I would rate zero stars if I could. I walked in and she was on the phone (I dont have to mention which lady. If youve been there, you know which one) anyways. It was my first time there looking for a suit to rent. Since she was on the phone and the other lady was just walking around, I started to walk downstairs. She held the phone and said theres no one down there. Give me a second I thought it was kind of rude but whatever. The older lady then asked me if I needed help. I turned to talked to her and the first lady yelled MOM! I SAID ID TAKE CARE OF IT! Made me feel bad for the older lady. Anyways, then I asked about same day rentals and she laughed at me, told me it takes three days and to call before I walk in. Anyways. Please fire her. Apparently Im not the only one with an identical experience so I guess thats how they do buisness. Im never stepping foot in there again

Very nice people also friendly. And always makes sure u are happy. She dressed our grandson and he looked amazing. Will continue to go to them and would recommend them

Was looking at clothes at her store. She took the dress from me and told me it was very expensive! Who does that?? I walked out that day and have never stepped one foot in there since. You lost a customer so I hope you enjoy those expensive clothes! Ill never look at another piece of clothing from there

Walked into the store. There was an elderly lady talking to a man. We started down the stairs and she said, “There’s no one down there. What do you want?” Having never been there before we planned to look around but she was not welcoming at all. We asked for a specific brand which she said they had in Morgantown. It may be time to look for a more friendly welcoming employee if you hope to gain any new customers.
