Had a great purchase experience. Our sales person Brooke was wonderful. We were very well cared for and she made the process easy. We had some issues with our vehicle purchase but they worked with us to fix the issues. I will say that they need to check vehicles a bit better before they sell them. We were only going in for a test drive!! I never expected to drive home in my new Jeep the same day!! Thank you Mike Wesley!!I guess the timing was perfect! Customer service is above and beyond Weston answered all my questions and made sure I didn’t leave with any questions or confusion to understand the price and work being done to my car. I’ve had my fair share of condescending auto-mechanic service so having such a welcoming and kind interaction between the service advisor and courtesy car and phone advice. I appreciate it a lot when he told me particularly what I can do keep my car in best shape and time out certain services and when others are more urgent versus services that are overkill for the type of use for my specific style of driving or year purchased or climate , etc.

My husband found a summer car he really wanted. The 2005 Crossfire roadster was in excellent condition with insanely low miles. Robert Nyhlen and his team at Corwin Dodge Fargo worked hard to make the sale happen and my husband happy. Read the reviews and don’t trust these guys one bit. They won’t help you, return your calls like they say because they are always so busy. Bought a 2008 Ram 1500. Engine needs to be replaced I find out 40 days into the loan and of course they want NOTHING to do with it. I’ll be 4-6k in on a engine. 20k on a truck that’s worth 8-11 fair market value. Just like that upside down 12-9K!!! Shop elsewhere or in MN where there is a lemon law. These as is dealership are screwing families with no remorse.

Yesterday I went to Corwin to get info and pricing on a new Dodge Challenger. I met with salesman Thai who told me it was his first day. He was nice and very polite but his lack of knowledge was annoying and had to leave several times to seek the answers to my questions. I left a message for Greg Heinz the General Manager but he did not bother to return my call. When I am going to spend $35000 I want quick,professional service.I may have to reconsider buying at Corwin.

0/5 stars if I could. Stay far away from this dealership, especially for buying a used car. Have it inspected by an independent mechanic if you do. 3 weeks after I bought my vehicle, they quoted me $3,100 for repairs that it needed. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM!

If you have questionable credit I wouldnt waste your time. They have no motivation of working for the working man. Theyll tell u up front they can make something work and then all the sudden nothing. I have seen dealerships call banks and get things situated. Guess Ill keep what I got which I thought was a good decision at the time. Bit was in trying to get something with less of a pmt and easier to handle. If they cant push a button and get an instant approval they wont work for u. I would give them 0 stars if I could

When I was ready to trade in my Jeep and upgrade to a newer one the Corwin team made the process SO easy. We worked with Wolf (who is AWESOME and let us check out so many different cars, including his own!) and we were able to order the Jeep of my dreams, even though I was indecisive and asked to re-order once because I changed my mind on some features. They were super understanding and helped me get the car I wanted right at our price range. Perry in financing took care of everything and James in Aftermarket helped add some extra protections to the Jeep so the paint and finishes will last a long time. I would hands-down recommend Corwin to my friends looking for a Jeep. They really know their stuff!

If I could give a 0 star review I would. We purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland on August 2, 2021. The vehicle had damage that we didnt notice because it was over 100 degrees outside and bright sun. The Jeep had white paint overspray and hail dents and scratches in the clear coat. We notified our salesman and the GM offered us $1650. We chose to have them repair it. When we got it back, the damage was partially fixed not completely and we took to our local body shop and it was verified. The GM will not fix this vehicle and claim that they spent over $4000 fixing. In addition, the vehicle has an oil leak that 2 car dealers have been working on fixing and to date it is still in the shop. I have left numerous messages with the owner and to date he will not call me back. I even left a message with the owners wife which she promised to have him call me back. We have bought 5 vehicles from Corwin in the past and the general manager does not care and wants to wash his hand of this. So I guess a new dealer will be getting our business!!!

Best customer service I have received from a dealership. Got an Express Lane oil change while on vacation and chose to wait for it.While in the waiting area, I had free coffee and constant contact with offers to drive me anywhere I might want to go. They also passed out pastries to the waiting customers. The service desk kept me informed with text messages as they did the work.My oil change was done quicker than the estimate I was given and I was on my way.

Got a beautiful Jeep Cherokee from them in Juneas my first big girl purchase and 3 months in regretting it. First off within a month of purchase had to get an oil change as they gave me a car with only half life for the oil life. And as I was aware of needing tires in the near future did not expect to need them after only 3 MONTHS. I honestly don’t think I’ll ever buy from them again at this point as I have had so many inconveniences in such a short amount of time when I was reassured multiple times I would be completely taken care of. My advice to a buyer from this dealer- check everything on a vehicle you get from here like you would a Facebook market deal. Check the tires and check the oil. Check everything and don’t leave the lot until they give you a vehicle you WONT have to worry about 3 months down the road like me.

I have used the “quick lane” twice now and both experiences have been anything less than quick. The first time was 4 and a half hours (no appointment) and this time was over 2 hours (with appointment). I had purchased a set of 2 oil changes the first time I went in and apparently they were unable to use the second one I had already purchased for my second oil change, so I wasted my money.

Bought my car from here - been fighting a battery draining issue and I feel like all I do is throw money at it and nothing gets fixed. 3 batteries, alternator, wiring and now they say its a bcm. Every time I bring it in, something else breaks.

Needed 2 orings for a Ram 5500. Corwin only had one, said he couldnt cross it to a cummins number even though it is made by cummins. Not a big deal, but the $27 price tag was. I bought it anyway since he looked it up for me.. Part came in a Cummins bag with the Cummins part number. Cummins in town sold it to me for $2.10.

Terrible service. They broke the cover off my washer fluid tank, spilled oil over the engine, left the steering wheel covered in oil, and the oil was a half quart low! Was told I would receive a call from the service manager but it has been over two weeks. If I could give worse than a 1 star I would. AVOID THIS PLACE. Contacting corporate Monday.

Please consider buying a vehicle at another dealership that actually check the vehicles before selling them.

We had a horrible experience here. We went in to order a new Chrysler Pacifica in May 2021. We were told the vehicle we custom built was ordered and we paid a down payment for this vehicle and it should be there in 6-12 weeks. August came around and we still had no vehicle. When we stopped into the dealership and talked to a different salesman, it came out that the vehicle was never even ordered! We were blatantly lied to for 3 months, being told over the course of those months via emails and texts, that it was ordered, we were waiting on a ship date, the vehicle status was being built, etc. Then it came out that the dealership hasnt even been able to order Chrysler Pacificas for months. Rather than be honest with us and tell us it hadnt been ordered or they couldnt order them, 3 months of our time was wasted that we couldve been looking for something else. There were even times in that 3 months that we reached out for status updates and instead of telling us the truth, they would offer a different vehicle or alternative. We would say no and say we want the one we ordered. They had numerous opportunities to tell us the truth or tell us it hadnt been ordered. Wed still be waiting on something that was never ordered if we hadnt stopped in and asked a different salesman. The sad part is, had they just been honest with us and told us they couldnt order it, we may have purchased a different vehicle through them. Needless to say, we demanded a refund and they did actually refund our down payment. I will NEVER do business with this branch nor will I ever refer anyone to this branch.

Buying experience was great. Aftermarket purchase was easy and I was cut a decent deal which was nice. Luke with aftermarket was great to work with as well. Now the bad…They tried to charge me for warranty work. Had to speak with a manager to get that waived. Told me they tested my AC after recharge and it was cold but when I got it back it was blowing hot. Fan was never hooked back up. So how did they test it? Road force balanced tires and said the vibration was gone after test driving it after the rebalance. Vibration was worse. Not better. Did they even test drive it? Doubtful. Got home and tires were leaking air from sheered off valve stems. Business was closed so I went to Firestone to have stems replaced. Tech noted 2 different kinds of weights were on rims and the placement of the weights was incorrect. Mentioned they were just road force balanced and she said they definitely did not road force them, just did a normal balance and added weight. So they lied again and said they did something they did not. The leak came because aftermarket put the longer valve stems in back instead of up front which causes them to rub on the calipers. Went back next morning to call them out on this stuff and they said they would fix it within an hour. Sat there for 5 hours…. Corwin dealerships are notorious for shady work and in the 18 years I’ve lived here I’ve had pretty bad experiences with all of them. Unless warranty work is needed and I can’t get in elsewhere I will not be using this dealership, or any other corwin dealership, ever again for absolutely anything. Hope this review helps others that are considering this automotive group for repairs, etc.

If I could put 0 I would. They took advantage of me walking into their store by myself. They agreed on an amount and then changed it when my boyfriend left back to work. The communication is awful, and only want your money. When they tell you they have submitted the process and will receive your refund in 3-5 business days just to find out they submitted it 2 minutes before I arrived upset and mad. Would not recommend buying from here!!

I just purchased a new 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee at Corwin Chrysler/Jeep here in Fargo using product specialist Ross Belgrade. I compared a GMC Acadia & BMW X5 with the Grand Cherokee. I currently owned a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland with 189,000(very dependable). I looked as far out as Chicago, Kansas City, MN, ND & SD. I truly felt that Ross Belgrade & Corwin were the fairest to me on pricing and trade-in value of my Jeep GC. Even when it came to final numbers, Ross was able to get me an extra $1,000 off Corwins already low price. I really like that Ross was interested in ME and he made every effort to make sure I was satisfied with my new vehicle. Ross was even there for me when I filled out all the final paperwork. Had service bought from them with the vehicle. I had to move out of the city and wanted to use the pre-paid service check on my other vehicle but they denied it and won’t refund either. I’m sure they didn’t tell me all this weird thing while I paid for everything.I hope someone will make them write it clearly on the coupon if they have any conditions like that happened to me. When they have no conditions noted on it, I believe they have to accept customers different opinion. They know how to take people’s money.

Salesperson rear ended my 16 year old daughter just outside the dealership while she was getting oil changed. Said they would work with us on getting her into a different car but would not budge on sticker price. We went elsewhere vs. letting them profit from their totaling her car. I was extremely disappointed as we had purchased three vehicles from Corwin over the last 10 years. What a joke this place is. I brought my truck there for them to buyout my lease. I thought everything went well as i made a little extra money from what i owed on the lease. Here comes the sketchy part. It took them over a month for them to pay it off. I had to call numerous times asking about when the payoff would be sent. No one could ever give me an answer. Its been over a month and i still havent receive my check from the buyout. Funny thing is they tell me theyre waiting for the title but yet they had my truck for sale online the next day and its already sold. How did they sell the truck without a title then? This place is sketchy and i will never go back to them. Every time i call and talk to someone no one knows anything. What a joke.

They make promises they dont keep. Treat you like you are a subordinate employee, not a customer. Sell you an oil change/ tire rotation package and after you have done 2 oil changes and one rotation they tell you they charge you for both every time even though they dont do both at the same time unless you request it.I will never buy a new vehicle from them again. They dont honor their word. Terrible experience even though some of their staff are nice.

Went here to lease a new vehicle. Had a price point we wanted to stay within and picked a vehicle that was within that price point. Start to draw up the paperwork and the vehicle doesnt have autostart. We add the autostart which in tern excides our price point. Go to the finance managers office to sign the paperwork. FM comments about my wifes finger nails and continues to do so throughout the signing. I declined your service packages to which the FM questions me about. At this point my 5 yo son has to use the restroom so I take him there. While in the restroom the FM then questions me to my wife about declining the service package which I dont find out about until we get home. FM says they will buyout our previous lease as it was at its lease end. Get the vehicle home and my wife drives it for a few days and does not like the vehicle. It doesnt have the same options as our previous vehicle, which we were paying less for, mind you WE had to install the autostart and lock buttons on the door dont work correctly. I email the salesman and tell him about our displeasure with the vehicle and that we would like out of the lease. He says it too early to turn back. Weeks later I get an email from our previous leases financial institution that our previous lease has been renewed and we owe them money for that month. I call said financial institution and question them about the lease renewal. They said they never received the title. I tell them thats funny, Corwin said that they would purchase the buyout on our previous lease. The said they never received payment our the title for the previous vehicle. I call Corwin to see whats going on and was told that they would check with the title dept. I dont hear back until the end of the day and was told that there was nothing that could be done today as the title dept. was closed for the day. I then drive to the dealership to voice my displeasure and that we want out of the lease. Sales manager assures me it would get taken care of, to which it did. My wife calls the GM to see if we can get out of the lease and in so little words tells her no, we waited to long, when in fact I asked a week after signing. Tells us that we can get a lower payment on a Ram if we want to swap, which I already have if they would have had they looked out the window. Get a call a few days later from the same sales manager asking me if I was looking for a new Ram. How tone deaf can you be? Total lack of communication here. We wanted out of the lease and were told no when something could have been done a lot earlier. With that and all the other BS that we went through with this place Ill never give this place any future business. There, fixed my review

Well its been around a year now since I bought my used 2016 Dodge Ram 1500. So I thought I would share my review. First off I really like the truck. It had a couple of issues such as the drivers side window froze last winter and when I went to open it, it came of the rail. Corwin fixed promptly. The second was it made a ticking sound which really made me panic but it turned out to be a common thing with Rams that the manifold bolts break which again Corwin fixed promptly.Their sales staff is awesome and friendly. They also have a courtesy van to take you home and pick you up. Also they will give you a loaner vehicle if needed without any hassle.So all in all Im impressed with Corwin dealership. I will definitely in time buy another vehicle from them. Next time around itll be a new Dodge Ram 2500.If you buy used do what I did and have new tires and battery and any other things needed included with your financing purchase before you sign as this will save you a headache later. Ohh and make sure on the tires to get 5 of them instead of 4, one for your spare, which I forgot about.

WORST WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Drove an hour to buy a vehicle - found out it was in an accident - that’s fine still willing to buy this car - asked a manager to step outside to speak details with us because our 2 year old was sleeping in the vehicle and he refused to come talk to us. I am so disappointed and offended. Will NEVER buy a vehicle from them. Spoke to the GM and he treated us the same apparently because it was “busy”Terrible customer service - TERRIBLE sales.

Had an appointment scheduled for a 1pm oil change and was there at 12:30pm. Didn’t get my car until almost 3 pm. When I got to my car all the windows were down and there was grease and paper scattered all over my car. Don’t recommend going here for an oil change unless you have hours to spare waiting around.

They are absolutely terrible. DO NOT, and I repeat, DO NOT BUY FROM CORWIN. They rigged my new car to drive good for the first couple of days. After 5 days my engine temp light, electronic throttle light, and check engine light came on. As well as my car smoking profusely and acceleration lagging. They are worthless and will only trouble you. Please do not buy from them. Take your business absolutely anywhere else. Please.

We bought a 2020 ram 1500 pickup signed paperwork and everything. They called us 16days later saying the bank now doesnt want to finance the vehicle. Because they didnt see my husbands pay stubs til after paperwork was signed. So the next thing we know they are taking it away. They didnt fight the bank saying they cant do that. The paperwork we signed is a legal binding agreement. We are looking for a lawyer because we are sure this is not the first time. WE WILL NOT BE BACK AND WE WILL NOT RECOMMEND OR SEND ANYONE.

Well they sold me a car with no working headlights and then told me where to stick it when I told them about it!! WOW great service!! Get whatever you was promised in black and white first. It’s been over an month now and all of my attempts to communicate with the salesman have been ignored. Updating this from when I bought my truck and van from these guys. I brought my truck in for work and it took them a month to complete it. To top it off my Diablo Tuner got stole out of my truck while it was in their care. Zero stars if that was an option. Terrible experience. Only interested in helping during the purchasing process Terrible to work with after purchase and Terrible for turning in a lease. Only interested in trying to sell another car before this one is turned in despite clearly saying I have no intention of re-buying because of previous poor customer service. Do want to give credit to the kindest receptionist who was polite and as helpful as she could be with my repeated calls. Very first impression was that these guys are rude & don’t really actually care about the customer. As I was walking into the dealership (being watched by salesman) with car seat in hand, struggling to open the door by myself, my diaper bag gets caught on the door these two salesman were 4 feet from the door chatting to each other and watching me struggle and neither of them offered to open the door for me. Any person with the slightest common sense/manners would have helped me. The rest of the experience salesman was pushy and would make rude comments because we decided to take a day or two to think before purchasing. You can’t just rudely push someone into buying.

I will start this review saying the one star is for the service department. We purchased a truck and the sales team was helpful and the process was quick and went smoothly.However 2,000 miles after we owned the brand new truck we went on a trip from Northern Minnesota to Mpls. After we started we received an error the truck would reduce speed to 5 miles per hour in 100 miles if we did not see a dealer. We called Corwin and continued to be sent to various voice mail boxes even after we asked repeatedly to talk to a person. We wanted to know how serious this message was and if there was a way to reset the message. Finally after about 30 minutes we get a call back from someone saying we could bring the truck in two days from that day. Well that was not going to work. We were well over 100 miles from Corwin and what did they think we were going to do sit on the side of the road for a couple days. Their final answer was Bring it to any Dodge dealer . Guess what, we did get in touch with another Dodge dealer. They gave us great service on the phone and repaired the vehicle under warranty. Dont worry Corwin. I will be going to another Dodge dealer from now on.

I have purchased two vehicles from Corwin and thought they were ok as far as friendly staff and selling vehicles. As far as service the scheduling is terrible and they offer no loaner car if you have to leave your vehicle so they can take three days to diagnose a problem. Recently, I was looking to upgrade my pickup. I found what I wanted and tried to act quickly. I called the sales team to confirm if it was still available and it was. I scheduled an appointment with them to look at it and I was going to buy because I have been researching pickups for months and watching prices. I confirmed my appointment before I made a 45 minute trek to the dealership when I arrived my salesman was busy and got referred to someone else and after a 10 minute wait he said the pickup had been sold. First of all, I get it...first come first serve and I had been beaten to the punch but a simple phone call to prevent me from making a long trip and trying to schedule out my day with my wife and two small kids in order for me to make such a trip was incredibly disappointing. Small dealerships I have dealt with in the past have always made a point to work with you and get you a vehicle you want. They treat you like a person instead of a number or better yet a paycheck. Corwin: I will avoid you at all cost in future.

Dropped my vehicle off at 8:30 am on a Friday to get serviced (oil change and check engine light on). I had an appointment.I called multiple times throughout the afternoon just to get a status update and they would just send me to voicemail. Finally after leaving multiple messages, I got a return call at 5:00 pm and they told me they couldn’t get to my vehicle until Monday, because Saturday was booked. This makes no sense; why wouldn’t they take care of the appointments they couldn’t get to the day prior!?The service advisor I was working with was very unapologetic when he reluctantly called me back; he offered no insight as to why my vehicle didn’t get service or why there was never a status update provided to me.They did “squeeze” my vehicle in on Saturday (so kind of them), which took them all day Saturday to service. When I went to pay in the afternoon, the employees that were working possessed absolutely no awareness at all. They had no idea I was standing at their desks (because they were watching TV). I was infuriated by this point. To top it all off, I was charged with a bogus $130 diagnostic charge that no one told me was coming.There are many other dealerships in the FM area that provide much better customer service and transparency than I recently received at Corwin. I will never do business here again.

We drove from the Twin Cities, and called ahead on a vehicle. He was quick with getting the deposit down and held the keys until we got there. We took it on a test drive and LOVED it! Mike was very easy to work with, very soft spoken and not pushy at all! Everywhere we have gone the salesmen have been down our throats, but Mike gave us space and was very relaxed. The other employees there as well that were involved in out sale were great as well, not one person asked us more then once about anything. If we said no, that was it. Which was great and very much appreciated. We didnt feel uncomfortable at all. At the end of the process We got the tank filled and a fresh wash! We will be referring everyone we know to this dealership. Far drive for us, but totally worth it, and their selection is amazing!!!Thank you Mike so much!

Went in with my Jeep for a recall on the windshield wipers. They quoted me a new wiper blade (which I did need) would be $15. They went to the stock and grabbed one and put it on... Then when I was leaving and going to pay, they charged me $27. They said theres and installation fee and the wiper was a higher price than I was initially told. They didnt wiggle room anything and I was charged almost double when I get a premium blade at any other store for almost $13. Dont let them abuse you with quotes and doing service then charging you for it!

High levels of care, concern, and professionalism!Shout out to Conrad Hager for his diligence and attention to my needs, as well as to Greg Heinz for exhibiting a big heart so often missing in car dealership managers. I also want to mention Ross and CT, both sales associates that were willing, even happy to help during the process when I stopped in unannounced and Conrad was unavailable. More below if youre interested...I came in after an accident landed my 2017 Fusion on top of a guard rail along I-29. As a generally safe driver, I opted not to have GAP insurance (lesson learned!) and needed a replacement vehicle that was both safe and had a considerable amount of equity beyond its price. Conrad checked NADA values on just about every 4WD or AWD vehicle that fit our price range and we whittled down the list until I was covinced we found the right fit, even making the haggling process painless, giving enough of a discount that the unsecured remainder of my last vehicle was able to be rolled into my new credit union loan! I will very likely be back to work with these same group of guys next time I am in the market for a new or used vehicle.In the meantime, Im excited and uber thankful to start driving my new (to me) 2017 Jeep Cherokee!

Salesman was absolutely terrible. No communication skills whatsoever. Planned a test drive and he had no idea on specs of the car. The finance person was the worst person I have ever dealt with. Didn’t ask if my interest rate was okay just assumed my background and credit score. He just showed me my monthly Payment without even letting me know my interest rate. Then started bashing my credit score without actually glancing at my credit. After I brought this to his attention He actually did his job and found me a better rate. Rate went from6.2 to 4.9. Best part is he gladly accepted my down payment without even showing me a glance of the total cost of finance and car. Definitely been treated better at other dealership this is the first and last time I ever purchase a car from this location.
