I bought a Groupon here for 7 or 8 laser hair removal treatments for a medium area. My first treatment went well, it was quick and easy. But after that every session was PAINFUL, I actually wanted to cry when they were doing it. I would start sweating too because of the pain. I told them it really hurt and they stayed on the same spot and barely moved. I left once or twice with burn marks on my airpits! Did I see results, yes but not lasting permanent results BECAUSE they did not service all of my package. I went in 4 times, and they rebooked me for my next one. A couple days before that next appointment I get a call them saying their machine was down and they were trying to fix it so they had to reschedule my appointment. It was to the next week and I get another call a day before the appointment saying their machine is down and they would just call me when it is working again. A few weeks went by, NO CALL so I called them and guess what?? MACHINE WAS STILL NOT WORKING. At that point I knew it had to be a lie! They did not want to service Groupons anymore so they basically cut me off! Never got a call from them again, did not even try getting my services because I had lost all respect for such a shady buisness like this. I go to MaBelle Medical Spa in Denton now for my laser treatments. The treatments there are quick and easy and I dont want to cry from the pain and I dont get burned and the staff is super nice and genuine. At Sigma, they were very distant, not friendly and acted like they didnt enjoy me being there. I was interested in sticking with them to get more areas done and photofacials but heck no, not anymore! I am very happy at MaBelle in Denton.

First time getting my lip fillers done and received many compliments!Although I was nervous Zen made me feel so comfortable. She is such a professional. The staff is friendly and the clinic is kept so nice and clean. I will definitely recommend my friends to come here.

I loved going there, they are very friendly yet still professional made me feel very confident and comfortable. Zainab did an amazing job on my lips, she achieved the desired look I was Going for and the results were amazing I definitely recommend her. I will be going back for sure!

Sigma Laser Med Spa is the best laser spa in Dallas. I came from Ideal Image to Sigma because I saw zero results with them. They were completely overpriced and used laser machines that did not kill any of my hair.Wth Sigma I saw results within the first few treatments, and the cost was half the price of Ideal. The customer service is also amazing. Every time I walk in I am greeted and remembered. Its the best.If you are looking for a comfortable and clean environment, with amazing service for laser hair removal I would totally recommend. The customer service is so helpful and nice and the spa is clean. You cant go wrong with this spa if youre looking for laser treatments in Dallas, Ive tried a couple prior, but stick with this one. Sigma Laser Med Spa is phenomenal the staff is very professional and very knowledgeable. Ive been there twice for the Dysport injections and I am very happy with the service and the results. Zen is very knowledgeable, she is very friendly and super gentle I did not feel the needle when she was doing the injections.

Sigma Med Spa is one of the most professional spas I’ve been too. I never have to wait when I go to my appointment. There is always someone there to first greet you when you first walk in then escort you to your room. I had a misunderstanding with the manager once and I left upset and she called me from her personal phone and made sure I was okay and apologized to me and resolved the issue. I had laser treatments done on my lower legs and underarms and couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend!

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!! Bought a 6-session Groupon with them and theyve cancelled my appointment THREE times since October stating their laser is broken. Youre a laser med spa, with a laser thats been broken for 3 months now? BS. They just dont want to honor Groupons. Youre better off going to a real med spa.

I’m new to the area and I have been doing extensive research into looking for someone to do my laser and PRP. This place is beyond amazing. They are extremely knowledgeable, kind, and experienced. I got my PRP done today and she spent so much time with me educating every step of the way and most importantly it was so painless. Her hands were so light and delicate. I am beyond excited to see what the results are going to look like. Just booked for Botox and a few other things.

I purchased a Sigma Laser Groupon as a gift. It was for 6 large area laser sessions. After three, they informed my daughter that the laser was broken. When we noticed another Groupon running, we assumed their laser was fixed, but when my daughter tried to reschedule, they were uncooperative, put her off and made her feel utterly unwelcome to return. No apologies, no refunds. A horrible experience.

My hair is growing out just as thick and long as when I came in. I had 6 treatments and now Im seeing no difference. Also they charge you even if you have an emergency and have to cancel the day of the appointment.

I purchased a groupon for a large area, chose their Brazilian bikini. When I went in the treatment room was told that I purchased only bikini which is on their medium area list. When I told the technicians I bought a large area she goes out to the desk and comes back to explains that it now includes only Brazilian and not the bikini which includes the 3 inch area around the vagina and that I would have to pay additional $200 to do that. I paid the extra $ besides the groupon, now I feel I was cornered and cheated into buying something I already paid for. I just did one treatment and do not feel like going back. I have done Lazer treatments at tro other places before and the Lazer at this place hurts the most and did not see much results after the first treatment. Not happy taken advantage of. Do not buy their groupons, they wheel you in and con you.

Went to Sigma with a Groupon I received for Christmas for 100 units of Dysport. I’ve never received Dysport before. When I was there I was encouraged to purchase 30 more units for my eye area. Went back two weeks later because I could see no difference. When I went back I was told that I should’ve gotten Botox not Dysport because the wrinkles were deep. Had I been told this from the beginning I would have either bought Botox or gone ahead with Dysport with little to no expectations, but I definitely would not have purchased more units. I know they cannot “guarantee” results, and I completely get that. However, when a customer walks in, in my opinion, it’s up to the professional to recommend what is best for their situation and definitely not sell more of something they feel wasn’t going to be beneficial in the first place. Highly disappointed.
