Just like the DMV. They are polite, give average service, and take a looooooong time just for a simple oil change.

Outside of oil changes, every bit of service has been inconsistent for years. Its been especially bad over the past several months as Ive had to bring the same vehicle in multiple times because work had been done incorrectly or not at all. Youre more likely have a problem be exacerbated than fixed.Just recently Id called to see if I could have a tire repaired with its warranty that day. I was told that it should be fine if its just a repair and to bring it by. I proceeded to do so and was told that depending on if they couldnt get to it that day then itd be ready the next day, which would have been fine.I hear nothing until closing time the following day, and Im simply told that it has to be replaced. No update about running late in the first place when Im told itd be an overnight deal at most, and to hear it at the absolute last minute is just unacceptable. If my upcoming appointment is the last I see of the place Ill consider it a blessing.

I had 1 small service done yesterday and my appointment was at 9:00am. My car was not done until 4:00pm. I checked my trunk this morning and find it like this! They obviously do not care for customers and are all about the money. I spent about $500 for them to be this careless 🙄

This place is terrible now. It used to have good customer service. Brought my work truck in for a 10 am appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and wiper blade installation. Its been almost 8 hours. If my company didnt prefer this place I would never come here. I will actually never bring my personal vehicles back to this location. They only offer excuses and empty apologies as to why they cant get it done. I called to check status on it an hour ago and was told 15 minutes. I just arrived and was told 15 minutes again.

Great service. I brought my is350 F sport for the first time there for brake fluid flush. Took some time due to high volume, but service was great! They even made sure my oils and other checks on the vehicle was good with out me even asking to check other fluids! Great service will be coming back again! Great guy in the front desk and great mechanics!!!

They make you wait even though you have an appointment. Even a simple oil change took them nearly two hours to do when I arrived at my scheduled time. They dont enforce the mask requirement--on a separate occasion I walked in and there was a customer without a mask. The employee did not do a thing about it and chatted away.

Needed a battery. Called n reserved one. Picked it up hassle-free . Great people n convenient location. Gonna enroll on their wheel alignment program.

Bought four new tires from Firestone. Less than two months on one of the tires had issue. Brought over to this location. Told me it will take 2 and 1/2 hours to fix the tire. I came back and my car was still parking in the same spot. Ended up taking over three and a half hours.Last time coming to this Firestone!

The service is EXCELLENT! Ive stopped by a few times to get air in my tires when the low pressure light comes on in my car (no charge). Theyve repaired a flat for me. These guys are friendly, always smiling and happy to help. Good customer service means taking reasonable time with each customer at the counter to explain options etc. But when its time to get the work done, they are on it! After my couple of incidental visits, it was time to get new tires. They had to order the tires I wanted from another location and they arrived in a day or so, in time for a good sale price. Ive sent my mom and sister to them too. Very happy with this team, and will be a customer as long as Im on wheels! Thanks Firestone crew 🥰

I called in this morning to ask if my transmission could be checked out? Mike was very professional & honest. He explained that the shop could do a test but that they would only offer to replace the transmission due to them not being a transmission shop. Some shops wouldve just taken the $160 test money . I will be calling back for other service, Id rather deal with a honest shop then getting ripped off.Thanks again Mike...R.

Was scheduled at 3, came in 10 minutes early. After an hour, car hasnt been touched! When someone schedules an appointment at a certain time, you expect to get that service at that scheduled time. If only I can give a negative rating....

Coustmer service needs help. Got told an hour for a tire repair, came back two hours later, hadnt touched it, came back next day, found out tire was bad, never got informed. Had to wait longer to get it done.

Had an excellent experience yesterday when I went to go get new tires. Very professional, friendly and helpful! Nothing, but patient with my somewhat complex service request. Was very impressed with my experience - cannot say enough good things about it! Especially appreciated how they explained everything to me and made sure I got everydiscount possible. Will definitely be back with any future car needs!

Took 3 hours to get an oil change besides the waiting time and being over charged they returned parts of my car to me in a bag with out mentioning anything and they won’t take responsibility for what they did. Worst place to get service unless you have extra money to fix what they break

I always come to this Firestone and get my oil change on my car & whenever I need some new tires as well. They always do a good job taking car of my car, they have great service as well.

Lets say Ive been a Firestone customer for 25 years in So Cal, but all Firestones arent the same. This place I wont return too, although they did give me a good price. Went in at 8 am. Check flat and the tires were worn and not worth fixing. So I bought 4 tires and gave me a good deal of one free. But he told me it would be ready by 3 pm. They didnt even start putting new tires on when I went to pick up car at 3:30. At 5:30 I came back and they just finished putting tires on, but didnt align the front yet. So I cancelled the alignment. It seems that telling customers a time and not delivering on it, is a constant problem for them. I dont trust getting my car fixed under a rush. This place needs a better customer relation manager to turn things around. I gave them a 2 because of the tire discount, otherwise it would of been a one for poor customer service.

Appt was 10 am. My vehicle wasnt taken to be serviced until 11 am. I didnt get out of there until 12 pm. Whats the point of having an appointment when you still have to wait an hour after your appointment time? Frustrating to me to say the least.

Appointment was at 3. Oil change wasnt finished until 4:30. No one was at the front counter to check us out so we could leave until 5. Great service, but below average wait times. Would have been acceptable if I was a walk-in. Check online for coupons. I got a standard change for $24.99.

Right now I feel really bad because I got upset at their sales associate because I asked him if they completed a job for my wifes 2008 Chrysler 300. Ideally they were required to do the fuel injector which involves removing the manifold and switching out the injector. One of the associates the day prior stated that they were going to switch out three additional spark plugs considering that the vehicles manifold was already going to be off. The gentleman behind the cash register said that they did not do it so I got incredibly upset. However upon going into the vehicle that they just worked on there were three old spark plugs in the passenger seat, therefore they did switch them out after all... I feel really bad and Im here to Express that these people do amazing work so in return Im giving them a five stars for remaining true to their word! A++

In fairness I got there on a very busy morning, but I needed help because I had a tire that started going flat on the freeway. Pulled in for a tire repair (since it was closest) and was told at 9 in the morning that they couldnt look at it until late afternoon. Luckily I found another place about 4 blocks away that fixed it in under 10 minutes. Ill be giving them an excellent review. I get it. Its just disappointing.

Had a few oil changes done at this Firestone and never had any problems. They kindly check my brakes and add air if needed without me even requesting it which is thoughtful. My last visit I was in a little bit of a time crunch and they managed to fix me up within an hours time. The gal who helped me was so kind

Called at 5:45 pm on Friday. I asked if they had any open slots for an oil change since they advertise closing at 7pm.I was told by mike that they are closing in 15 minutes! 15 minutes? That makes you closing at 6pm when you advertise your open until 7pm.Then you tell me your not taking any new cars in that’s how backed up you are.Well that was a professional conversation. Don’t see me ever giving you my business!

I must have accidentally hit a star rating on here by mistake because I’ve never had a bad experience here. In fact I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. My truck does not fit in their bays for the oil change but they do it anyway and are very pleasant, especially Mike at the front desk

Below average place. I needed to get an oil change for a fleet vehicle I use for work. I arrive just before 11a.m. The guy at the counter quotes me 2 p.m. ugh, whatever. Its now about 3p.m. Four hours. This place cannot get a walk in oil change done in four hours. Most express places can get you out in 20 minutes. Did not make the original ridiculous 3 hour quote. I suffer for you, the readers benefit. Do not come here for service.

After a long night of partying I caught a nail in my tire mind you it’s Sunday & no tire shops are opened in Fairfield Ca but this one. I was helped by Katelynn what a nice young lady. I called prior to my visit to the shop, she told me over the phone that they where pretty busy. Upon arrival she got tire size to make sure they had it in stock (which they did what a blessing)she got me in and out within an hour. Thanks for such good customer service.

This place is amazing. My tire popped in the middle of the freeway in Dixon so I had to be towed back to Fairfield. On my way back my husband suggested to take it here to get it taken care of. Although the wait was pretty long, Ritch (not sure if areI spell his name correctly) was very COMPREHENSIVE, KIND, and most importantly gave me and everyone walking in GREAT SERVICE. I will definitely come here again if I happen to need their services.

Never buy a firestone brand.... worst service for a tire shop. Shop close at 6PM. I walk in at 5PM for a tire rotation. The desk man wasnt even helpful to even look at my keys. His word where directly nope cant do it Im short on staff . I purchased tires at American tires always and only reason I purchased from firestone was they offered credit. At American Tires store didnt close until last customer was taken care of. Last time Im doing business with Firestone or brigdestone

I made my appointment online for my company truck using our ARI number. My appointment was Wednesday, May 25, 2016 at 1:00 PM. I dropped off my truck and checked it in before 9:00 AM that morning and I did not pick up my vehicle until before closing at 7:00 PM. Reason I received from the technician was they are short technicians. Four of them finished 30 vehicles the time I picked up my company truck. I did not receive any calls to update me on what is going on. I had to go to the store to wait. When I call during the day no one was picking up the phone. Today, I discovered a screw in my front tire (driver side) and the person I talked to this morning told me they do not or cannot accept walk ins due to short tech. and they are very busy. The person said maybe come back Tuesday next week or leave my truck this weekend and they may or may not be able to get to it. Sadly, my company preferred and directed me to go to Firestone and I am very disappointed with their performance and time. I brought my truck to another National chain and walk ins was easy, I got ahead of the line privilege due to my company agreement with their company and they also mentioned that my front wheel bearings need to be replaced. Firestone drove the truck wrote my receipt and sent me off my way without saying anything to me if they found anything else wrong with my company truck. I will inform my company of the bad experience I received from Firestone Fairfield at 1340 Travis Blvd.

Great customer service. Too long of a wait in one location so they call and recommended 2nd place. Took care instantly, called enterprise for charge, and installed new tires all in 1.5 hours.

Fast service friendly staff., Excellent car care at a fair price.. All my cars love firestone. No appointment necessary. Got my brakes and rotors replaced with no appointment at 330 in the afternoon.. nobody else can do that. Thanks Firestone Fairfield. Keep up the good work.

Ive been in here 5x. Three times the master mechanic was on vacation so they couldnt help me. The other two times the tires I wanted to order were two weeks out. Both times they tried to up sell me when the tires I wanted were basically unavailable due to incompetence. On top of the sales people being very shady, the wait times are horrible. Each time, just simple questions turns into a 30 minute wait. This place is near my house, and would be so convenient for me. It wasnt meant to be I guess.

Friendly, knowledgeable people, been going to them for decades. If they cant do it they will say so. If not corrected the first they will correct it. They are not the cheapest but sometimes you get what you pay for. If you keep an eye out for coupons it will bring down the price.

Did oil change with no appointment

I dropped off my vehicle for service at 9:30AM I was told it will be done in 3 hrs. , its 5:30PM Im still sitting here waiting for my vehicle.will never be back in this location again.

Good tires, Horrible service. Bought a set of tires here and I had to return twice to calibrate the TPS sensors after purchase. Since, I’ve been back twice for tire rotation & balance and each time I had to make return trips for the TPS calibration. This last time the tech blew out the programing for my key and through a engine code. Why is this so difficult? The excuse is always “the guy that does this all time isn’t here”.

Mike and the whole staff are awesome. We had a tough winter needed tires but mike saved us hundreds..could have upsold additional tires for front but let us know they had more life!!!

They were very kind, informative, and accommodating. I am very pleased with my experience.

Actually I wouldnt even give them half a star. They are thrives, liars and do terrible work. I had an oil change there once and they didnt tighten the plug on the oil pan. I was driving down the highway with smoke everywhere. They claimed I loosened it! I recommend nobody ever go there!

Quoted me $1100 for front and rear breaks. Ordered wrong parts, didnt have other parts.. had my car for days and only worked on one axel. Ended up still over $900 never ever again.

Ive taken my car here for several issues over the past year (some minor, some more involved) and they are always honest and fair. They do solid work, are polite, informative, NOT pushy, and in my experience always diligent and expedient.

I have never left a negative review before but feel its unavoidable at this point. I took my car into here to get a check engine light checked out and to find out why my battery light suddenly came on and since I was getting ready to leave for north dakota to do a full check up. I was told I needed a o2 sensor and new battery so I had them replaced. Made It to elko Nevada and battery like came back on so I stopped and luckily found a shop that could check it out. Found out my alternator was shot and the wire from it to the starter was about to break. so I paid for their services for nothing. will never go back.

I went there for change of oil and tire rotation at 7 am. I was told that car will be ready between 10 to 11 am. But at 1pm guy at the reception returned car keys without doing service of my car. They made my day bad. Zero point.

Came here for a oil change and when I left there was an oil leak and I could smell it burning while driving so I brought it back and they told me it was a gas leak and that it was fixed but the car is still leaking oil..... my car wasn’t doing this before I brought it here

They told me it was going to be 2-3 hours, its been 4, they havent started yet, and said that when they do it will be another half an hour. Dont come here.
