I had a great customer service but was not happy with the work. I dont why I had traction control, check engine and 4wd light on after my flat tire was repaired. 3days after air started leaking and i had to go back for a repair which was done free though. But the lights are still back on.

A BIG Shout Out to Alan Porter, Service Manager and his team of Technicians! 😀 My experience was AWESOME today as they diagnosed my vehicles issues and took care of them in a professional manner! I will ALWAYS take my vehicles here for service. I had a scheduled appointment and my car was taken to the bay within 10 minutes of arriving. Mr. Porter explained everything to me in language I could understand. I was not pressured to purchase any service and made my own decisions based on what I could afford today! Outstanding, friendly customer service from EVERYONE! I also want to give a shout out for recognizing a US Veteran 🇺🇸on your billboard. Thank you again for a great experience!

Called yesterday, explained that I had a flat tire that due to the way that its in I couldnt take it out to put the replacement. Since it still wasnt completely flat I could make a quick drive to them so I asked if I could go just then and the guy said okay. When I get there they said they couldnt help me because I didnt have an appointment. Even when I told them I had called not even half an hour ago and they told me it was okay to come. They offered no options or help just a next day appointment. Guess what, next day my tire was completely flat, couldnt drive like that, still couldnt put the replacement, so I had to fill it up enough to drive to them, so now they are saying they cant fix it because of the filler I used. So because of their poor customer service, something that could have been easily fixed now will cost me hundreds of dollars. Not only that, when they were done putting the replacement, they were going to drive my truck over the pillars that the guy forgot to take out, thank goodness I decided to stay there and oversee what they were doing. I would never visit this place again or recommend it to anyone who wants decent customer service. Very disappointed.

That was my first time there. I definitely did not get that warm fuzzy feeling. No one there seemed to be too enthused about anything. Not sure that i will return.

My car was having terrible issues, it wouldnt stop for me. It almost got me in a terrible wreck multiple times. It was a death trap. I took it to 2 other mechanics and they said they couldnt figure out what was going on. I took it to this place and the gentlemen found what the problem was in 10 minutes. Turns out I had broke my break line. They took me out and let me see where the problem was. I was so mad because the problem was sooooo obvious. But Im blessed that the guys at Michel Tires found it and guess what!!!!!???? THEY FIXED IT 😄😄🤗🤗 I cant even put into words how impressed and blessed I am for those men. Saved me so much trouble, helped me fix an AMAZING deal for payment plans. I am just so highly impressed with them, it wasnt an easy job either. I am going to recommend this location to everyone I know thats having car issues. These guys bust their butts off to help you in anyway they can, and the customer service was absolutely amazing!!!!! I wish I could give them 10 stars!!! They deserve it!!

I took my truck in for an oil change. Kelly, the mamager, was a GENUINELY friendly person, as were all the technicians I spoke with. When they were done, they made me aware of two other issues, one I knew about and one I didnt. NO PRESSURE to have the additional work done. The price for the oil change was about the same I see everywhere else. I was made aware of the place my one of my employees, who found the tire pricing LOWER than Wal-Mart and Sams Club. If you go, let them know you read their google reviews, and leave your own.

Got a oil change and tire rotation the service was quick and fast and they was really nice and kept you updated on your vehicle.

I will never bother with these guys again especially the slick lil liar (Alan) dude put three sensors on my truck and promised they fixed the service engine light got down the street boom light comes on I go back he says well we can’t promise it’ll work. Then he does a oil change also strips my oil pan nut then tells me I had the leak before I came there my truck never had a leak. Stay away from this place and tell everybody you know as well. 500.00 down the drain but most of all the guy (Alan) is the worst

Paid for road Hazzard on set of 4. Got a screw in a tire. Leaking slow. Refused to fix me cause good injuried tire was 6+ years old. Wanted to sell me single tire that was different type for $180 plus tax and I bet more if I had done it. Prorating the price via road Hazzard would have gotten a slight discount but I bet not much. Will update if another location does me for free. Wasted my time today, Fairfield location pissed me off today after 8 sets on 5 cars lifetime at multiple locations over 20 years

They dont deserve even one star, worse customer service ever.My English is not that bad and the guy on the phone make me feel like I was speaking Chinese to them, trying to explain what was going on with my car, a noise they took care months ago and start yesterday again.He keep saying they didnt fixed anything, and I was agreed, they didnt, it was just a loosen nut and the took care of that, seems like someone before I bought this car did some repairs and let that little bit loosen and I was trying to ask him to do the same for me this time and he keep saying sameWe do not did any repair in your car Im I the stupid here?

Horrible experience!!! Wanted to make us pay for 5 additional hours of labor that they did not complete at $144 an hour. Very disrespectful to my husband.
