Made an appointment. Came for scheduled appointment after driving 30 minutes and they did not have the supplies needed to replace my windshield. Made no attempts to call or make this problem better.

Allstate Glass delivered proper service and wonderful customer service. Very nice people and helpful too.

Easy place to get regular car glass but they do not offer as of yet, a calibration service for collision avoidance systems that are mounted to window.

These guys did a great job on my suv! I provided my own replacement windows and they installed it with no problem, they even installed them at my house! The pricing is pretty good comparing to other shops i got quotes on. I definitely recommend!

This company was called out for my next door neighbor . I leave outside to walk my dogs and one of the workers was literally staring at me . I pay it no mind I come back out and look over and this man is still staring at me. I feel very uncomfortable and asked this gentleman what his issue was. And he just laughs.will be reaching out to corporate.

My experience with all-star glass was great the wrong glass was initially installed but they went out of their way to make it right I am so pleased and would suggest them to anyone needing windshield repair.

Products was done well in a timely manner. Experience in store was led than pleasant. One customer in store was being helped by two ladies. Neither one acknowledged I was in the store until they had completed with the other customer AND he left the building. When they finally got around to me they said hello and then walked away out of sight. Finally one came back and asked what I needed. It felt like, we got your money now we could care less. Not warm and welcoming at all. The product was done well with good quality and a reasonable price. The glad was dirty when they retuned the product. This is a glass store, if they took pride in their work the glass would have been clean.

Worst customer service you will ever have to deal with. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else ... anywhere just not this location with these employees... I promise you that you will thank me for taking your business anywhere else but this location. Im not sure if this is the way all locations treat customers or just this one.. They will refuse to speak to you if you are recording the phone call .. big red flag there right? They treat all customers poorly...I say this because I had 4 different people call on my behalf and all 4 had poor treatment. They would not provide a corporate phone number...told me they can handle it there in this location. They are incompetent and just lazy! I could go on and on about the horrible experience I had with this Allstate glass location and the employees...yes I took my business elsewhere because no way did I trust them to do the work after 3 different employees looked at my windshield and all 3 ordered the wrong windshield!!. ... Or they said. They refused to allow me to speak to management. If you choose to deal with this company after reading this honest review of my experience you cant say you were not warned!!

I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a new windshield on their car. I went and called a few chain places and they were super expensive and unreasonable. I called here and they gave an honest price that was perfect. I will definitely remember this place if I ever need my windshield replaced again!

Wish I could give them zero stars. If you want to wait 4 weeks for NO results whatsoever, this is the company for you. Waited to have someone come out and measure. Then was told I had to wait for the glass, which kept getting postponed. Then when I THOUGHT I was FINALLY going to get rid of the basketball sized whole in my front window, the installer called and said that he never REALLY measured it, that he needed to make an appointment to come and really measure it so they could order the glass. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

Went to the shop to have a rock hit repaired. The work was completed quickly. There are still some cracks visible , repairing these things is not always perfect. The staff were very polite. The cost low.

Well, I called the office, and was informed that there is a $35.00 estimate to come and look at the broken glass in my washroom window. Two gentlemen arrived the following day and they took the measurements of my window. I gave the lead person the check and was informed that they would call the following day to provide me with the estimate. Needless to say, its been two weeks and I still have not heard from Allstate.

I needed to get my windshield replaced after noticing a growing Crack on the passengers side. I called at 8 am. A pleasant service rep answered and asked how she could help. I told her that I had a crack and wanted to know if I could have it repaired or replaced. She stated that it would have to be replaced. I asked how much and a few moments later she quoted what I thought was a fair price. I asked how long it would take and she stated about an hour.I arrived at 8:25, signed a form about holding tape for the windshield and she called for a service tech. He introduced himself and stated we would have to do a walk thru of the vehicle to inspect for any damage prior to the taking it to the back for the repair. At 8:30 we finished and he took my vehicle in the back to be repaired.At 9:05 they were handing me keys and we went over the warranty and the does and donts for the next 7 days to ensure no damage to the seal while it cured. Quick service. Fair Pricing. Great customer service. I would highly recommend them.

Allstate Glass has always been friendly and professional. I had a chip in my windshield that turned into a crack. I called the office and spoke to a friendly woman who scheduled the appointment for me that day. They explained the process and sent me on my way. I havent had a problem since. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them for all glass needs!

Only went once and one of the staff members was completely oblivious to the companies protocols. It was already an inconvenience to be there but I was willing to pay but I needed to leave. I was told I couldnt leave and return. After waiting 45 mins another staff member accepted my payment and allowed me to leave and return!!

My windshield needed replaced so I called and set up an appointment for the following Monday. Monday arrived and about the time I was getting ready to head out I received a phone call from them. The only windshield they had in for my car was chipped and they needed to reschedule me. They offered to come to me (without charging the mobile service fee) the next morning. Two gentlemen came. They did and excellent job and were very friendly. They let my kids and I watched the replacement process and patiently answered all our questions. Id use them again in a heartbeat.

I ordered several pieces of glass, one large piece and two small pieces. Not only were they ready that day, but we realized that my vehicle was not large enough to deliver the glass. After several days of searching for another vehicle that would fit the glass, I called to have them deliver it which it thought would be pricy, but the very sweet lady on the phone (I think her name was Kiesha) set it up for me quickly and at a great price. Ill be going back here!

Fantastic! I needed a windshield replaced. I call around and they quoted the best price. I scheduled an appointment, arrived a few minutes early, and they completed the installation in about 30 minutes while I waited. They were very friendly throughout; from my initial quote request to completing payment. Another nice aspect was that the payment was exactly what they initially quoted including tax! I wish all businesses were run this well. I wont go anywhere else in Fayetteville for glass.
