I needed a tire at the last minute on a Friday afternoon. The tires on my car always have to be ordered because of the unusual size (20 low profile rims). Everyone else said itd be Monday. I decided to give them a try because I assumed that since they sell rims they might have my size tire readily available. It had to be ordered locally and I prepaid over the phone. The tire had arrived in store by the time I drove the little more hour to get there. My only complaint would have been the wait, but I asked if I could run a few errands and return before time was up, which was no problem. I got my tire. And have my return business in the future.

This was my first time ever purchasing rims and tires. Rent-A-Wheel staff have been over the top with patience, curteousy, and accommodating my needs. They dont check credit and are willing to go the extra mile to work with u on your payment. The manager has been exceptional with returning messages no matter if its early morning or late nite. Customer service is almost a thing of the past when it comes to the customer being accommodated for personal needs/wants.

I experienced great customer service from the young man at the front desk. The entire staff was friendly and answered all questions I had as I know nothing about tires or rims- it was a gift for my husband. You should check them out if your looking to get new tires or rims. This place is awesome; if youre like me and cant afford to just drop several hundred to several thousand dollars on new tires and wheels; this is where you need to go. The owners and staff are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and really good people. They make it easy to get what you need and work out a payment schedule that works for you. I cant say enough good things about this place!

My husband and I was told to come back the next Saturday and when we did no one seem to know about our appointment the young lady at the front desk tried to help us , we drove 45 minutes to get to Fayetteville and was told by some guy they werent doing any installments today so why were they opened??

If I ever need my tire replaced quickly and efficiently, the only place I trust my time and money to is Rent-A-Wheel. They’ve never failed to assist me with an issue and their customer service is fantastic! The last time I came in, I wanted some new rims for my tires. The man that helped me was named Trevonte. He was very kind to me and installed my rims quickly. He made conversation during installation to distract me from the time that was fading away. And he did it all with a bright smile! Don’t think I could ever find somewhere with better customer service!! Highly recommend! And if you need it done fast and proper, ask for Tre!

Great place. Such nice staff. They were quick to help and were awesome at giving advice. Their process is quick and easy and just an all around good experience. I will definitely be going back and sending my friends and family in their direction.

I have gotten several cars done in CA ans Vegas the one time I go to the one here in Fayetteville NC done I had nothing but trouble . I call no one answer and when they did the girl that answered the phone had major attitude and even hung up on me so customer service needs to get better. I took my nephews car there to get rims is been a little over 2 months and we are still trying to get the issues solved however no one seems to want to deal with the issue. Maybe I should just take them to small claims court as all I asked for was answers and resolution and no one seems to want to do that just every time I call I get attitude issues. Today was no different I had a guy tell me his name was nothing and hung up. I call back finally I get a girl named Haley that took my number down for John and his boss to call me back let me see how long this is going to take as the first time I tried reaching out to the DM it took over a week for a return call. I realize that people get busy but I am also a DM so my time is just a Valuable.

They work with you, I’ve never had a problem with this shop at all. They’re very easy to talk to and very understanding. Highly recommend business with this shop.

Where do I start trey was one of the few people I called in town who could assure me I’d have no clearance issues on my bmw I called maybe 3 times he didn’t get annoyed and took the time to answer my questions the only downside with the whole experience was the time it took mainly waiting on the tires to show up so they could mount them on my rims but they have a bathroom and vending machine so it wasn’t to bad thanks again guys will definitely be coming back for more tires

Front desk lady was welcoming and the guys who helped me pick the tires were also nice and helpful. They were even able to accommodate my indecisiveness when I came back asking for something different. This shop is busy which to me says a lot about their business and work ethic 🙂

I would suggest really doing your homework before going with this company! You might have a better experience then I have had!! I purchased four new tires for my car.. I have been late on my payments but I get a money order and put it in the door when i get the money in .. In this time of everyone loosing there job I have been with out a full time job since march.. And still no unemployment but that dont matter to them.. They Call about 5 to 6 times a day emails and txts.. It gets anyoing. people are struggling and they dont need a constant daily reminder that their bills are due!! they know that there bills are due even though i am late there still getting there money!! Their sales staff when i purchased the tires where great, made it easy.. but their were a little slow install said that they got the wrong sized tire in the frist time and had to run and go back and get it!! so it was a 2.5 hour sitting time waiting to be done! My biggest complaint is this!! I came in on a Spare tire (doughnut tire) You would think that the guys would have had the sense to put the tire in my vehicle.. even if the didnt put it in the place that it belongs or placing it in my vehicle would have been nice!! BUT!! not only did they not put the spare tire back in my vehicle they have failed to return it back to me!! I have emailed and called and no one seems to know where my spare tire is!! So I am giving them the same follow up treatment there giving me!! So now i have to pay for the tires and I have to buy a spare tire!! So if something happens to a tire now!! I have no way of changing it so i would have the cost of a tow truck and the fix,So till I can afford a new spare tire I am screwed And Btw the spare tire for my car is over 500.00 but they havent gotten back to me on that!! So Please do your homework before dealing with this company and make sure before you leave you have all your stuff!!!

By far the best service for tires, everyone there is friendly and nice. Ive been dealing with these guys for 2 years and they havent let me down. They take care of your vehicle as if it was their own and they thoroughly check everything when the job is done to make sure all is secure.

Would never go there I do not recommend them . I got tires from them in July and already has to replace the tires . Doesn’t want to help also hung up on me . Customer service is terrible . And put the wrong tires on my car . Trey also yelled at me and said he couldn’t help bc it was a problem until now then they didn’t even apologize.
