Very inefficient. When I arrived, there were 2 vehicles ahead of me: one in the bay and one waiting for a tire check only. It took 45 min for me to leave. Much of that time, *both* bays were empty. The other bay was empty with 2 vehicles waiting when I arrived. During this time, most of the staff was standing around waiting for vehicles to be checked in and brought into a bay, so they could work.After my van was finally done... It sat in front for at least 5 min before I went out to find out what the delay was. I stood by my van for a few minutes before somebody asked, Do you want to check out? Yes. Um... Duh. Somebody wants to check out! Im very confused... Why wasnt this automatic when my van was done? Its not like requesting the check at a restaurant. There were no vehicles in either bay. Another few minutes pass and they finally check me out.Also... Bathroom was out of toilet paper, not flushed, with urine on the seat.Im used to Oil Changers. I recently moved and there isnt one nearby. Maybe Im spoiled? Oil Changers runs like... a well oiled machine. And they even clean my windows.

This place is a One stop shop literally. On top of the Grade A work, it hasThe most friendly, welcoming and caring staff of any jiffy lube that ive been to. They make you feel comfortable and build relations with each customer that walks in! They are super transparent about everything , and best of all you never feel like they are purposely pushing any services on you that you dont even need like every other shop does.Each and every employee there seems like they love what they do while providing excellent and professional customer service. I go NOWHERE else since my first visit to this location for whatever my need is, from oil changes to tires, lights or brakes! Theyll get you right for sure ! believe me, im one of those ppl that doesnt trust just anyone to work on my car, but i will leave my car with them with no hesitation, they care. Thanks yall !

Not fond of jiffy lube at all! In other locations I gotta watch to make sure they put the oil Im paying for in. However these guys are thorough! Good atmosphere. Only reason I started going here is company account. Now I take all my vehicles here.

Excellent customer service. Robbie from the Fairfield location, came to our home, after the shop had closed to check our truck over. Something happened that we were concerned about and Robbie wanted to check and make sure the oil change was done properly. He checked all the caps and fluid levels and even got on the ground to look under our truck.Good help is hard to find, you have definitely found it with this employee. Spent at least 40 mins with us sharing his knowledge. Thank you. We will return.

I arrived at 8:10am there was one car on the rack being serviced and two cars in front of me. I left approximately 90 minutes later. It took almost 30 minutes per car. How do you stay in business.

I have never been to a Jiffy Lube before today. Im so happy I chose this location. The upbeat attitudes and amazing professionalism of Robert, Joseph, and Kejon was unbeatable. I will definitely be getting my oil changes at the Fairfield location moving forward!

Service was way quicker than I thought it would be. But I noticed a lot of the things they said they did like clean my windows was not done like they said they did. So it makes me wonder what else did they not do. Is this why the service was so quick?

Went to to the jiffy lube in my town Fairfield Ca. When I got my car back I noticed that the plastic skid plate underneath was just hanging there. They never secured it after the oil change. Very disappointed.

I got my first oil change done here today for my brand new 2021 vehicle. Their Customer Service and the work they did on my vehicle was very exceptional. They did a thorough job very efficiently. Everyone there seemed to enjoy their job. That’s very good to see, especially during these times. I would never let a disgruntled employee who seems to hate their job touch my ride. My first time here and the service was VERY professional! From the moment I pulled up, they immediately greeted me. Talked me though every detail to where I understood everything, and did the work in such a fast and timely fashion that I was impressed! Since the pandemic, everything is slowly opening up. This shop made some small changes in the hopes of keeping everyone safe. Even though they talk really fast for me (I guess to speedy & efficient), I am very satisfied about my service & that they all yelled loudly good bye as I was leaving!

The guys were very attentive and on point with customer service skills. Little things though could of helped improve overall performance such as more communicative about what your being charged for and handing the guys installing new oil filter one that maybe looks new, not greasy and discolored? Also attentiveness on tire pressure indicated in our drivers door not just putting all tires psi the same. Otherwise I was in and out quicker then they quoted!

The people seem pretty nice. They quickly do their jobs and I do go here sometimes when I get my oil changed for my car. They are using safety precautions which is good to see. Some places dont seem to take them as seriously.

I came in for a simple oil change and got just that. The tech told me the recommendations for my mileage and when I declined he didn’t try and pressure and force me into the service. Everyone I came in contact with was polite and professional. My car was done in about 30mins! I think I’ve found my new go to shop.

Not sure how to feel about it. I’ve been to this location SEVERAL times, and never was my synthetic oil change over $100. It was always around the $70 range unless I got additional services. Today my charges were around $114 with a coupon and the guy said he looked and it was the same service as last time, but my last receipt was around $93 and I believe it included an air filter change. I have had GREAT service in the past and was very pleased, but I didn’t see any of the same people there and I feel like something really funny is going on.

As an ex Jiffy Lube Manager and someone who visits quick lube shops 6+ times per year, I can say with confidence that this is one of the best Quick Lube teams Ive ever experienced. Everyone was attentive, friendly, fast and professional. The shop was clean and well organized. The service was fast and flawless. Overall, this shop is run by a top gun team that provides and OUTSTANDING service. I travel all over California and Ill be trying to schedule visits through Fairfield to coincide with oil change needs.

The team at Jiffy Lube is great! Each person is friendly, knowledgeable and they are fast. The one and only drawback is the price, which is not a reflection of the people or quality of work. Im willing to pay more at Jiffy Lube than a dealer when they run a special because of the speed in which they serviced my truck. I am a Jiffy Lube fan for this reason.

Needed a quick oil change and they finished it in 30 minutes with an analysis of any other problems - no oil leaks transmission etc. Really good and fast and no BS

Other than the improper use of the torque wrench on my 2020 F350 that could have long term negative repercussions, I was happy with their thoroughness and service. The torque wrench issue is wide spread across all quick chain businesses. I urge people to google proper use of a torque wrench and watch oil and tire shops as they torque their drain plugs and tires on their vehicle. Ive been wrenching on cars since I could walk so my info is not google born, but google will give you the standard operating procedures. I will be taking my truck to ford to make sure my drain pan bolt is not stripped next week.In my case I did mention it to the manager and he offered to recheck my drain bolt. I explained it was over torqued and checking it may cause more damage. He did say that he would work with the employee for proper procedures on torquing bolts down.

The store hours stated on the website and the door was 8am. I arrived at 7:40am with only 2 people in front of me. Promptly at 8am the service doors were opened and the technicians were getting the information for the cars in front of me. They were upfront with all the extras that might need to be done and didn’t upsale me any job that wasn’t needed. Their professionalism is the reason I keep coming back.

Went to get an oil change. And now my car leaks oil. Which it never did before. It wasn’t until I busted this location that I started having a problem with my car. Also they over charge you when it come to check out.

The people there are very nice, and I thought I would give this place a second try. My first experience was that they didn’t not replace bolts to my skid plate. I noticed the next morning as I walked down my driveway. Today I was in a pinch, I couldn’t get into the dealers today so tried them once more. They came back with, “we had a hard time getting your skip plate off, so the underbody is messy with oil and the skid plate screws are stripped”. Come on guys. I know this sounds petty but I had to replace the mounts they forgot to replace after my oil change. I think I’m finished doing business here.

Seems like they did a good job checking many important areas of my car. They did not have nitrogen for tire inflation so I did not have them service my tires. I was a little low on coolant but they did not have that type of coolant. They did have my synthetic oil and filter size in stock so that was replaced. They cleaned the windows and vacuumed out the car. Also did a safety check of lights and other areas of the car. Their workers were good and explained what I was getting for my money.

I have brought 3 vehicles here for them to change the oil. I know my vehicles inside and out. They always told me that everything was leaking when I know they were not leaking. They have a tendency to remove panels in order to change the oil and filter, but then they never put the panels back on. On some vehicles like mine, engine damage can occur without those panels. They never put my panels back on and they cost a lot of money to buy new ones to replace what was basically stolen. I have spent hours here on some occasions to get my oil changed and it is just awful. I even overheard one time the employee saying the drain plug just keeps spinning, as in the threads were stripped for another customers vehicle and that oil was leaking out. Of course they said it was already like that, but a warning to you all: if they say anything like that, it is a big lie! Because for that to be true, that it was already like that, you would need to add massive amounts of oil between changes. Or worse, your engine would die. I highly advice to spend the extra money to have a dealer change your fluids, or at least a mechanic shop and just watch their work. Mechanics know more than people at these kinds of places. I will never go to Jiffy Lube ever again! I either change my oil myself, or take it to dealer.

Super nice, super chill. Very helpful, they dont seem to try and lie to get more money, its more of a subtle suggestion. The prices arent that bad, theyre pretty busy but thats how you know theyre good at what the do.

The gentlemen that assisted me were very professional and did a wonderful job on my vehicle. I received a standard oil change in which I needed another filter but they didn’t have my filter so they ordered one from another store and it was there and put in my car within 20 minutes. I came here for the first time today for my fleet vehicle and I was very impressed with every employee I dealt with. They were all very friendly and informative and took the time to show me how dirty my air filter was instead of just telling me I needed a new one. They have a keurig for coffee, hot tea, and water for customers and a clean waiting room to wait in.

I have been going to this particular location off and on over the years with consistent service,until today.After I pulled up I noticed several other people in their vehicles sitting waiting for a jiffy lube employee to approach them for the initial interaction.I waited 10 minutes in 100 degree weather until a friendly young lady approached me and started the process,I told her the older gentlemen sitting in his truck had been there before me and to help him first.After another 10 minutes sitting in my truck I was approached by a guy who seemed friendly.Usually the employees go out of their way to make customers feel at ease with the process.not today!To whom this concerns please step up youre customer service from beginning to the end with the employees.

Went in there to chage my oil. They said I also needed a break Fluid chage... they help out so much and they also offers to clean my head lights. They have been yellow for the longest time and when they were done clean as new... I will be going here for all my tune up for my cars

Do not go to the Fairfield Jiffy Lube, they will rip you off! i took my car there to get an oil change & i had a coupon for $10 dollars off. The first thing that went wrong was the guy who worked there tried to bargain with me over my coupon, saying he will give me $5 off. What the heck was that all about? My coupon was for $10, not $5. And at the end of my visit, he forgot to take ANY of it off, so i didnt even get the discount. Then i was told that getting an oil change means that id get a free fluid fill & free vacuuming of the interior. But NEITHER of those services were performed, but my receipt says that they did both. Total liars. They charged me extra to fill the coolant, and wanted even more money for the brake fluid. Both were suppose to be topped off for free, but they werent. The entire time i was there, they just kept trying to charge me for additional services. And they said theyd find out why my check engine light was on, but they never did that either. Total waste of money. i am left wondering if they even changed my oil at all.

Service was slow but professional . Everything they checked and did was reviewed with me afterward. In and out 1 hour 30 minutes.After my initial review there was a reply from jiffy lube apologizing for the delay in service and explaining how the business is growing and they are trying to focus on customer service. I was offered a gift certificate for my inconvenience and told which days are the slower days which was very helpful. I didn’t expect anything , but I appreciate that they care about their customers.

So happy to have found a place close to my job to Get an oil change. Don’t have to wait until the weekends to get it done! The staff acknowledges people as they come in. Very friendly. Love it!

Went for an oil change on a Monday morning. Staff was friendly and helpful. It turned out I had an oil leak and I needed to bring my car in for service. They topped me off for free, walked me to my car and were extremely nice. Would definitely come back.
