I have replaced a lot of transmissions and engines in the past. Some of them in the same vehicle trying to find one that worked properly. They assured me the one they gave me worked right. And they were right. They pulled the transmission out of the vehicle it was in before I ever got there. Loaded it for me. When I came back with the core they unloaded it for me. All while having great attitudes and knowledge. Great group of guys from the front desk to the yard. Would highly recommend.

If you need use auto parts, price reasonable better than you pick or take off your own and charge is as much or more than Quality take parts off you in a hurry. Engine ran 8 and a half minutes and Puppydog says the engine sold to me was not property of quality used auto parts and the engines owner says no warranty, mechanic mustve broken it on install. See you and the engines owner in court then.

I had a great experience here. Puppy Dog was very helpful and humorous. I must have looked terrified about the entire process, but he helped put my worried mind at ease. I had to buy a transmission. They even delivered it to the shop at which I was going to have the repair done. I had no problem with my core return either a few weeks later. It was my first time going to a used auto parts lot. I will return here in the future.

This is one of the most unprofessional places I have been to since I’ve been in ga. First off I talk to at least two different people at this place who ensured me they had the part I was looking for and made me rush up to their establishment in the cold and rain . Plus the roads to get to their shop was creepy and very long a rough and the rain didn’t make it any better . So I finally get there and I’m sitting after they where slick telling me they didn’t have my part but where trying to make it seem like they did because they knew they talked to me a few times earlier that day. So after sitting there hoping I didn’t waste my gas or time or my car doesn’t shut down on me they tell me they don’t have my part at all . I was so frustrated and upset they ended up finding me another place and they where closed it was just a huge mess .... worst customer services ever

Great service. If you have an older vehicle and the dealership no longer supplies parts for it then this is your only option - get quality used parts. Some have already been removed and can be purchased immediately. Many parts are still on the vehicles in the yard. They have a database of all vehicle types, models, years, and location in the yard. An associate will drive you to the different locations and you can look for what you need, they will remove the part for you. No tools need be taken to the yard.

This place is a scam. Poor customer service Bought 2 engines that were no good, wouldnt give a refund for a part that I had not received. Avoid this place at all cost. 2021

Puppy dog took care of me. I got the parts I needed for a good price. Just had to wait a while for the parts to get pulled.

I called about a door for a transit 250 I needed and talked to Clint. I was promised the door had no dents and was considered a clean door. The door I received has 3 dents and many scratches. I guess it doesnt help even if you ask are you sure the part is a great, dent free door oh yes it is. 5 1/2 hour drive just to get a bad door.

Paid for a part. Didnt have the part. Had to get a refund. Which will take 5 buisness days.

I HAVE USED A LOT OF SALVAGE YARDS AROUND THE ATLANTA METRO AREA IN MY 39 YEARS HERE AND NONE ARE AS EASY TO DEAL WITH AS THIS YARD. THE SALESMAN AND THE GUY THAT TOOK ME TO LOOK AT THE DOOR I BOUGHT SEEMED VERY INTRESTED IN HELPING ME AND WAS VERY POLITE UNLIKE THE SALVAGE YARD BESIDE THEM WHO TREATED ME LIKE I WAS BOTHERING THEM BY STOPPING BY.

Went to Quality today for the first time where i met this guy named Puppy Dog. He is a salesman there (he was a character )and very helpful he located a drive shaft for me that I searched around the whole city for they seemed to be very organized. I LOVE these guys especially Puppy Dog ive been coming to them for months now and never received a bad part when I say TOP QUALITY I MEAN TOP QUALITY these guys are the best their attitude the atmosphere all of it go to them for all your used car parts needs.

I cannot recommend these guys, ordered an engine supposed to have warranty , installed the engine to find lifter noise. Called about warranty issue only to be told they would do nothing about it. A warranty is only as good as the company offering it.

I bought a transmission for my Hummer at this location and the transmission I purchased was bad. I have more than one vehicle so this isnt driven daily. When I realized it wasnt shifting correctly the 30 day warranty had passed no negotiations were offered in exchange for purchase.

Called to inquire about a part for my motorcycle. They didnt have the exact bike. Before I could even ask if they had anything that may be compatible the man on the phone had already said thank you and hung up. Left me absolutely speechless.

Talked to Puppy dog at least 4 times to verify parts where correct and in stock. Drove 3hrs to find out no one had physically checked inventory, disappointing but they made it right by locating parts and having them shipped directly to me.

Got alot parts.

After purchasing everything from engines to whole interiors, I quit using Oscar and Puppy Dog because they wouldnt exchange an exhaust pipe off a Toyota Tercell that didnt fit. No damage or alterations done. They also lie about engine mileage. I have proven that after being told a caddy engine had 95k and after installation it smoked like crazy. I went back and hooked a battery to the doner car and it had 290k! Liars and thieves. Use a u-pull it yard if you can.
