I like this store but I dont love it. Some items are in the most random places and not where they would be better fit for. Things here are pricier than competitive stores (which are literally in same strip mall). Baby crib there is out of stock yet they still display it for sale. Other than that a good place to find nice things for your home and baby.

Was not able to find sheets I was interested in. My first trip to a Bed Bath and Beyond and I was underwhelmed by the selection and availability of assistance.

Shout out to everyone who helped as at Bed Bath and Beyond! Some of the best costumer service we have had in a long time. We had some issues with our ring door bell and and the helped we received from everyone was amazing. We were worried that we would not receive the help we needed after failing to get anywhere with Rings online costumer service but Michael was able to take care of the issue and we could not have been happier. You definitely earned my business again. Would highly recommend shopping here.

I hate shopping at this store. The staff is fine, but the environment is intolerable for anyone sensitive to noise and and a cramped, crowded environment. The store plays music very loudly and in the back of the store especially, its even louder. Also contributing to the nerve-wracking atmosphere are advertisements for products that are playing nonstop in some areas. The products are piled high and its often difficult to find things. If theres ever a store that helps explain why people choose to shop online, it is the experience of shopping at this store. Immediately following this, we went to Target and what a relief. No music, no loud advertisements playing, no crowded, super-high stacks of merchandise.

Went in looking for Soda Stream CO2 refills. They were very honest in explaining they only get shipments of them in randomly. The amount of bodies in store was kept under guidelines. The only issue was with the location of the shopping baskets. They are in the entryway and the automatic door does not sense from the inside. If you choose to run back for a basket you have to go all the way around. Maybe split them between inside the entry way and another area?

Sorry , they closed stores in Minnesota. Great funds for my sister in law to decorate her new home in fargo

Decent store. I love their clearance and sale items in the middle of the aisles and towards the cashiers. Definitely price check before purchasing. Same shower head I bought here was on sale for a dollar less than marked. Went to home depot and they had the same one for nearly 10 dollars less.

We needed to purchase a gift on line and have a friends daughter pick it up for us because the store in Bismarck was out and could not get it to us before Christmas, but the online purchase feature only allows you to reserve the item and pay when you pick it up. The friends daughter is a young college gal and we couldnt expect her to pay for it so I called the Fargo store and spoke to Jen and explained the situation to her and she was so helpful in getting the product and allowing us to pay for it over the phone and have it ready at the customer service desk for our friends daughter to pick up for us!!! Thank you Jen for your amazing customer service skills!!

Its ok no one offered help plus not enough cashiers

When I first entered I was taken by surprise by the enthusiastic greeter. He made me feel welcome and also recommended a I buy a metal mermaid. I love this place !!!

They did not carry what I was looking to buy. But they were able to order it for me. I rather go in pick it up right away. And leave the store. Not go in and have to wait for it to be shipped to me.

I bought 4 mugs, a dish drying mat and a microwave cover from them. When I got the package a couple weeks later the box everything came in was HUGE. All the mugs were broken. I contacted their customer service right away to have a replacement sent. Its been over a month now and still NOTHING.....no replacement, no refund. I will never shop with this company again.

Love this store. It has everything. we purchased a ugg blanket and bedding sheets for my daughter. We were just going to buy them in store but we couldnt find the sheets that we were looking for, Kaylee the associate working on Sunday the 9th was so helpful in placing an online order for us. You can get most kitchen/bathroom supplies and organizational containers. I did not find a standard toaster, only huge toaster ovens. Still, with the coupons and sales, the discounts are decent.

A professional gift shop is the best way to describe this place. And somebody please buy some batteries here. Some of the AAA batteries are leaking. Also been a while since any of those imfamous 20% coupons been dropped in the mail. Anyway if you needed a wedding gift or anything like that this place is chock-full of things like that.

Really like the store depending on what I need.Its very pricey, but you get what you pay for.Im supper picky about my pillows and bedding.I can get real down pillows and high thread count bedding for a very reasonable cost.The housewares selections are great but again very pricey.I would recommend just visiting to see if they have something you cant find like real down pillows.Great store!Jamie

I always struggle to find what I am looking for here and can rarely find staff that can help me. Staff are willing to help, just don’t always know where to find what I need.

I love the store, my only problem is that the manager Rachel has an awful attitude. I went to ask her a question and before I could speck she yelled, “I Am The Manager and My Final Decision Is That those Flat irons are Priced at 140$.”The problem was the 140$ flat irons had no price or even a labeled spot, they were in a spot that said 99$. I was only trying to make sure it wasn’t a mistake with the system that would cost me an extra 40 bucks. She then gave me about 6$ off but the entire situation was uncomfortably having her shouting at me while other customers were watching and also the way she treated her co workers was rude. I overheard someone say “she’s really mad”. The Manager should be someone who solves problems not causes them.
