Very rude customer service!!! No one blinked to help me or spoke when I walked in. I guess if you’re not Beyoncé they can’t help…won’t spend money here 👎🏾

Received a broken bottle of product and company refused to refund me! They said they only offer store credit! This was my first time shopping with them, and after receiving a product that doesn’t work…and the solution from them is to give me store credit so I have to buy something else from them,…I will not be a repeat customer!

If I could give subzero or minus stars I would. Ordered items totaling over40$. Never received them. The carrier CRC used states they delivered on Sunday. I have my mail delivered to a ups store that is closed on Sundays. They never got it so I never got it. I guess this business is looking for donations. Never again. Can only contact someone via email no phone number. Left my number. No return calls to speak directly with someone . Only emails. Just giving the run around. Very disappointed. Im a professional makeup artist & hairstylist working in tv & film.I was in the DFW area working on a television show for several months and went into CRC to stock up on a bunch of products.When I went to the counter to place my order, I told the cashier that my pro discount was not reflective on their online store for some reason. She put my information into their system and informs me that Id been taken out and couldnt do anything in person to reactivate it.This is so incredibly absurd and ridiculous. Youd think since this is also the only makeup shop in Texas that caters to film & tv professionals, theyd want to whatever they could to retain locals business. I definitely always want to support small companies overall, and I can confidently say Ill never spend another penny in here again.Ill spend my money in the large L.A. makeup shops like Nigels, Frends, and Naimies, because theyre actually kind and care about your business. In addition, I will also make sure to let all of the makeup and hair professionals in Texas know, not to shop at CRC anymore. Yall blew it!

I love this place the other reviews are correct the customer service is amazing they respond to emails right away. My favorite part is they have samples so you can test before buying and find correct shades. Gave 4 stars because it does take a few weeks to get your order not sure if that was because of the pandemic which it does state on the website. But overall a great company Thank you

CRC saves me Everytime! Ive been ordering from CRC for years. I am a pro MUA and they carry everything I need in my kit, plus they are always adding on brands, with newness! Shipping is prompt, and my items are always packaged with care. Ive never had anything break. I especially love Parian Spirit brush cleanser, CRC is the only place I can buy it from! I recommend Camera Ready Cosmetics for all of your beauty needs.

I had no idea I could shop for foundation samples online. Im extremely pleased with the 4 sample foundations I purchased and so glad I didnt have to waste money on entire bottles that dont match my skin tone. Shipped quickly (despite COVID). Would 100% recommend to someone struggling to find a close color match like I was. Thank you Camera Ready Cosmetics!!!

If I could give 000 stars I would... I would not recommend this site/store to anyone. I called to let them know my package had not been delivered she said it has been delivered and hung up. Not cool and I will never spend another dime at this bs place.

I recently bought some sfx makeup from them online and I had a wonderful experience. Living out of state and ordering online can be tricky. Had a bad experience with a place in California but the exact opposite here. Highly recommend, some of the pricing seemed better on their site as well which makes it all the more better.Thank you for a great experience, Ill definitely be ordering more in the future!

My wife and I went to Camera Ready last night looking for face painting products for our kids. The woman working the store was incredibly knowledgeable and went through the trouble of demoing various products and steered us towards the better of the products even though her suggestion costs less than the alternative. She went above and beyond and worked to find something that would fit our needs and did her best to meet our budget constraints. By the end of our transaction the store was soon to close but we were never made to feel rushed.

As we all order online during this pandemic, CRC has outstanding customer service. They returned an email on a Sunday! I like to support local and I’m lucky to have this place in Dallas! I love with my Ben Nye products!

This is a review for their online store. Ive been a loyal customer for years due to their selection of Ben Nye products. But this week they really won me over. I got a call that one of the samples I ordered was out of stock - would I prefer a different color? I asked for a refund, was given the $ back, and when the sample color arrived back in stock earlier than expected, they shipped it to me at no charge. Thats just good service. Tells you how much they value their customers. Ill remain a loyal customer!

Even though the showroom is closed Stacy helped us figure out what we needed as we havent bought makeup for prosthetics before. 100% amazing ! Could not have asked for better service.

3 times I’ve went in to purchase products and I’ve given my card to pay, the transaction is finish then I have to wait for my products to be pulled from the back... well all 3 times they didn’t have one or all of my products I’ve purchased.There needs to be more consistent way of stock updated on their front end and “warehouse” end.

Amazing company! They had an eye shadow product that was not safe for eyes. It was an oversight & when I mentioned my concerns the owner of the company actually said they took all of the stock off their web site. That is how much this company stands behind their philosophy of quality for their customers. Everything else Ive ever ordered from them has been top notch. Heard rave reviews about them from YouTube & have to agree!

Ive been buying from the camera ready cosmetics website for 5+ years. All my orders have been perfectly packaged, correct, and arrive within a few days. I visited their Dallas showroom today and it was awesome! I was greeted right away and was told I could sample anything that was there. One of the sales ladies helped me choose the right shade of foundation. I always have a good experience with CRC.

I was absolutely blown away by quality of customer service this company showed me. They responded very quickly to my questions and went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the product that I bought. The clown white makeup that I received was perfect, it wasnt cakey and was very good quality. I will definitely be buying from them in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

Great Customer Service and product selection.You can place your order online and call and let them know youll need to pick it up and it will be ready for you when you arrive. I once had to do this for a booking I had. The showroom carries Makeup forever, Becca, BH Cosmetics, Mehron, and Kryolan just to name a few. I buy most of my kit supplies from here. I was shopping with them before Dallas even got the showroom and the main location was in Cali. You wont be disappointed.

Thoroughly disappointed initially (please read the full review and owners response to discover why the 5 star review).Ordered online on Sunday at around 3:40 am EST, immediately found the product cheaper elsewhere. I went back to CRC within 10 min of finding the product cheaper to cancel via online and tried to cancel via PayPal. No one ships on Sunday! Got msgs somewhat disputing the price I found BUT nothing about cancelation. Called and was told it was too late for cancelation after I tried contracting them via numerous emails on Sunday. Really??!!!The best they said they could do, as some big kindness to me (which it was not), is send me a paid for envelope to return product and once received they would then refund. I should have used a secure credit card and canceled. I am willing to bet I wouldnt have been shipped this product if I had. I wont be doing business with them going forward.The 5 Stars is an update as there was a turn of events. After speaking with Roccio, who explained the dynamics of how their particular small businesses is runned with regard to orders and shipping, a completely unexpected resolution came about. It seems my case was just a case of unlucky breaks. While customer support doesnt operate on Sundays, the warehouse does for a limited time. With such a small staff there would have been difficulty with the cs communicating with shipping regarding the cancelation, since the items they ship which is in the thousands would be hard to locate in the short time period.They listened to my complaints politely and going beyond expectations decided to issue me a refund. Kudos to them.

We needed 1 gallon of liquid latex clear urgently for research at the University of Houston. I mentioned this to the staff and even told them that I only needed the product if it would be shipped within 48 hours. I was promised that it would be shipped at most within this time period before placing the order. I even opted for priority shipping as suggested by the staff. Inspite of my repeated calls and their reassurances, the product has not been shipped and due to the weekend, the product is not likely to be shipped for 4 days after the order was placed! Our project has been on hold due to this issue. Im really disappointed with their service! I would not recommend this shop for any shipping based orders. I am hoping they get back to us and help us resolve this issue.

CRC is wonderful! They donated one of thier studio spaces so me and my friends could have a fundraiser for someone we know who is battling cancer. They even donated photography services. Awsome company with caring upper management. Not to mention they have great customer service!
