to my car, and tried to get in and couldnt BECAUSE THEY BROKE MY handle on my DRIVERS SIDE of my car, i got upset!!!!! I went in to tell/talk to them and they LIED!!!! They Denied it and tried to say it was like that !! I have many people who saw me go in and out of my car, Drivers side!! I Am DISABLED i Couldnt EVER climb in my car from passenger side! I would of had it fixed EMITTLEY!! ( i did just get the 600 right?) Because i CANT climb from the passenger side without pain!! So now i dont BELIEVE ANYTHING they have said now.. guess i need to go have another estimate and THE TRUTH about whats wrong with my car... I WOULD NEVER bring my car here!!!!!!!! Ever ever ever!! If they cant even Tell you that they broke your handle, and LIE when you talk to them about it, HOW can you believe Anything they say!!

I had my vehicle towed here to have it diagnosed. I thought my ignition switch was out. They called me the next morning saying theyve spliced my electrical cables for a temporary fix, and that the corrosion is extreme and that I am going to have to replace them in the future. I try to start a conversation with the manager on duty about my issues with this, and he cuts me off before I start saying do you want us to take it out? Well you shouldve fixed it, or you can just come back tomorrow and speak with the acting manager, who will also be m yada yada continues to cut me short so I just cut my losses because I work all of the time and my wife needs her car to go to work now. They also tried to upsell me on two things I got done less than a month ago that definitely didnt need to be done and wouldve raised my bill from just over 200 to nearly 700. I will not be back here, the manager was extremely rude and did not try to have a polite conversation with me. My only options were to pay now, or he was going to apparently rip the cords out theyve spliced all janky, and instead of having the 140 dollars for parts that I could use to replace the cables as a whole( which I am doing this weekend) I am out an extra 140 dollars. Dont trust this speedy service place.

Terrible place to try and take your car to get it fixed. I went there to have my breaks fixed and that’s it. The guy tells me that I need a new transmission (when I didn’t), clearly taking advantage of my grandmother and I for the bigger $$$. They knew that I did not need a new transmission and instead of telling me that they could not locate and reproduce my break problem they went to immediately replacing the transmission... and sending me out thinking everything was okay with a new transmission problem when in fact I still had the break problem! After the transmission was replaced my AC was not functioning properly either as well. I decided it was time to go back to tell them what was not fixed and what now had clearly been broken (AC). There was only one man who cared enough to not let us leave until he could reproduce the break problem (I wish I would’ve gotten his name). He was able to fix the breaks, which was great (by the way they still charged us for the fix even though that’s what should’ve been fixed from the very start). Although now the problem of my ac is still there. Come to find out they did not connect something properly which was why it wasn’t working as it should’ve. Months later my AC is still trash and does not get cool until I’m on the highway going 50 miles or greater (before seeburg it worked GREAT!!). At this point I have washed my hands with Seaborg and will NEVER refer the company to family, friends, etc. They only care about $$$.

Mike and his staff are super friendly and easy to talk to! They fixed my car quickly and even took it on a test ride when they were finished to ensure it was functioning well. Seeburg’s has been around since 1972 and you can understand why . They are a standup car mechanic. They were quick , thorough and professional in handling our Toyota’s issue . Thankfully they found an issue that could have been exorbitantly expensive if not found,They worked the financial strain out with me, being a single mother with two teen children ,with cars of their own. Had a leaking differential (rear pinion seal) and was able to get in and out in just a few hours. Great work, they went so far as to also clean off what might have qualified as a superfund site all over the undercarriage. Price even came in lower than the initial quote. Great local shop.

Ed understood my anxiety over keeping my Daughters vehicle safe from a distance. He took care of everything for a fair price. This review is long overdue. Seeburg Service Center is the only mechanic shop you should bring your vehicle to. Coy is my go-to-guy when I have problems with my cars and trucks. He should be everyone’s go-to-guy if they have a problem with their vehicle. He’s everything you’d want in a good mechanic; knowledgeable, no-nonsense, affordable, and trustworthy. I cannot sing his praises enough. He’s maintained my nicer vehicles, both personal & company, and he’s miraculously been able to keep the biggest heaps of junk I’ve owned limping along for years too. I have never felt like I was being ripped off at Seeburg. On the contrary, I feel like I have a group of people & friends there who are looking out for me and my best interest and they always treat me like I’m their best customer. I had my car break down about a mile from here, I had it towed and they repaired a part of my radiator. I left and immediately noticed it drove like it had a flat tire. Apparently they dont test any cars they repair by actually driving them around. I was told by the owner that they let the car run for a bit to let the coolant flush after repair and that was the extent of the testing. I was genuinely scared driving home.I dont have a flat tire, my engine overheated for too long and isnt working properly now (this is incorrect, see edit.) They decided to charge me almost $500 to replace an elbow that holds my radiator hose or something (they didnt explain it well, I was just worried about my car and wanted it repaired) I wish I would have been informed my engine was screwed up(not correct, see edit) before I paid $500 to get my unusable cars radiator repaired. Will not return.EDIT: I was wrong, there was an enormous divot in my tire. I jacked it up because I knew something was wrong, and removed it. I was worried about my safety. My engine seems fine. I wish they would have mentioned this though. I will amend my review and give them three stars because of the incredibly fast feedback and I guess they might not have felt the incredibly off balance tire. One star because Im dumb and overreacted even though it seems like something to notice, and another because Seeburg wants to fix this so quickly.

Seeburg installed a new flowmaster muffler and dual tucked pipes on my truck Wednesday, and I could not be happier with the sound, install quality and customer service. This is the third round of exhaust work they have done for me, and I will continue going back to them.The part that really impressed me was receiving a call from them saying they were about done, but wanted me to come up and view the tips and choose the angle and rotation myself rather than assuming how I wanted them turned. I definitely trust their judgment if they hadnt called, but doing so was what makes these guys the best.Thanks to all of you!
