I really like this Walgreens and don’t understand the lower ratings. Every time I come here, it is clean and the people are sooo friendly. Also, I had pictures printed here and they are the best of any pictures I’ve had printed at other locations (hint: use their Photo Print app). They really seem like an awesome team of people. I especially enjoyed talking with Elise. She is a really sweet employee who represents the company really well. 😊

The pharmacy staff is very attentive and friendly, and the store staff is adequate. Ive had both good and not-so-great experiences in-store, it really just depends on who is working that particular day.

For the most part everyone is friendly enough, with the exception of the Asian male pharmacist (extremely rude every single time), but staff seems to be dragging themselves around with no knowledge of their product assortment or when anything will be available. Also, I heard Walgreens doesn’t make their employees enforce customers wearing a mask? Instead of being located on the corner of happy and healthy this one is at the intersection of slightly sad and confused.

I bought charger to charge my phone at a good price and they had a good selection also. I felt like I CVS did not I ave a good selection and their prices were too high! I also felt like I was treated with care and respect also Thanks....

Your employee Julianna Is extremely rude. Asked her a question and gave me the worst attitude. I know it’s early in the morning, not my fault she got the morning shift and is not a morning person. Please train your employees how to have customer service because Juliana is by far the of your employees I’ve met. 7:50 Am. 9/12/2020.Unbelievable.

Honestly, I can’t think of a single instance this location hasn’t been efficient and friendly. That’s within a span of almost 10 years! As it’s our neighborhood Walgreens store. Linda is a friendly, familiar face who is nothing but considerate and always helpful. Great job to this location!

Stop Curbside service. You guys are not honoring it. Do not try curbside pickup at this store.

The morning pharmacist that was there on Tuesday 01/19/16 was very helpful. He has excellent customer service. He walked out and helped me find the correct medicine for my 4 year old. Thank you!!

What a great experience I had today!! I am having knee surgery tomorrow and called to see if they would be able to fill my prescription. Walmart was not able to fill it. It was pain pills so it required me to be their in person. When we drove up (drive-thru), they said we have been looking for you. I dropped off the prescription and ID, went to the bank and came back and picked up the pills. Both the clerk and the pharmacist were extremely helpful. I am in a knee brace and not able to walk easily without a walker. Thank you so much.

The reason Im giving a 5 star is because of a young lady that attended me by the name of Rebecca. Shes the kind of employee that makes a better business and makes people want to return.

Good pharmacy service. Helpful and attentive staff. Last time I visited the bench out front was dirty.

I was unhappy with service when they would not exchange a defective propane tank. I go there every day but I now am reconsidering.

Wednesday I recieved an automated call asking if I wanted to refill my prescriptions, which I did.Thursday I recieved an automated call stating I had no more refills and they were going to contact my Doctor.Friday I recieved an automated call stating my prescriptions were ready.Sunday I went to pick up the prescriptions and was told they had not contacted my Doctor yet.Monday was a holiday.Tuesday I called my Doctor and had Him call in the refills.Wednesday I recieved an automated call saying my prescriptions were ready. I went to get them only to be told 1 was ready and the other was on backorder.Thursday ,another automated call , the meds were ready.They had the wrong medication.I called my Doctor and he said He did not call in that medication.Thursday ,another call, thed refills were ready only to discover the only one ready was the one I picked up on tuesday. Thursday another call ,meds are ready. I went down and again it was the same med. I had picked up on tuesday. I now have zero confidence in this pharmacy and will drive elsewhere to get my prescriptions. Way too understaffed and disorganized.

I am livid! I just got home and half my items aren’t in my bag. I called the store and the clerk says “oh yea YOU didn’t pick up your other bag (Walgreens clerks normally hand you your bags). The manager says I have to drive back, 30 miles away from where I live to pick up my items.

Ridiculous, on hold for 34 minutes!!!!
