Doug went out of his way to provide excellent service! For a used washer and dryer that we bought from him, he offered the hoses, vent and extra pedestal feet at no extra cost. In addition to a great deal, he easily saved us 50 extra dollars! Great attitude and I loved the stories he told about his long time friends.

Great guy! Dough is the owner and will give you his personal number to stay in touch with him ALL DAY! And when we got a washer/dryer from him the washer worked perfectly and the dryer had a noise (idler pully) which was an incredibly easy fix that we did at home and Dough got us the parts and stayed in touch. Telling us to let him know if anything else comes up because he guarantees everything he sells.Great guy and INCREDIBLE prices. Cant beat his prices and reliability for used appliances.And his 6 toed kitty is the sweetest smartest kitty ever!Love the place and %100 would recommend and would buy appliances again from him 😊

Doug is always friendly and super helpful. Weve had two appliances unexpectedly go out on us, and he was able to help us out both times with better appliances than we thought wed be able to afford. We will definitely be back.

Good prices if you are looking for a super cheap appliance. Unfortunately it wasnt what we were looking for.Also photos on Google and Facebook did not represent the quality we saw in person.Main negativity here is the heavy litter box smell immediately upon entering the business. It was so strong we couldnt stick around to look closer at the appliances. Cats are a major allergen for many people and can make the rest of the day miserable with itchy eyes and stuffed nose. Got to do something about the cat...

Doug sold us one of his scratch and dent fridges, when we got it home it immediately threw an error code with a bad freezer fan. Doug assured us we were covered but it seemed like we had to keep bugging him to get anything done. When we finally got something figured out he had a new freezer fan shipped to us but it was the wrong part. We ended up taking the freezer apart and found there was a wire wrapped around the fan motor shaft, so it was an easy fix, even without a new part, but more hassle than one would expect buying a “new fridge.” In the end i think we may purchase another appliance from midwest appliance because he is a nice guy, sells cheap appliances and generally means well.

Doug is very friendly. However I purchased a refrigerator and was unable to pick it up. When I called to get a refund he told me there would be a 10% restock fee. That was fine. When he mailed me a check he had taken 20% as a restocking fee
