Edit: I dropped this review to 3 stars. I called safelite to schedule an appointment for my Tesla Model S. Guy on the phone was super helpful. They contacted my local shop and they were available for a walk-in. I got there, they looked at the car, said they could do a repair, and if needed a replacement. Great! They did the repair and told me the crack wouldnt spread. The next day it spread. I called back because they guarantee the work. I was then told they cant get Tesla windshields and cant do a replacement. They said sorry and that all they could do is refund the insurance company for the repair. This is different from the day prior when they told me they could replace if necessary. Not sure why it changed from one day to the next. What a shame they didnt tell me this the day of the repair. Probably a decent shop for most repairs though, so Im only dropping to 3 stars. Make sure you double check they can get parts, and if you have a Tesla, dont waste your time here.Original review: Had an appointment for a week in the future, but they were able to work me in as a walk in. Very friendly staff, clean facility, and super quick work. Best thing was that if the repair didnt look right, they credit the cost of the repair towards a replacement. Would highly recommend to anyone, and if needed (hopefully not) will go back for any future windshield repairs.

Incredible experience! The staff was very friendly and helpful, I felt comfortable in the waiting facility, and I am very pleased with my actual windshield!After getting the run around with my insurance company, I actually went into safelite for help! The staff was incredibly helpful and was able to get me set up in less than 10 mins. When I came back for my appointment, I didn’t have to wait at all. They took my keys and even allowed me to use their conference space upstairs since I was working. My windshield looks amazing and the technician even vacuumed out the floorboards!! The fact that my windshield is covered under a lifetime warranty and they successfully recalibrated my camera are just icing on the cake. Honestly, I felt that their customer service went above and beyond so I will be back for all of my future needs and recommending Safelite to everyone!!

I had a great experience . Everything was exactly how they told me it would be . I actually had to wait less time than excepted. My windshield looks great and I love love my new windshield wipers.

2006 Honda ElementWhen you call you cant get a quote unless you book an appointment which must be online, although after going through the phone labyrinth (not a person) I was offered a $25 off cash-only code.Despite the $25 it ended up being $400 for a windshield installed at their location. Called the local competitor and they charged me $175 for everything. Sorry, Safelite, Im sure you do a great job if someone has the money, but you missed all marks for me.

Had my windshield replaced at this location and it was great. The service was great and they completed the replacement in a quick and professional manner. I hope I don’t have to have my windshield repaired or replaced again but if I do I’ll gladly return to this business.

I think the whole staff was well trained in customer service i heard two staff talking to customer in the waiting room, they were so concerned about the customer, and i didnt knowthe third one was the manager he went beyond , doing things for the customer i though was the best I ever seen i my life time a want say what he did, but if it was up to me he would get manager of the year. If I were to grade satellite AutoGlass I would give them a D- for their customer friendlies. After several attempts to contact safelite there was no answer at their phones which was just another attempt by so many to use covid not to serve their clientele. After several attempts to contact them about a problem with my windshield I came to the conclusion to use another company. If a company cannot find the to answer the phone then they dont have the time to service my vehicle. We live and learn , usually once a corporation gets your monies you are second class.

Extrememly dissatisfied right now. Had my windshield replaced in 7/2020. Tech was on time, professional & covid safe. Fast forward to 9/2020 and after 7 straight days of Hurricane related rain, I found a 1.5inch deep puddle in my car in the drivers side under the steering wheel. Tech informed me that he may have broken the seal when he installed the new windshield but that i have a lifetime guarantee and if it ever leaks or cracks to contact them and they would take care of it. I have been unable to speak to or get a response from anyone at the company. The phone lines say go online and online says email or txt them...Ive done both with 0 results. Trying to exhaust all options before escalating the matter, but approaching the limitations of my patience and Goodwill.

Ramsey street does high volume auto window repair and installs. Just be sure to review your work and they will work with you if your not satisified. They repaired my prius prime windsheld with oem glass.

Did a half job. Left glass on the back seat. Had to have them come out and vacuum it up. Did not even have the seal in the window. They had to redo it and fix it. Sloppy work.

Tech never showed, but customer service was very nice and rescheduled it for me.

The tech Luke was extremely professional and helpful! I had random a leak on floor board and several companies could not diagnosed the problem. Luke diagnosed the problem and even showed me where it was leaking! He stop the run around I was receiving. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful too! Great experience and knowledgeable staff!!!

I never write reviews but nobody should use this service. The entire premise of their business is convenience but the only convenient thing they did was not show up, order the wrong windshield, and then not show up again. Three appointments, three weeks of wasted time and I still have the same problem.Don’t waste your time and just go somewhere else.

They took my truck back immediately to replace the back power window and instead of the 60-90 minutes as expected they had multiple people work on it to complete it in 45 min. In addition they cleaned out the inside where my window had been leaking and I didn’t expect that, but it was an added bonus! Great staff and excellent work.

Great service and work completed in a timely manner as the technician verified all work to be done prior to working on my car. He also went in detail to explain the work he was doing which I thought was pretty neat. I also received a follow up phone call from one of the managers to verify the work was done to my satisfaction, which I thought was nice.

My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. Called to have a crack windshield replaced. I have a warranty so i gave them my contract number and was told they would set up my appointment and contact me if there was any issues contacting the warranty company. My appointment was scheduled for a saturday at my home between 12-5. They never called or showed. Wasted my entire Saturday afternoon. Couldnt call them because they closed at 4pm (how does that work) Received a call from safelite the following week stating there was still an open ticket and asking if i still needed assistance. I explained that their people never showed. She apologized, but provided no reason for the no-show and stated that they hadnt confirmed my coverage. I was put on hold while she called the warranty company and when she came back she scheduled the appointment and said everything was good to go.I called the morning of my appointment just to verify because of all the issues stated above and was told again that it was covered and the account showed a zero balance owed. I now have already gotten the windshield replaced and theyre calling me stating my warranty wouldnt cover it because of a technicality (even though Im under my cost limit they cover repairs not replacements) and asking me to pay the $650 dollars for the replacement. When they supposedly verified 3 TIMES that i was good to get the job done and it was covered. I explained that obviously i wouldnt have gotten the work done if it wasnt covered. I spoke with a nice woman today from the shop who stated she would contact the warranty company again to try to resolve the issue. I dont think I should pay for someone elses negligence. My appointment shouldnt have been scheduled and confirmed if they had not verified how they were collecting payment and you cant come back after the work has been done asking me to pay for it. Ill update this comment when i hear back. Experience has been pretty terrible this far. Would not recommend. That being said everyone i interacted with at the shop was pleasant and polite. They have serious communication issues with their call center.

A rock the size of a golf ball came off a truck yesterday and hit my windshield. I knew it would crack if I didnt get it fixed ASAP.Called my insurance they set up the appointment with Safelite that morning.The staff was great and had my windshield repaired in no time. Good install of the windshield. Poor reinstallation of traffic cam and ez-pass. Left smudges on the dash and A pillar posts. Left in car microphone wire hanging out about a foot on drivers side post. A little closer attention to detail would have been nice.

After 3 windshield installed, after market glass leaked in passenger corner...try to blame existing condition. I had car since new and never had problem until this replacement. Not exactly what the tv commercial illustrated..very disappointed.

The windshield wiper blades I purchased performed like OEM equipment, if not better! They were completely noiseless. I know because it poured the moment I left the building. My drive home was safe because I was well prepared for the heavy deluge of rain! Also, I had a NC Quick Pass mounted on my windshield and they provided the velcro and remounted it. Plus, replaced my oil change reminder sticker! Folks, that is quality service. I hope I never see you guys again (LOL!) You know what I mean.😊

They were on time, did a quick job, and installed my new windshield. Only issue was they messed up my wiper blades. Suggest anyone using them ensure they check the functionality of the blades as soon as possible.

Your technicians Damien and Scott worked to replace my windshield and to properly recalibrate my cameras so that all of my safety features would work again. The repair isnt like I saw on TV. The star pattern from the rock still shows. But at least its filled with filler so it doesnt spread. Insirance covered it. Thanks USAA.

Wants to charge 7.99 for window sealing on a dime size crack, no problem.WANTS TO CHARGE $77.92 IN FEES & TAXES! Job took less then 30 minutes, he didnt even have to stand there but for 3 minutes setting up & taking off the suction grips. What a RIP off!

I made the appointment got there and the lady was rude. Then they told me i was late i was supposed to be there at 930 like the text messages said i was there 915. She said it was at 730. And i show her . Then my car stay there all day and they didn’t fix it said they had the wrong glass. Waited a week for a call back and nothing i try calling but they never answer the phone .

My window technician was on point, Chris, he made short work of my window repair. Unfortunately, the two associates in the lobby failed miserably at effectively managing client appointments. They managed to allow another client with a later appointment than mine ahead of me causing me to miss an important medical appointment. But again, great window technician, he runs circles around his co-workers!

It had started as a chip in my windshield, ended up needing a full replacement. Safelite was courteous and timely. The staff was pleasant and the waiting area was clean. Ive had no issues with the work that was completed, and my vehicle was returned to me vacuumed and with clean windows all around. Hopefully i never need glass replacement again, but in the event that i do, i will not hesitate in calling Safelite.

I had an appointment and brought my two young kids with me. The staff was so quick and was able to get my windshield fixed quickly. You can barely tell there was anything wrong with my windshield. They did a much better job than a previous company had on a different crack on the other side of the winshield.

I was thoroughly impressed by my visit to Safelite AutoGlass. All of the employees were courteous and professional. They explained the entire process of getting my window replaced and even helped with the insurance claim process. Hopefully i never have to go back, but if i do - i will definitely return to this office.

They drove out to our shop and filled in the chip in our windshield believing this would be the latest fix in major damages to our windshield, or so we thought, our current windshield has a major crack running from one side to the other now and this is going to require a full replacement.Safe light did the best job they could and I fully understand that it was bound to occur that one chip could cause major damage if put into areas in the west(where we are now) where a hot interior and a cold exterior will mix.That being said, despite our issues safelight is an excellent service to get if youre in a pinch and need help getting much needed repairs done to your truck or car. Just dont be like us where you try to keep putting bandaids on a bullet wound .

The Technician was great. Online sales and scheduling and Sales office need lots of help. The quote was given then they added 3 back door fees. When you give a quote on a job the price should be the final price. Not hit you blindsided after the quote.

Wow what great customer service!!! We were on our way from Savannah to Philadelphia and a rock hit our windshield. Our Granson is in CHOP and we were in a hurry to get to the hospital. On time and very professional. Had the back glass replaced on my Tundra and it leaked bad. They sent someone out asap from the warranty dept and upon further inspection, it was about to fall out. However, they fixed it, no questions asked and is good so far.

Tried 2 separate occasions to use them.1. was told morning of scheduled service that the technician called out2. was told morning of service that our windshield did not arrive on the truck and was told that they would follow up when it arrives.... that was a week ago.both of these occasions we were not offered any follow up from safelite or any attempt to reschedule or keep our business.went to autoglass now fayetteville and it was literally half the price. safelite wanted $500 and autoglass now fayetteville was $234. maybe its a good thing safelite kept cancelling on me. it worked out for the best.

Had to have 2019 Ram Bighorn back windshield replacement. No complaints here . My appointment was at 8 ( I was 10 mins late due to traffic) and didnt leave till 1:30. However, I told them to take their time, Im a patient person. My concern was workmanship. I told them just do it right so I want have to come back. So far so good as far as no leaks and defrost and sliding window still work. Customer service was superb. The young lady at the front was kind and my technician ( believe his name was Reid) always kept me informed and offered me an Uber if I wanted to get out. So far so good, thanks guys! Would have given five stars but no one is perfect, but yall came close.

They came by about two weeks ago. I had a noon appointment but was happy the technician called me early in the morning to get it done faster. Im also happy that I didnt have to go anywhere to get my glass taken care of. Very convenient for me to be at home and get it fixed.

Poor workmanship, dishonest, and underhanded.They replaced my cracked windshield and a couple weeks later, after a large rainstorm, I had my electrical systems throw every error and basically shut the car down on the road. I went to Toyota who pulled apart the dash and found water all over the place. They determined that the windshield was the problem and suggested I contact Safelite. I brought my car in and they said they would test the windshield, no charge. They took the car around back to the workshop. When they finished, they said they tested the windshield and found no leaks, but went ahead and replaced the seal anyway. WHY did you need to replace the seal if there was no problem????As a result of not being able to find a leak (which they had conveniently just destroyed any evidence of) they would not be able to reimburse my charge from Toyota for diagnostics. I had to argue with corporate as arguing with the manager got me an offer of a Subway gift card (WHAT?) and not making me whole due to their negligence. They resisted, but eventually after threatening a small claims suit, I was able to get my diagnostic charge reimbursed because Toyota falsely put on your work ticket that the water was because of a leaky windshield.To add insult to injury, when my insurance paid the wrong amount, instead of contacting me or my insurance to fix the problem, they sent my account to collections without hesitation.We have now driven the car a long time and through many storms with no water problems since, proving that they fixed the problem while lying to me about there even being a problem. I waited to write this review for a long time to be sure before writing this review. This company is run by incompetent managers who dont care about customers and incapable technicians who do not do good work.
