Never seen a mechanic shop so organized & CLEAN! I felt like I was leaving my baby at her grandparents! James is honest, swift, great at what he does & SUPER PROFESSIONAL! I’ve found me a new mechanic!❤️I hit a curb & did some serious damage to my passenger wheel hub bearing & rims. He fixed everything up & it rides better than before!

A helping hand automotive is fabulous. Ive had 2 cars serviced there. One I own and 1 I was contemplating purchasing. They were extremely thorough and kept me from purchasing an over valued vehicle which could potentially cause my teen son multiple problems later.

After multiple visits, and my car still not being fixed, Im taking my business elsewhere. Poor communication and a very blasé attitude toward their customers. (－‸ლ) Really wish Billy was still there! He always used to go out of his way to keep his customers happy.

The service here is awesome! The mechanics are very thorough in finding out the problem with your vehicle and fixes the issue. They also give good car advice and exactly show you what may have caused the problem. They give reasonable pricing, better than majority of the shops around town. Highly recommended!

James & Billy have always treated me with respect and when there has been any serious issues they call immediately to discuss options. Moreover, it is so nice that they present options. A lot of garages go ahead and make the most expensive repair and then charge you for it with little to no discussion. I really appreciate how James & Billy conduct business.

They would throughly go over me whats going on with my car and they have to change a part they show it to me. They also try to fix your vehicle in a short period of time as possible.

Our family has been using Helping Hand for over 15 years, when they had only a single bay. James and Billy are two very honest and pleasant folks to deal with and I trust them implicitly. They have worked on every one of my cars, my daughters cars, and my sons cars and I have never had a complaint. I continue to drive from PTC to Fayetteville just because I trust their work.I have a feeling the negative reviews are from folks who expect something for nothing. James and Billy will not disappoint.

Wish I could give it a negative star. I brought my car in because it was not starting, or wouldnt consistently run. They wanted like $40 just to hook a computer to it (free at Advance Auto or AutoZone. I tried to explain what the situation was and even my own troubleshooting. I mentioned that I think it had bad gas because my tractor had the same symptoms at the same time. The kid that I gave the keys didnt listen to what I told him and spent a day looking at it suggesting things that didnt even make sense with the cars symptoms. The owner came out pissed off that I didnt think much of his helpers and from the very beginning treated my like trash. He didnt listen my what I already troubleshooted and instead suggested that it threw a rod and need a rebuild ($2500). After I questioned his conclusion, (he said it wouldnt turn over if I had thrown a rod, I asked him to come outside, where I promptly turned the ignition, the engine turned over and started up for about 10 seconds and died. He was so pissed, that he ordered me to put the car in neutral and he called his helpers and he pushed me and my car out of his lot onto the road. By this time the car stalled so I was left in the road, while he went back inside. He pushed me to the curb!!! Yes, HELPING HANDS pushed me to the curb!! I was literally shocked after my experience with them. I am not a mechanic, but I do have half a brain and can research and troubleshoot, but these guys are a joke!Dont waste your time or money, they are just out to rob you and if you are smart enough not to let them, then theyll kick you to the curbl!!

I love this place because they give great service, they dont over charge you like Midas on old national highway does.

The owner and team were all very helpful, listened to your car concerns and showed a willingness to help correct the issues. I am going back. Go checj them out for auto care services plus more.

I called to inform them of when you ask who can help with gas on gps they come up he asked why im searching for places that does and i eplained why and where im at before i can explain why i couldnt ask for help here he called me a scammer wow i wasnt even asking him

Horrible mechanics brought my car to them to get my drainage system cleaned and they broke my convertible top and didn’t offer me any solutions to repairing it took it to the dealers and had to pay $1300..very inexperienced mechanics I highly recommend you do not bring you’re vehicle to them
