I only get my oil changed and tires rotated here. They’re fast and the price is right. I even had my brake pads replace here. They quoted me half of what the place next door did. They’re awesome!

I would like to share a wonderful and blessed experience with Meineke Car Care Center in Fargo, North Dakota on Monday, October 25, 2021. I was visiting for the very first time for my daughter performance with Fargo Opera. The malfunction indicator light came on and l checked my auto manufacturer book to find out this light coming on could be a potentially serious problem. I must admit l prayed and asked GOD to direct me to the right service to service my vehicle and Meineke was that choice after experiencing light on over the weekend. God answered my prayer through a very short search online, Holy behold Meineke could take care of my particular problem. Early Monday, October 25th, l drove my vehicle in without an appointment, left it, by late morning they had completed the diagnostic testing, called me and recommended options for me to decide. The diagnostic code determined that it was a problem with the thermostat for the coolant system and out of the two options given, l decided to replace the thermostat and around 2:30 the same afternoon my vehicle was repaired and ready for pickup.. I would like to say thanks to the entire Meineke team from start to finish, hats off to customers service in communicating the problem with my vehicle. Thanks again and may God bless your company to continue to give excellent, experienced and quality service.

My experience at Meineke was exceptional. Lori did my AC and in my opinion she went out of her way to make my experience there memorable. Lori deserve a raise she knows her stuff around the ins and outs of the AC in your vehicle plus shes very good with people. I know Ill come back thanks to Lori

Brought car in for road test. Decided to get an oil change since Meineke was very slow at the time. Mechanic who was working on my car came and told me I had a oil and a differential leak. My car wasnt leaking a drop of anything anywhere when I bought my car there and not one drop of anything was on the floor of my garage. I did notice that the mechanic walked out to his personal car with what looked like a plug, which Im sure came from my vehicle. At that time, my car was on the lift. Theres no way ever a car should come out of a business garage in worst shape than it went in. If my car isnt returned back to the way it was before I brought it in, will contact The Better Business Bureau. Car is currently in my garage unable to run. I do have to get an Alternator for it. However, fluid is all over the floor of my garage. Im very displeased with that mechanic in particular.

Very personable and friendly - they were able to schedule the tire repair (for a slow leak) near the end of their day on a Saturday - the other shops I called were so uninterested in doing a quick tire repair (on a rental car), as exhibited by their gruff manner and request that I drop off the tire rather than wait at their shop. The Meineke folks were friendly and supportive on the phone and scheduled an appointment time. They readily found the problem - a tiny headless nail (which I wasnt able to see or feel when I visually looked it over while it was still on the vehicle) - and had it quickly repaired. Turns out theyd had a run on tire repairs that day, yet they still handled mine with courtesy and friendly conversation. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Laura and her team were fantastic on a Friday afternoon when my AC went out. They worked quickly and with fabulous customer service. I highly recommend this location.

My alternator suddenly went out and they were able to get me in fast and completely put in a new one in a matter of only a few hours. They were fantastic and easily explained everything. All questions were answered with easy and professionalism.

Charged me half of what every other repair shop wanted. I needed my brakes bled after replacing my pads at home. I lost a lot of fluid and got so much air in the line I couldnt get it all out. Everyone else wanted to charge me $130+ for a brake flush. These guys only charged me $60. I will definitely be using them again!

Wow I was so happy with them. When I called they said they were booked. I explained my situation about getting taken advantage of by Corwin ,and how they sold me a van that had issues. They told me to bring it in and they would try to take a look at it. Lora was such a pleasant person to talk with ,and they did there very best to acces the issues. I highly recommend going here to get work done on your vehicles. Thank you to all the staff ,and thanks again Lora you are awesome.

Had an excellent experience, I had an appointment for 4 pm , I got there at 3. They said as soon as the tech got back from break they would take my truck in. I was out by 330. The only thing that surprised me was the price. 98.00$ seemed kinda high, but I needed it.

Thank you to whoever fix my brakes. For a few weeks maybe months my car was making a weird sound from the front brakes. After visiting and scheduling and having them check my car, I had to wait a few hours but it was all good when I got my car back with my brakes fix and no sound coming from the front brakes. Drives smooth like new again. Thank you Meineke Staff!

I’ve been going to Meineke for a handful of years. The prices are good. If they are doing work besides an oil change they let you know if something needs to be replaced and asks if you want it done, unlike some places that will just do it and charge you. It’s super close to my apartment so it’s my go to.

My tire was going flat, fast and no one could fix it. This place got me in, fixed it (a nail), and had me on my way in a half hour-on a Saturday!!! Nice folks to work with too.

I’ve came to Meinke many times for my car from oil changes to check engine lights to new tires. They always get me in quickly for an appointment, have good prices and explain any issues they find thoroughly.

I recently had my jeep into Meineke. They replaced.my wheel hubs and some seals. They did a great job and even called the warranty company for me. Repairs were done in a timely fashion. Everyone was very nice and professional. I will definitely returnKathy Johnson

When my car was done being serviced and got the call from Laura that my car was done I was halfway expecting a big list of “recommended services” to be rattled off to me, but nope! After failing to remove The bolt that attaches my car battery to the frame, I brought my purchased battery to Meineke. they took care of it, and also did an oil change. They were very reasonable on price, friendly, and quick. Definitely recommended, thank you!

They had my car for a week when I brought it in after my power steering went out. I was told that first they ordered the wrong part and that the right one would arrive Tuesday. I called Tuesday and they said it still wasnt in. Wednesday comes and still nothing. I never received one call to give me an update. I call them and they tell me they dont know when the part will come in. On Friday at 1130am I again call and ask about an update. The lady said they had to get a couple cars out and they would pull mine in and get a call back shortly. At 430 with not hearing anything I call AGAIN and was told that the lead technician got side tracked and if I showed up around 630 it would be done. They had my car for a week onky to just to replace a part of the rubber hose and didnt even look at the fact that my car is still blowing cold air on the passenger side. I will be finding another shop where the staff will be professional and not treat their customers as if they are unimportant

The reason I went into their shop was because I needed my steering wheel angle sensor reset as the last place that I took it to did not do that and wasnt going to fix their problem. Well right after I left there I had gone to a shoe stores and at the second store I could no longer turn my vehicle on and the interior lights were pulsating I hooked up my scanner tool and it said that my ECU was not responding, it also said that my tmps sensor was failing, and my wheel sensors were also not working. The battery was going from 6 volts up to 14 volts. I contacted the dealership and they refused to take ownership of the issue and stated that it must have been there before I came in which is impossible because it would not have gotten their in the first place due to it being stuck in limp mode. Basically they fried my electronic control unit and now my car is not working at all.

Nick was great, helpful and got my vehicle in quickly. Saved me $$ on searching out parts.

When realizing my regular, trusted mechanic wasnt open as it was the week, I found Meineke open immediately for an issue I didnt think I could wait to complete until Monday when my mechanic was available, so I called and scheduled an appt. Really hoping and praying that I could get my car in before my appt time, I came in an hour or so early really needing to get my oil changed earlier, which I had called to do after realizing I was overdue by 2,000 miles and in a panic to get it done ASAP.The lady that checked me in was super nice and beyond accommodating and reassured me they would definitely get me in right away and made sure to do so.A young gentleman came in 30 minutes later and said it was all finished. The price ended up being almost $10 more than I was quoted on the phone! I didnt say anything because they had been so accommodating on switching the time and never acting for a second like it was an even remotely an issue or not doable (when I normally would have with $$ always tight).As he finished the invoice, I made kind, sarcastic small talk about the messy inside and jokingly blamed it all on my young children. I went to pay and the young man, without me saying a word about the amount, just ready to pay it, said You know what Maam, Im gonna take $$ off your total. I, obviously, thanked him with extreme and true hearted gratitude.Along with the 1st lady I encountered, this young man was very nice and extremely professional, along with surprising understanding the hardship a single mom of 2 living on one income, goes through. With all of this said when I went to leave the young man not only said Have a great rest of your day, Maam he followed up with God bless (after obviously recognizing the organization on my face mask and an obvious and true understanding of their mission, vision and everything they stand for).I crinkled my eyebrows in amazement and said God Bless you Young man, Merry Christmas and thank you so very much!! Really, thank you, now I can use that discount you gave me for something my kids really need, especially with Christmas right around the corner!. He finished the conversation with, My pleasure Maam, my pleasure and Im glad I could help!!These days, seeing this kind of kindness by people you dont know, is almost nonexistent. It was so nice to see the kindness I preach in action and also to know I have a back up when my regular car maintenance place is not open and available to me, that will treat me the way I get treated when I go to my regular mechanic, that know me well, treat me.**Message: 10 out of 10 stars and I would recommend and I would/will use again when my mechanic is not available. I really hope the upper side of management and ownership read this...**

The manager and owner of this shop are always prompt and professional and friendly with their clients. Ive always been informed of any issues I was unaware of to prolong the longevity of my vehicle, if I desire the service to be performed. They have an excellent mechanic as well, Nick, who understands cars like the back of his hand. They are a staple in the local community and are efficient and honest. I rely on them for these reasons. Like a small town shop with hard working mechanics.

The salesman was polite and friendly Gave me a good deal on my headlights and also checked all my other lights to make sure they were Working properly He was very Efficient and done in a timely manner

From the moment I walked in the door I knew this place would take great care of my car. A manager or a women of similar authority helped check me in and she made sure I was informed and explained things for me. The place was clean and quiet- I enjoyed my time there and I know I can count on them in the future.

Ive had great experience with Meineke out of Fargo. Their pricing is fair, while they provide excellent work. I really like that they take the time to take me back into the shop and show me the components of my vehicle that are in need of maintenance. Not only does it help me learn about mechanics, but it gives me the peace of mind that they are truly fixing items that need to be fixed.

Nick made a genius quick fix to my resonator that had blown open. Couldnt have chosen a better place to go in Fargo!

I went in for a simple oil change and next thing I knew I was being told I needed the top of the top line oil and that it would be double what I planned. Then...when all was done, they tried telling me my battery was so corroded that my battery qas probably shot and that they could check the charge in it and clean it up for me for $25.95. I about died laughing...Napa checks batteries for free and i cleaned my WORKING battery just fine with a$3 wire brush from Walmart. What a joke, I may have looked young and inexperienced but little did they knw....not happy with the false attempts at doubling my bill

They did an amazing job on my car. I needed my muffler replaced, and they were very accommodating in getting the parts in and working around my schedule. I couldn’t be happier with their services, my car sounds normal again. The staff was really friendly and they made sure I understood what was going on with my car. I decided not to have my car serviced at Meineke after I had a horrible experience with them. They were so rude and not willing to listen to you. They over charged me and when I reasoned with them they arrogantly said you pay what we told you or out.

I went to two tire repair places within about a block of this place. One told me it would be several hours to fix a flat tire that I brought in off the car. The other place said it would be a couple of days.I went to this Meineke and they said they could do it right away.I brought the tire in then saw they had no customers in any of the bays. I should have taken that as my cue. There is a reason this outfit had no customers.They patched the obvious leak (a screw).Then the service person called the desk person into the garage. A few minutes later they called me in to tell me there was a second leak and they would have to chart me twice for two repairs.I told them to fix it, and went back to the lobby.Then I went back to the garage to watch them.I do not trust them and would not recommend them.

When their is a problem with my vehicle, for the past 10 years I have taken the problem to meineke car care center and they have always been open and honest with me about everything and they have also been that way to the peoples that I recommended to them. for the past 10 plus years I cant express enough how much I appreciate the work the service and the time their staff have taken to get fix whatever problem there was and Especially making sure that my vehicles was ready and safe on the road. Dropped off a truck that wouldn’t start, a day later I picked up running in it’s best condition!Brody did the maintenance, kept me in the loop on what he was working on, and performed excellent work. He even walked me through the damaged parts while I picked the truck up.Second time I have taken my truck here, and I was impressed on both occasions. Highly recommend.

Had been over charged for things I didnt need at other auto shops but I brought it into Meineke and it was done in AN HOUR AND A HALF. When I brought it to a different auto shop it took a week and a half and they still werent done, I just demanded it back. Great value too saved me tons of money.

Bait n switch. The owner is a crook. Told me 200 for new muffler then when done they doubled my BILL! HELD MY CAR HOSTAGE. He also owned MACCO, The toner place, Budget blinds. When I found out Henry Hotgard owned the place it all made sense. He owned computer renaissance a d I got robbed their too. Sold me refurbished computer that died in 2 days and refused to make good and said I have to go through warranty.

Routine oil change. The guys here are great and know what they are doing. They also have decent pricing for larger projects you may need done on your vehicle. I continue to come back to them because of these things.

I recently had my car serviced and felt that they were honest and not trying to sell me things I didnt need. This is so hard to find in a reliable service station. Will definitely return.

Got my oil changed for a much more reasonable price then other auto shops I’ve tried, and they also charged my battery and filled up my tires for free. Only took about twenty five minutes. I’ll absolutely be using there services again

It’s nice to see women around there! 🙌🏾 I’ve been bringing my cars here for a few years, never once had a problem. Everyone’s always polite, and helpful. Great prices, and they get you right in and out.

When checking in, I was informed by the Meineke shop owner that his computer said I had to use a full synthetic oil in my car, which is more than double the price of they advertise for a synthetic blend oil. I showed him in my car owners manual where it said I could use a conventional oil in my car and it would be acceptable for maintaining the vehicle warranty. He didnt seem to care what my vehicle manual said, and said he would not use the oil that I wanted to use; he would only change my oil if I used the full synthetic motor oil for more than double the price. Seems to me a scheme to make more money by forcing you to use a more expensive oil. I promptly walked out and will never go back to this place again.

Showed up at 5:30pm to check into getting my tire fixed (had a nail in it.) They got me in right away and I was back on the road by 5:50pm for $30. Quick and easy to work with. Was a great first experience using this company, will be using them in the future.

My experience with this center was wonderful. I was greeted with amazing customer service right from the start! No one likes to experience car problems and especially while traveling. The stress of that alone can leave a person frazzled and undone! I first went to another place and they greeted me with annoyance and frustration of their heavy load. With this place, however, I experienced a refreshing and welcoming that I will never forget. Not only were they able to get us in right away they were able to get us back on the road with in the day! As a woman I was properly educated on the problem I was experiencing and at no point did I feel lied to or manipulated. My experience overall was a pleasant one! If I had to (which honestly I hope I don’t) I would return! A big shout out to the employees who helped us get back on the road, “Thankyou!!”

First they lifted my truck up on the running boards And bent the brackets that hold the running board to the truck After observing that I watched the work being performed which was never done a tire rotation They removed lug nuts and never rotated the tires On a 2019 GMC Sierra 4 wheel drive when I called them out on the work not being Performed They rotated the tires incorrectly and did not cross when rotating the tires Which is always done on a 4 wheel drive vehicle I was told they simply go front to back because it was faster I was lulled at be the shop manager and was told to wait out side for my truck I will be Reporting them to the better business barrel in all recommend nobody ever has any work performed their

Went on vacation and half way into drive home, the tip of my tire pressure valve broke when I went to air it up. I was able to finish drive just fine but needed to replace valve so I could air my tire up, so I stopped into meineke in Fargo ND. I have the special valves that have a reader in it. I had them replace the one that the tip broke on and do a tire rotation, it took 2.5 hours and it was a scheduled appointment. When they brought us up to finalize everything they told us the one they replaced wouldnt read and another one all of a sudden wouldnt read, but they got the one they replaced to finally read but its not reading the correct tire and it would cost me another $100 to replace the other one and $100 to make the system re map the sensors. All sensors worked before meineke touched my car. They also overcharged me on tire rotation, they had a poster $10 in front of desk and charged me $20. Now I have to spend another $200 to fix whatever they messed up with my tire valve reading system. Not very happy!! Will never go to meineke again. Do not recommend, especially Fargo store.

Went there because I had a coupon for an oil change but found out I couldnt use it due to the oil my vehicle uses. A sign in the shop says a tire rotation is included in an oil change package but I was told that package didnt apply to me.(?) Besides not being able to save any money the service was good. Got my vehicle done quickly.

Brought my vehicle in for pad pad replacement after the organic pads they had installed wore out in under 6-months. Cody explained the hows and whys and said they now use ceramic pads. Apparently my vehicle was not the first to do this. They covered the work and for apx.$40 made the upgrades. My tech, who is also an Assistant Manager, did great work in a very reasonable time. I have to admit I was ready to go someplace else after the need to replace the pads so soon, but the crew came through and I am happily motoring along. Thanks guys!

I went in for a standard oil change but got SOoo much more... Nick was able to get me in almost right away, and while the car was on the rack he found that nasty rattling sound I have been fighting with, and HE FIXED IT! Great service and very friendly people. Ill go back for all of my service.

Went in for an oil change and after the inspection I was informed my tie rods were in bad shape and needed replacing. They showed me condition of the tie rods and made what I felt was a no pressure recommendation. They were also polite and professional. I will be going back for other repairs.

Do not go here. Set a new bar for the level of unprofessionalism. Charge for services not competed and don’t keep proper records. Made no attempt to correct issues and didn’t return any messages.

Very expensive. Called five other places for the same exact thing and these guys were 75-100 more. Only reason I had them do it was because they could get me in the next 10 minutes and I was leaving town. Definitely would not use them again

I used a Extended Warranty Plan for My Tie Rodss Service, and the Counter person gladly contacted them and stayed on the Line to Give them All the necessary information ! I Left with the Service done correctly, and everything was Can Do ! And everybody was Very Friendly, and kept me up to date on the Service at hand ! I have been bring my vehicles here for the past 5 years and I will not bring them anywhere else. They have always treated me with respect and they have never tried to get me to do a unnecessary fix. Their manager Jim is beyond professional. He doesn’t treat you like a dollar sign but almost like a relative in need and their staff is second to no one

I had an appt. set up for 10:30 on 8/2619 for a tire rotation. I got there 10 minutes early took a chair after I was checked in. While I was waiting to get my car in a man cam in to the building looking much like the franchise owner. No big deal, so I thought. After a few minutes he approached me stating, we cannot do your car today as we are over booked. I said, are you serious? He said only yes and walked away. NOT can we reschedule or apologize for the inconvenience, just walked away. I have been a customer at this location for years. Not only will I not return I plan to let other people know how making a appt. really does not matter and to be so cold as an owner is appalling. I went few blocks down the street to Jiffy Lube, 10 minutes in and out, which is all it would have taken Meineke as well. BONUS, Jiffy Lube only charged me with tax 19.99! Meineke special 19.99 plus whatever other charges was well over 25 bucks. Sorry, not sorry you LOST!!! If I could give them ZERO stars it would be fitting!!!
