The service department us extremely top notch. Our representative was Keri , and I was very happy with her advice and help. I wish that the sales department had a quarter of the honesty and class as she does. Not too long ago we went there to buy a car for my daughter and had cash, but the salesman told us we cannot afford the cars we pointed out. So, I guess if you stop there,be sure to dress up or they wont know you have six figures in the bank!

The people were fast and friendly. I didn’t have to wait long at all. The service advisor brought me up to date on what the car needed. I left it there and they called me when it was ready which is a rare experience for me. I usually had to call and check at other places. I was very pleased with this visit.

I had a less than desirable experience with their competitor, Lumberton Honda. Later in the same day, I spent 10 minutes with Lamont of Bryan Honda and I could already tell the vibe was extremely different and that this is where I should have come in the first place. The atmosphere was lively with music and all the employees were extremely friendly from the start. They were willing to work with me to get me in the perfect vehicle match for my wife and I never once felt pressured or rushed to make a deal. Lamont was both professional and courteous and made our experience purchasing a car a good one. I was there for a GPS update. I got there around 12:30p. My appointment was at 1p. They took my suv straight back and 3 long hours later 😪 we left. Darius said it took a long time to download the update to a disk but I called on Tuesday for this appointment. They should have been prepared.He apologized it took so long. We got in the car the seats were hot like it was sitting there for a long time. Did it really take 3 hours to update my GPS or did they lose my key or did they forget to turn in my key when they finished because they did NOT log me on a ticket???

Before our visit to this dealer, we received a call from them and one of their agents said we wouldnt regret if we came, they would give us a great deal. After our 1.5 hours driving from Durham, they told us they dont know who gave us the promise and theres nothing they can offer except a 2000$ useless add-on. They could find which extension that associated with their phone called us, but they didnt know whos using that extension. Theres no great deal and we regretted a lot. Took another 1.5h back to Durham.

I had a very positive experience at Bryan Honda. My service representative, Keri, was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. It was extremely busy when I arrived and I considered leaving and coming back another day; but Keri jumped in and got things rolling right away. Phones ringing, fingers tapping keyboards, the sound of power tools in the distance- it didnt phase her at all. I was treated with courtesy, in a timely and professional manner. I just moved to NC and had questions about how inspections and registrations are processed here. Keri reviewed all repairs and pricing with me then went above and beyond by explaining the NC registration process. I will definitely return to Bryan Honda.

The service repair team always looked out for me when I brought the FK8 in. If I asked for something to be done but it might not of needed it withbither services or maybe something as simple as my tire tread being to low for a tire rotation they wouldnt do it and would let me know. Instead of charging me for it and telling me after. They seem to always have the customers best interest and always got my vehicle out in a sufficient time. Only had a couple problems with getting a check engine light fixed for my turbo but they found out it was a bad wire and replaced it. Had a great chat every time I brought my vehicle in with some ofnthe sales team. I understand that they have a job to sell vehicles but at the same time they build relationships with people in the community and I without a doubt believe thats how you make sales and handful of that team make that sales room floor.

I recently was left with no option but to take my older vehicle (2009 Honda Pilot) into the dealership for a broken glovebox lock. I always assumed dealerships were overpriced and were only out to get you into a new vehicle at any cost. Therefore, I have always avoided them. My experience with them was amazing. Not only were they VERY reasonably priced, but the staff was friendly, not a single person even hinted at the idea of me getting a new vehicle AND their service has been top notched. I have since taken her in for a tire rotation, a leaking windshield (which they were unable to fix but did not charge me for the diagnosis and recommendation for windshield replacement) and brake services. I couldnt be happier and will use them for all of my future maintenance needs.

This place lost a customer. First time I came here: over 2 hours for routine oil change and tire rotation. They werent even that busy. Today: came for a windshield replacement. They have been recalibrating my camera and sensors for over 3 hours now. Never again will I come here for service

While a great place to buy a car, that is the extent of their greatness. They offer 4 free oil changes and tire rotations with the purchase of a vehicle but honestly, its not worth it. So far Ive collected on 2/4 oil changes and each time I am waiting for almost 2 hours for them to complete a simple oil change! At one point I got tired of waiting and found that my car was finished, they just neglected to tell me! Who knows how long I was left waiting. The employees excuse was that his phone call lasted longer than expected. Is putting them on hold not an option? Since when does a phone call take precedence over an in-person customer? While free is free, I am highly debating whether or not to come here for servicing again.

She made me aware of potential issues with programming an aftermarket fob that didn’t come from Honda. Same as several other reviews I’m reading. Bought a car from the dealership which came with free oil changes. Would not let us schedule an appointment and then kept us here for over 2 hours waiting when we brought it in (after telling us to expect 1.5 hours). ALSO, other indications of “maintenance” lights going off that were supposed to be serviced at 60k miles…we bought it at 70k… so yes, not impressed. Would not recommend buying or servicing a car here.

Only giving 3 stars because they had charger ports on the chair that I sat in for 5 hours... I got a letter in the mail saying my Honda had a recall on it and was scheduled to bring it here for a free repair due to the recall. After checking in I was told it would be 2 hours so I stayed and waited in the waiting area. 5 hours went by and my car still wasn’t done. So I called to check the status while still in the waiting area and was told that the advisor who helped me was on break and was the only one who could tell me this information and she would give me a call back. So I left to go home. Another 2 hours went by with no call. I called 3 times before someone was able to speak with me about my car and when she did finally answer she cut me off and said my car was ready now and rushed off the phone. My car was not ready in 2 hours. It was actually 7. Wasted most of my time I had before work sitting here. I work 12 hour overnight shifts at the hospital and I could’ve been home resting. I never asked for a wait time after checking in. I was going to go home. She told me this as if she knew it would be this long and let me sit there for 5 hours with no update. I feel like this happened because my service was free, so they took their sweet time. I did not appreciate my time being wasted.

Had such a wonderful experience here. I felt for once like the dealership had my best interest in mind. Originally was going to buy my lease, but they advised me it probably wasnt the best idea. So I picked out a new Pilot, they had the paperwork put together quickly for me, and then I was on my way home. I decided the morning after that I wasnt happy with the model I chose, called them up, and they had a new Pilot ready for me to be picked up on my lunch break. It was just a quick in and out because they had all the paperwork ready to be signed and the new Pilot waiting for me. It was just all around a great experience, and Herbert and Tim were excellent to work with.

I popped a tire and had my car taken in at about 1. I was glad they could squeeze me in but they said it would take about 1hr 45min. They offered military discount, did a good job, price descent, and are 9/10 very friendly and professional but the work lasted until 5! So I was stranded at work and the building was closing. All in all dont quote a time if it is not correct because I base my decision to get the work do e off of it and stranded was not on my plans.

Not a good experience at all. First I took my car for recall not my fault. I made an appointment all parts not there and then to top it off the technician left my hood open (didnt notice until I got on the highway and seen the air popping up the hood). Then I brought it back, got my car back and both places they put my airbags in are lifted up on my passenger dash and steering wheel. I was going to take it back but was scared they would mess something else up. Definitely wont be buying a car there or get anything NOT fixed.

2 days ago my motor blew which left me in a huge bind. We went to Bryan Honda Saturday and I want to extend a HUGE thank you to Paul the “Deal Doctor” and Anthony for working behind the scenes to make sure a deal was made. We had prior commitments that we had to run to while we explored our options, and the entire team pushed to finish logistics over the phone be/c we had to leave. The cherry on top is they even delivered the vehicle to us at 9pm (it was so late by our choosing). Can’t thank Bryan Honda enough! I recently bought a 2022 Honda Odyssey. The customer service at first was great. If you want to do any upgrades don’t do it. It is expensive, you can find them cheaper online. If you want to get your windows tinted do it somewhere else. It is way cheaper, you can select the darkness and not stick to the NC rules. Big mistake on my part and now I got to find someone else to put darker tint 😑

SO VERY HORRIBLE. I dropped my car off 5 wednesdays ago and had to repeatedly call every business day for the updates that i was told i was going to being to be told, i remember calling 6 times in a row one day and it sound like someone was picking up and hanging the phone down over and over again each time i called, also found out my representative was away on a honeymoon by someone completely different, my car hadn’t even been touched and they were still ordering parts. when i finally got my car back the services man dirty floor paper-mats was still in my car. it was just a great deal of lack of communication and no urgency to inform whoever they are working with. i hope i never have to get my car fixed because i will not be coming back to Bryan.

I drove nearly 3 hours from the Charlotte area to come purchase this specific car. Terrell Lake made sure it was worth my time! This was my first time ever financing a car and he was very kind and informative. Terrell worked tirelessly the day (and night!) before to make sure every bit of paperwork was accounted for and approved before I left at 4am the next morning. I couldnt be any happier with my purchase!!I want to add that I was in a very vulnerable position that another dealership wouldve tried to take advantage of. My old car was on its last lug nut and I was a lone woman far from home but at no point was it even suggested I look at something else that was flashier or more expensive. I really wish I would have bought a new car somewhere else. We are very happy with the car but when you spend that much money at a dealership you think they would treat you with some type or preference when you return for service. Free oil changes are great but when you can’t schedule an appointment and have to just walk in and wait, I’d rather pay for it and go somewhere else.

Ended up finally buying a car here from an amazing service dude named Henry M. I met him a few months back and spoke to him about my 15 year old car. I was not ready to trade it in then, but after receiving a couple of quotes regarding what needed to be done to my car and the sounds that it was making I knew it was time. I was not ready for a car payment, but Henry worked with me and was so patient that the deal worked out so well! He definitely is a great sales person as he is personable, kind, and patient. He kept things super honest and made me feel like I was his only customer. A lot of sales people, especially cars sales people do not do that--but he did. And this is why I decided to go with Bryan Honda versus other spots that I looked at. The personal touch is always right!I ended up getting a 2021 Honda HRV-EX today and I love it. I love the extra space, updates, safety items, and all the coverage I have! I would leave zero stars if I could. I took my vehicle to be looked at because the brakes seemed to squeak. No one told me the cost of anything before taking my car back. I wasnt prepared to pay $200 for a service I didnt even want to get done that day because I didnt have the extra money to pay for it. I was told either have it done or pay the $135 diagnostic fee. If I got the service done they could waive the fee. What?! Why not let me bring it back another weekend when I had the cash to do it with? I have a family full of mechanics who work at other shops and told me this shouldnt have costed that much. This place is a rip off.

I went in because I had a nail in my tire. Per usual a very nice service person shows up to retrieve my keys and assess the issue. He tells me that they can replace the tire for free and there is also a recall on my computer system. The service will be longer BUT they can fix it. The spare tire which I asked to have placed in the back seat because my hatch was full was place directly on top of my luggage and personal belongings. My computer was started but not finished because they ran out of time. When I got in the car I could even see in the camera because the settings were changed in the computer and not corrected. Before I reached home the tire pressure sensor light came on and I had the pleasure of driving 5 hours away with the alert on. Hopefully the service department just forgot to reset it and there is not an issue...I have another 5 hour drive tonight. This is not the service I am accustomed to at Bryan Honda.

The sales representative gave the impression that helping customers and selling vehicles was not their priority. I often got texts with, “sorry, today was crazy”, or “sorry, we are so busy”. I provided a detailed plan and laid out what I wanted, only for the salesman to drag his feet and not communicate. I was pretty much forced to go elsewhere to purchase my vehicle. Hopefully others don’t get this same treatment. If so, try Leith Honda in Aberdeen. It’s an hour away from Fayetteville but totally worth the drive.

We left less than 3 hours (that’s quick in dealership time) with a new vehicle to fit our family comfortably with a great deal and every one who helped us was wonderful. If you decide to go here to purchase a vehicle, Lucious (sales) and Edward (finance) are very professional and courteous and I would work with them every time. My experience was terrible. I was approved by Honda auto finance themselves but the sales representative and manager continuously tried to up-sale and undermine. The more I would say what I wanted the more they would try to convince me into more expensive options and show agitation when refused. Definitely did not feel like the representatives actually cared nor were knowledgeable of what they talked about. We kept having to repeat processes due to their lack of communication. I definitely will not be coming back anytime soon!

Must say was an below average experience.Situation:I brought my vehicle in for oil and tire rotations for a long 10 hour travel that had to happen on Monday. I got there at 1:30pm on Saturday and dropped off my vehicle just fine. I had a coupon from them in the mail for both services for $55... Which is an amazing deal.What happened:About an hour after I left I received about 2 phone calls about 30 minutes apart from Honda to try to sale me into a new vehicle when I did not consent to sales calls. This is not what I came in for! I see what the coupon was really for.Thats not it....At about 3:30pm I get a call from the service department saying that they did the oil change but could not do tire rotations because they were too tight and will need more time to get off. They close at 4:00pm and had over 2 hours with my vehicle to keep in mind. They were more worried about closing up and going home even after the fact I explained I had travel on Monday. On top of all of this the oil change by itself was $70 for a Camry.... and they would not honor the coupon since it was only an oil change. Never again Bryan Honda....

Carl Washington was very nice and polite He gave me the office phone number and told me that if I had any questions to call him. He went item by item on the paper work .He is the first one to walk me back to the car after service was finished. He is the best and I will always ask for him on any Honda Services .
