This is the absolute best place to get your windshield replaced in Fayetteville. A rock hit my windshield and it began to crack my windshield. I called around a few places and this place had one of the best deals. The whole team is professional and show they truly care about their work. Alex took care of my F-150 and he had great costumer service and was very knowledgeable about his job. I was able to get in and out in the time he said. Great service with a quick install. Initially had a replacement arrive but a scratch was found before installing. Auto Glass Now was quick to show me and order a new replacement and get it installed a day later. Price was good and would use them again.

Took a car there several years ago. Fair pricing and quick service on a replacement windshield. Didnt try to take anyone in my family for a ride on pricing. Fast-forward to today, chip in the windshield on the way to work. Call them a little after 4pm hoping they can get me in before they close at 6pm. Pretty much everyone else in Fayetteville closes at 5pm. They are VERY friendly and helpful on the phone. Get there and the paperwork is ready for me. Gentleman takes my keys, checks the chip, hops in and before I know it, its done!! I called after 4pm, I was out of there before 5pm. They even acknowledged me as a repeat customer and showed genuine appreciation not only for my business, but for my vehicle. If anyone is wondering how to run a business, you should speak to this place! I called, the lady in the office gave me all the info I needed as well as pricing. I needed a windshield repair due to a chip, it was a walk-in service but she recommended arriving at 15 minutes before the hour whenever we decided to come in. We arrived, the gentleman in the office immediately asked how he could help, walked out, checked my chip, explained that it may not be a 100% repair because it had already started to spread (less than 12 hours and only a few miles of driving since it was chipped).Within 10-12 minutes he was bringing my vehicle back around, he showed us where it was filled but again explained it wasnt a 100% fill and it will most likely spread.He set the appropriate expectations and was informative when it came to the repair! He even spoke to me about my insurance which I really appreciated him doing because people need to know what their insurance will cover! I giggled because Im an insurance agent myself and thanked him for being educational!!Due to the repair not being 100% he didnt even charge me which beyond floored me!I cant recommend this place enough and you can bet any of my clients who call in with chips will be referred to this company!

I showed up 40 minutes early for my appt since I was on that side of town. I expected to wait for awhile before my vehicle was taken back, but they took my truck back and replaced my rear window before my actual appt time. The technician came to the front a few times to have me go back while the work was going on to explain things since I went from a different type of rear window... best service all around!

This place is awesome! I needed the back glass replaced in my old van and they had it changed out in no time! Its a smaller piece of glass, but it was really quickly replaced. Besides quality work, they were also surprisingly affordable. I got a quote from a larger company whose estimate was about 40 percent higher! The office manager was also very accommodating and knowledgeable! Very happy with my experience today. Will recommend in the future. Thank you guys!

I have had four windshield replaced by Auto Glass Now going back to 2009. Auto Glass Now was called Glass Masters until 2014 or so. All of these windshield replacements were non-insurance jobs paid out of pocket. I had them replace cracked windshields on a Sierra pickup, Prius, Taurus, and a Sentra. I took each vehicle to the business and waited while they did the work. This is a well-run, efficient business without all the superficial fluff. You go in, they help you almost immediately, they do the work and you pay them. Simple and effective. And the quality appears to be the same -- I suspect, like so many things, most windshields are made in 1-2 factories and branded differently after the fact. The windshield on my work truck has survived over 300,000 highway miles and only has a couple of immediately-repaired rock chips to show for it. The cost of the windshields was significantly less than every competitor -- in every case, at least half of the cost. You should see what the Toyota dealership wanted for a Prius windshield. I could have my transmission on my truck rebuilt for what they asked. Keep in mind that I have not worked with AGN for any insurance-related claims so I cannot speak to that experience. In summary, I highly recommend Auto Glass Now for windshield removal and replacement.

I had a wonderful experience here! My windshield on my Kia was cracked completely across and was replaced in one hour and I waited one hour for everything for it to sit. The wait is normally two hours and I was out in that exact time frame. The staff was friendly and insightful. They had the best prices around! Highly recommend!

I can not say enough good things about this company! I had some issues with ordering parts from Ford for my window repair.. Thier prices are absolutely great! Especially in comparison to Safe Light. Saved at least $100. I was able to make an apt. the day I called and when I showed up they promptly attended to me. They said it would take 45 mins to an hr and at took 45 mins. Hopefully I wont need a windshield replaced again, but I would go back and I do definitely recommend them!
