Had a fantastic time working with my salesman Mike. He was wonderful and would happily work with him again. However, the more I look at the car I bought the more Im disappointed with all the little things that went untouched or not cared for at all. For a dealership that continually touted its services to me Im disappointed. Had to take my car into a different dealership days after buying the car due to a sensor issue and issues with the memory seats. The paint is missing down to the body in couple places which the dealership clearly never cared about. Overall had a good dealership experience but I really expected the car to be in better shape than it is now. I feel like they took advantage of me coming in from out of state and having limited time to see the car before driving away.

Never write ratings but got to let this one fly. The workers lost my keys for at least 20 mins when I went to pick up my car from an oil change. They eventually found them… in the bathroom. Also, they try to up charge you for anything they possibly can. It was the same way at the Bismarck Honda dealership. You’ll go for a >$60 oil change, but expect them to try and change every air filter or oil filter/rotate tires/anything else they can possible convince you to make the service more money. Unless you have a big problem with your car that requires a Honda dealership, DO NOT go here for services.

After a mistake was made by a former employee selling me a car. Honda Corwin made sure I got the car I needed and helped make sure I didnt lose out on prior deal the best they could. Kevin the manager helped me through the situation and made sure I got the right car for me. He showed great customer service skills working with a frustrated and emotional customer in myself. I also want to thank Donavan the salesmen that worked with me. He was very quick to answer and came into work when it was his day off to help me get the deal done. For a less than ideal situation and market Honda Corwin did a great job helping me through this.

Don’t know what good making an appointment does when they don’t really honor the time. Had an 1115 appointment for an oil change but at 1215 my car still hadn’t moved from where I drove it in….had the appointment time for a reason…since they couldn’t tell me when my car would be serviced, I cancelled and left. Only reason I will come back is because of the free oil change coupons I got when I bought the car.Gave them a 2nd chance today, same result but worse..with an appointment told it would be 1 hour b4 they would get to it and another hour to change the oil...done with this dealership for any service work outside of warranty. WHY MAKE PEOPLE HAVE APPOINTMENTS WHEN THEY ARENT HONORED?

We looked at a couple CRV last friday with no pressure from the salesman, friendly helpful staff we ended up buying this 2017 Honda CRV TOURING from George shipley, excellent salesman willing to answer all your Questions and go out of his way to make sure your satisfied. Keep up the good work George and the aftermarket guy talked to me, Im getting a bug shield put on it and I got a personal email from the general manager Brandt saying if I needed anything to contact him. Do NOT buy from here but if you do get the extended warranty! They do not do proper inspection of their vehicles or if they do they lie about the condition. They are Pushy and claim the vehicle will be gone unless you give a deposit ahead of seeing the vehicle..Funny that there is a theme of blown engines or transmissions after purchasing from here. That is exactly what happened to ours. When we picked the vehicle up it wasn’t even finished being detailed-had vehicle less then 2 weeks and then it was in the Shop getting fixed for a month. I would never purchase from here again by far the Worst experience I have ever had and one of the biggest regrets.

You have lost our business.They did the paperwork wrong. Sent us the title for the truck we sold. Made us fix their mistakes. Made us drive from Bemidji to Fargo to bring them the title. Took 9 months to get our plates. When our lease is up we will NEVER EVER do business with this place again. We have been loyal customers for 10 years. This was so awful you have lost our business. Shame on you!!!! You dont even deserve one star. Your employees were rude.

The salesman withheld important information. When I asked him about the issue after the purchase, he was aware of it and never mentioned it to me. When other issues arose within a week I called the manager about bringing it back for a different one to which I was told, I wouldn’t advise that cause we wouldn’t give you the amount you bought it for. The vehicle was also manufactured in Canada. I knew that but it was not registered in the US. So I had to get it registered in the US to get my extended warranty to help me fix a backup camera fixed. This is something that should have been taken care of before I left the dealership. Over all my experience was far from pleasant and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere in the future. Thank God for the service manager in Aberdeen that helped me work thru these issues 😬

Called to see if the dealership had a specific used vehicle I was looking for. I was thrilled to hear they had exactly what I was looking for. Scheduled an appointment with a salesman to look at the vehicle and talk about trading in my car. The salesman was awesome but seemed completely handcuffed by the sales managers that were arrogant and condescending. The vehicle I was going to look at was in the body shop so the finance manager convinced me to leave a deposit to hold the vehicle from being sold and told me it didn’t matter how much I put down because it wouldn’t be cashed if I didn’t buy the vehicle. I agreed and left a check. A few days later, I went back to see the vehicle that was still in tough shape. I didn’t want to make the deal due to the condition of the vehicle. I felt incredibly pressured by the sales manager that basically threatened with the deposit that I left. Corwin did agree to clean the vehicle up further and asked me to come back when it was done. In the meantime, I found another used vehicle in perfect condition, 40k fewer miles, more options, and same price. The second dealership offered more on trade and a much more manageable payment option. It was such a night and day difference that I made the deal with the second dealership. When I called to inform Honda I had found a different vehicle, I was told I likely wasn’t going to get my deposit check back as it was a “deposit”. I had to do a $20 check cancel at my bank to make sure the dealership didn’t cash my check. I was so turned off by the whole interaction. I will never deal with Corwin for any reason whatsoever.

Update PULSE WARNING. After buying our vehicle we found on the bill of sale a $400 charge for PULSE. This is apparently a safety device add on the flashes your brake lights. None of the staff offered this as an option or told us about it. We asked up from t if there were any additional fees or charges and had in writing that there werent. In the end the salesman had to pay us back out of his own pocket for this.Original review: Very competitive on price on the vehicle purchase. Staff was professional and friendly. They push a bunch of extra stuff like service plans, accessories ect. My main complaint is the time to do the sale took way too long. We drove from out of town and asked them to have everything ready to go and it took 2 hours. It should have taken 30 mins max.

6 calls to get through to make an appointment, instead just called all the departments to setup myself. When arrived not aware of appointment and service rep not friendly at all. Was quoted an hour and a half of service time and still waiting 2.25 hours later with no checking in with me on status of vehicle, very very frustrating, especially when I mentioned having a long travel day after appointment.Was appreciative of another service rep recognizing and asking if I need help.

Corwin has now done wonders for me TWICE! Lisa Bruns, my sales lady pictured below, was spectacularly helpful and delightful to deal with. She is the Internet Liaison from Corwin Jeep, but after our initial contact, saw me through my purchase of my new Subaru at Corwin Honda. The finance department worked with me, was fair in dealing with me on numbers for my vehicle and for my trade, and fixed all the relatively minor issues I had, including a chipped windshield. I recommend Lisa, Eric Taylor my Sales Manager, Brad my Finance Manager, and the Corwin staff to ANYONE looking for a great experience getting a new vehicle!

Dishonest sales practices. Salesmen will make promises they can’t keep, and have no knowledge of (like ‘car will be ready next day’) to get you to make a deposit.It was a complete waste of time in my experience. After weeks of waiting the car still wasn’t ready and we bought elsewhere.Walk away and don’t waste your time.

Pleasant atmosphere, didnt waste my time, and Brandon provided a positive experience while visiting this location. I was happy with the car buying experience overall.Update: Since purchasing a used vehicle at this location, things were pretty good. Two weeks after driving the car, the engine self-destructed with no warning or indication anything was wrong.I contacted the dealership. They offered solutions to resolve the problem, but I chose to deal with it in my own way. It wouldnt be fair to hold the dealership responsible without knowing what caused the engine failure.

Went to Corwin after seeing that they will but your vehicle and pay off you loan. So I went down and talk to the salesman. After coming to terms the dealership go my vehicle. Then they drag there feet. They come up with new reasons why things are taking so long. What I was told would happen turned out to either be a lie or poor training. As of week and a half later Corwin Honda leave early before a long weekend and now no check for me until Tuesday do to lack of care... Corwin Honda is a joke and do not care as long as they get theres sales team dont know what they are even doin..

I recently purchased a 2013 Subaru Outback. Brandon was very helpful and friendly, and even though the first visit went a little rough-he went out of his way to get me in contact with someone who was able to finalize a price. They will make sure youre taken care of, just dont be afraid to push back a little. This is a big purchase, have a little fun. The honda store is extremely nice inside and very well laid out. Expanded sales lot with more cars than ever which is great being they have way more colors and options to look at of each model now. The only downfall I found was a place to park. That being said it was really busy with customers looking to buy and it was Saturday so that all played into the parking issue. That was my only (mild) complaint. The staff were friendly and professional. Riley was the salesman I worked with and he was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle we were going to purchase. He took the time to let me take it home make sure it fit well in our garage and so my wife could drive it being she was home with my little ones so she couldnt make it in. He gave us ample time to make sure it was the model we wanted. During the buying process the new car sales manager, Jessie, came over to assist Riley in making sure the price was where we needed it to be. I felt no pressure at all from either one to push me into a payment I wasnt comfortable with. They both made the buying process enjoyable and comfortable. When buying a car it can be very stressful, but I didnt feel that here. If you are looking for a new or used Honda, this is the place to go. Look for Riley-he will treat you well! Thanks again, Jessie. You made it a stand out experience for a process most people dread. The delivery sales manager, Jeremiah, came out to show me how to operate all the new features the new pilot has and made sure I knew how everything worked. He was very thorough in answering all questions. Overall, a very good experience.

I brought my vehicle in for maintenance which they gladly completed and charged me. During their inspection they noticed a crack in the under frame which basically meant the car was no longer worth the cost of the repair. I should have been warned prior to the repair. Instead I was charged $800 for nothing. The service tech offered to have a repair made to the cracked under frame by someone not employed by Corwin and just not tell anyone about it. The service tech stopped returning my phone calls and eventually I scrapped the car. Poor customer service. But hey....theyve got my money so what do they care.You must really not care about customer service. Per your request below, I left your General Manager a voice mail as requested on Monday, April 12. As of this morning (4/15) no response. Youre either incompetent or dont care. Or maybe thats just a canned response to make people think you care. Either way its terrible customer service.

I visited this dealership today. The sale representative was very friendly, nice, and efficient. I had no problems in that respect. What absolutely startled me was the state of the cars I test drove. I know used cars won’t always be in the best condition, but I have the expectation they are wiped down and generally clean. One car had crumbs in the back seat and unknown splatters on the dashboard. The next car had unknown orange splatters above the drivers seat, and they looked gummy. This car also had several gnats in it flying around. I really wish I was kidding. I lost trust in the dealership after that car. If they can’t wipe out a car and ensure it is clean for customers, I can’t trust the car I buy from them. Not sure what happened here, but won’t be back and won’t recommend to anyone I know.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! This was BY FAR the friendliest dealership around. We didnt really arrive with enough time to test drive the cars but Jeremiah was quick to help us, super friendly, and he even stayed, after they were technically closed, to allow us to test drive a few cars. He introduced us to his manager who was equally as friendly and kind. Unfortunately they didnt have the model we were looking for but if they had, my husband and I probably would have purchased it! We recently (in the last week) purchased a used vehicle from them. They allegedly do a 50 point inspection on their vehicles. Well. I dont know if that is true, or if the person doing it is just not good at their job because the front passenger tire has been leaking since we bought it. Thought we must have driven over something and took it to get patched. Nope. Just a BAD patch job previously. Now Im not saying that is their fault but they obviously knew something was wrong with it as the salesman told my husband he had just filled the tire for him.The tires are one thing, but this makes me VERY nervous about what other work they could be doing or missing.We did call Corwin to talk to the salesman. He said hed talk to his manager and get back in touch with usWere still waiting on that call.Follow up- its been almost a year. We NEVER heard back from Corwin. They also missed a cover on the oil well or whatever you want to call it. Thats right. No cover. So. Apparently whomever did their 50 point inspection missed a FREAKIN cover. I stopped in yesterday with our 2017 Honda Civic to get the tires rotated which apparently is very important on these cars, and was told by Keenan it would be a 2 hour wait, I told him I couldnt wait that long and would have to come back some other time, he then told me to wait and he would make it go quicker, and he did, I have dealt with Keenan in the Honda service dept before and he has been so nice and professional, thank you so much Keenan!

Drove all the way from michigan to get a vehicle from these guys and definitely not disappointed! They were amazing to work with, the price was great, vehicle was in great condition. They kept it overnight to do some inspections and made sure it was roadworthy; fixed the issue and we were on our way! The whole process was almost perfect; but once the GM (Eric) got involved it went from a pleasurable experience, to almost breaking the sale entirely. Sam and Payton were great to work with. Just purchased a certified used Honda from Corwin Honda, Jeremiah was my sales person and never once did I feel pressured to buy the car that I had expressed interest in. The customer service was great - when I arrived the car was already pulled into the dealership so I could look it over out of the wind. Jeremiah was very upfront about a tiny scratch on the vehicle. Bought a Civic here in 2014 and owned it for six years and only ever had it serviced here at Corwin Honda. The carelessness and disrespect towards my vehicle, however, ultimately drove me away. Two of the biggest examples of this were the technicians not tightening my vehicles oil drain bolt which lead to oil dumping out and my engine stalling out while driving. Second example, was the technicians forgetting to reattach my vehicles splash shield, which came off and was destroyed while driving. They pretend to care, but behind your back will screw you over. Mistakes happen, but when they routinely occur its obvious its intentional. Glad I switched to Subaru and have received much better treatment at Muscatell.

Mike Sims showed us a bunch of new and used cars that fit what we wanted around the price we wanted. Ty also came and helped find us a great deal. It was an ideal situation because I didnt feel like I had to be a strong negotiator. They were easy and honest to work with. After we decided on the purchase (a couple days later), Isaac worked with us to make sure everything was as smooth as possible.What made us lucky is that they worked out a great deal to help us through the covid pandemic. Carly worked with on the paperwork and was really patient when my wife had to drop out of the room to take a 45 min call as well.A huge shoutout to Mike and Isaac from sales, another Mike from finances, Ty the new car manager, and Carly from the title office. They really did a great job making everything easy.

I had an amazing experience with not only Corwin Honda but my amazing sales rep Kelvin.To say I am picky is an understatement when it comes to cars. I have looked at over 12 Nissan Muranos and saw this one at Corwin and flew in from the twin cities to look at it. Kelvin was able to answer all my questions before flying there, they had no hidden fees and were up front about all their prices, they are the only dealership that took their time to clean a car before I arrived to look at it and that speaks volumes about them and their customer service.They have a great selection of new & used cars.I can’t recommend Kelvin or Corwin Honda enough. My family all agreed we would fly and or make the drive to Fargo again just to work with Kelvin for any future cars we buy.

Was not impressed. Found a car I wanted and had the cash to pay for it. They tried to send someone out from financing to get me to buy it on payments. I said no, I dont want to pay you double what you are asking for it through interest. They wont take no for an answer and send out his manager. Yes Im still sure I dont want to finance and give you extra money. They were more concerned with trying to scam an extra 4000 out of me in the long run than making a sale and customer experience

Hello fellow Google Review readers. Where to start? Walking into the dealership felt like walking into a 5 star hotel. Folks, were talking really classy. The service, mwah (chef kiss). I was greeted immediately by friendly faces wondering how they could help me. I told them I was there to see Jeremiah Graves. Before I could finish, Graves, Jeremiah was briskly walking over like a bronze medal speed walker. We did an air handshake (S/O Covid). He whisked me away to his adorable cubicle to learn about me and what I was looking for in a vehicle. My wife and I ended up purchasing a Honda Pilot. We couldnt be happier. It feels like were driving a cumulonimbus cloud. Talking smooth folks and comfort to boot! All in all an extremely pleasurable experience. My wife and I left smiling ear to ear. I purchased a car from Corwin 3 months ago via my son. I live in Indiana and my son is going to College at NDSU. The purchase part went fairly well, paperwork was slow but it arrived. Where it turned sour was in the titling process. Lie after lie. They even left a voicemail that I saved that if I didnt get the VIN identification done my lender would repo me. Keep in mind that I had this done 2 months prior to this conversation and had been to the BMV in Indiana and wasnt able to get tags because the title was never sent to the DMV. So after a few back and forths and no return calls and 2 hang ups I overnight the VIN identification that my lender said has no bearing on them getting a title sent to them. This place lies and there salesman Sam is a complete waste of time. I wish I lived in North Dakota and plan next time I see my son to have a in depth conversation with him on his salesmanship.

I hate getting my oil changed here. What is the point of making an appointment if they still make you wait an hour and a half. Im glad my prepaid oil changes are gone so I never have to go back.

Well let me start this off by these are 100% the guys to go to! I had Eric (manager) and Adam (salesmen) and they were the best, very patient and kind through the car buying process and were both happy to explain something if you don’t understand. I’ve bought a few cars through Corwin Public Wholesale and that’s not the way to go at all, my experience through CPW made me fearful of buying from corwin ever again but Eric and Adam kind of restored my faith in the company. Absolutely 150% going through these 2 gentlemen next time I buy a car and I will recommend them to everybody I know if they’re looking! Great experience!
