What an UNBELIEVABLE buying experience my family and I just received. We bought a CX-9 just a few days ago and all I can say is WOW! We live over 2 hours away and conducted the entire transaction through emails and texts. Matt, Sales Manager, Curtis, Salesman and Steven, F&I Manager, went above and beyond to make the transaction smooth and QUICK! We were in and out in about an hour. Everything discussed over email was exactly how it played out at the dealership.... no smoke and mirrors or typical dealership games. Considering this was my first time buying a car, the entire experience set the bar so high for me. Jennie was so kind and understanding when it came to budget and generally making sure i got what I wanted.
