With the self checkout everything seems to move more smoothly however they do not seem to keep the self checkout sanitized very well considering the Corona virus

Considering I dont ever give good reviews for walmarts the fact I gave this one 4 speaks for itself. Customer service is great, and the employees are friendly (at least for me they were).

Almost every single time Im in this store I pick something up it says one price on it and I get to the register and its wrong then they try to make you feel ignorant by saying no it was misplaced. Sorry but if it had a tag on the shelf and all several of the same thing above that tag PEOPLE AUTOMATICALLY FIGURE THATS THE PRICE!

This location is a supercenter but its no longer open 24 hours. It now closes at 11pm. As far as the customer service goes, the customer service reps are mostly respectful and helpful if and when needed, however it seems that the yellow vested reps are 85% very rude. They act like its going to absolutely kill them if u have to ask one of them for help. Other than that the store is almost always very well stocked and one of the cleanest locations Ive ever been too. Although the bad attitudes that you can get from the yellow vested reps aka managers makes the experience miserable at times, not always though...

If youre on a roadtrip, and not from the area, definitely stop by this place. It is a true blue American Walmart experience. That is all I will say. Enjoy.

I like Wal-Mart. Shop there all the time. But am tired of the shelves being empty.

This store has a very good selection of products and often has excellent deals on clearance merchandise if you have time to look. The best deals are often not in a designated clearance section. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The store is clean and well organized. They offer pickup for online deliveries. Courteous associates if you need assistance.

Stopped here to fill up on gas. Quick in and out. Cheapest in the area. I also went inside to use the restroom and pick up a 24 case of Coca Cola. Everything was quick and easy!

Walmart is owned by upper class. I do not like the upper class. I also dont like how most their things are imported from trash manufacturers.

They r pretty reasonable in price. A great selection of different departments to shop from & including a pharmacy & a subway to eat at, deli, garden center, bakery,hardware,clothing & many more.Most of time if u need help,u can find an employee to help you with what u r looking for. Wish we had more walmarts on our side of town.

It’s really freaking rude to straight up ignore someone when they wish you a good night. So to the two dudes standing at the front door just now, wow. I said “have a good night” and y’all didn’t even wanna look at me. That’s not even a Walmart problem that is you embarrassing your mama right now.

It was late evening but I was able to go in get what I needed and I didnt have to wait in line to get checked out

The delivery service they now have is awesome! There electronic selection has gotten a bit better. There selection of records are cool. There selection of POPS are great. There clothes are remarkable as what we were used to seeing!

Hes very nice went and got my stuff and left people were fantastic I love to shop at Walmart

My local Walmart was extremely busy today, not surprising be the first of the month. Had major major shopping to do. Was all caught up in that for 3 hours and didnt even realize it. But the one thing I must say about todays shopping, is the shoppers and WalMart employees were so much more friendlier today than I have seen in a couple of years. KUDOS TO YOU ALL!!!!!!

I hardly ever go there but it was nice.

I was able to find everything I needed easily and then I was able to check out immediately because of the self check out.

I went to this Walmart twice and both times the store was pretty empty not a lot of people. As I walked around I noticed everyone was wearing a mask which I appreciated. This location is very clean and customer service seemed nice. What I did not like was that the shelves were not full. In the clothing area the same shelves or racks were empty both times I came other then that this location is ok.

Customer Service Desk staff were great and efficient.

Shelfs are empty or nearly empty! Shelf sizes are now smaller to appear like they have more product. No assistance at all! Pallets all over the place in the way even tho they close early to Restock the shelves. What a joke

They did not have sanitizing wipes at the door for carts. The greeter told me to use hand sanitizer. I told him no thanks.

Nice Walmart . Clean and lots of great deals on all kinds of stuff!

It was good but running low on little girls clothes for school so got to wait for another truck to re stock

Great place to gather most needs and necessities. The best time to shop here is at opening hours and closing hours. Sometimes self checkout gets you out quicker than a regular checkout register

Im not gonna lie, Im upset Walmart isnt back to being open 24 hrs a day.. Other than that, I have no complaints.. =0)

Store is always filthy, rarely stocked. The one thing it offers the most of is Clarksburgs finest.

Grocery shelves were pretty bare. Quick checkout.

I dont like Walmarts business ethics.I like the convenience of being able to shop for most anything I need under one roof and if I need multiple items I shop at midnight to avoid the crowd.I guess over-all I hate myself for shopping at Walmart because I know that things that they are finally starting to do for employees that should have been done a long time ago are being done wholly to benefit the companies image.If you have the time to selectively shop I recommend shopping around.Shop small businesses if you can. They truly value their customers and their employees and not so much the dollar.

Its not Bridgeport or buckhannon wv Walmart. Plus there black thing that gives out small packages has been broke for 1 year almost.

Drove there from Bridgeport WV to get attachment for my husbands walker that our local Walmart didnt carry. Called first, pharmacy staff was so helpful! I drove 40 minutes round trip! Found what I needed and a couple things I didnt! So worth it!

The better of the Walmarts in the area in my opinion. Easy to get in and out without too much effort.

Absolutely in love with the pickup/delivery service. It is so fast and convenient on days I just dont feel like running in the store and dealing with the crowds! They have such a large selection of items available online. The only downside I have found to date is the delivery service does not deliver to many areas, which poses to be an issue for those that dont drive!!

Clean store and the workers are very nice. Im at Walmart a lot and talk to all of them! Bathrooms are nice and clean as well!

Its not a bad store but the parking sucks from 3pm till about 7pm through the week and the weekends forget about finding a parking space. Its the cheapest store in town, but if you go in there to buy one or two items you will leave with about 20.

This is my local store and we can get our shopping done pretty quickly because its not too big.

They are finally getting there shelves stocked. Its our go to for everything store.

As usual, they are out of the main item I am looking for : an oval shaped toilet seat.

Employees are always in the way doing online orders. They do not politely wait for in store customers to their products. They are rude, pushy, and will push you out of the way to get the last product on the shelf to fill their orders! If they filled online orders at night then their aisles would be open for customers, it would be safer for public, and they could actually open checkout lanes!

Crowded but ok to go if you get and out. There likely be long lines at check out.

I really dont like this location never have anything in stock the customer service is terrible and no one knows how to bag anything avoid this location if possible

I got Walmart plus for a hundred bucks. They now deliver to your door anything from this store so you dont have to go inside and spend time shopping. Amazing.

Friendly and helpful staff but not enough registers open.

Very upset with my visit today at Walmart I waited over 20 minutes to do a pick up order and then she was trying like it was my fault that it took her 4 times to be called to the front to actually come. This was a manager! they lied and said my order was picked up half hour before I even was there that means they Forge my signature for a pick up as well not happy whatsoever also I was trying to get my son new clothes for summer and every single set of clothes and I mean 20 + different racks of clothes there were no small or medium at all there was 20 to 30 of each item and large and extra large and extra extra large but I find that very inconvenient that every single shelf there was not one kind in his size not just one or two every single outfit or shirt , shorts they had????

I stood in 1 of only 2 registers open for almost 30 minutes. I WONT use Self Checkouts because I dont work there, I dont get a Company Discount, and I dont get invited to the Company Christmas Party.

Do people really need a review for Walmart? This one is not-so-super. It has an ok variety but is too small to be a real super walmart.

I was able to shop and found the things I need.

They keep up with the Covid distancing. Have a great selection and great prices. Store is clean and cashiers are friendly. Truly one stop shopping.

Very poor service. Only 2 check out lanes open. They expect everyone including the elderly to do their job and check themselves out with no discount or wait in long line, I waited and I would alow all elderly in front of me if need be, to bad walmart doesnt care.

After many visits, they consistly have a good produce department even in the winter months. I would rank them #1 in produce compared to every other walmart Ive ever been to.One complaint is that they are always running out of the little produce bags.I still mostly prefer Food lion on the West side of Fairmont, but they are definitely better than price cutter on the East side where I live. That place is AWFUL.

The self check out diminishes jobs. No help to be found while trying to locate an item. I noticed less people are going in Walmart

Store way too warm no air flow. Only three associates at cash registers, lines for each check out was long with shoppers waiting.....beyond irritating.

Love grocery shopping here. Great selection of produce. But shopped for uniforms 3 times in the past 2 months and they are still out of Royal blue scrub pants.

Very clean store. Didnt see very many associates (3) during my visit. Used self checkout to pay for my purchase.

We bought a air mattress and the air mattress ended up not holding air. We went to return the mattress and was told that we had to exchange it for another one. We did not want another one. We wanted our refund or store credit and they would not help us at all!!!! $150 may not be alot of money to the employees of Walmart but us hard working middle class people that’s gas, food, bills. We’re now out of $150 and Walmart has lost a loyal customer. The manager had a matter of fact tone.

They moved all the stuff around and I dont like that but its a good one other than that.

Store wasnt crowded bur they had pallets blocking aisles where you couldnt get to stuff.

Always seems very understaffed, although most Walmarts appear the same way. At bare minimum, missed super busy time of day. !

When you ask the employees for help they make you feel like you are bothering them.
