Had another great experience at Recon last week. They worked hard to get our car fixed and ready for a road trip. Richard stayed late just to make sure it got done so we could leave. They are reasonable, honest and go the extra mile.

These people were great. We were passing through when our heater went out in 1° weather and they were so nice got us right in eventhough they were very busy. Let us sit in the office to keep warm. They finished replacing our front blower motor in an extremely fast time and got us back on the road. Couldnt be more thankful for amazing service!!!

They did an amazing job on my vehicle. Squeezed me in. Worked very late on a Friday to ensure I had my vehicle for the weekend. My family truly appreciated their effort.

We went on a little trip to ES and had a problem with our truck. We thought it was the brakes but ended up being something way more serious. The owner Robert not only fixed the problem but also fixed other problems without charging us and did it on very very very short notice. We would give him a 10 if we could!!!

This is a great place for all car repairs. They picked up my car before. You always get a quote first. They never try to pressure you into NOW fixes. I like that I am given a time window. It allows you to get the funds to fix issues. Anytime you call they go out of thete way to help. I got a great tow service suggested. Even windshield replacement company. I have enjoyed them for years. Hard to find a trusted place like this!

I gotta give my boy Robert a five star. He always takes care of my car. Maybe Im prejudice because he is now seeing my cousin lol. The Recon office is alot better now that his wife split with him. Robert and Gabby are absolutely fabulous. Always available when we need them and they do quality work. Gabby will make sure you get your car done and back on the road as fast as possible. They don’t try to sell you things you don’t need and are honest and good business owners. We started going to them on a recommendation of a friend and we won’t ever go anywhere else. I absolutely LOVE this place. They actually turned a horrible day (JEEP totalled) into a great day by fixng my daughters AC!! I have taken a few of our vehicles to Recon. Gabby and Robert have ALWAYS been fair and honest with me about the repairs that I needed to have done. I am a single mom with 2 kids so I dont have a lot of extra time or income. Robert and his team went out of their way to take care of my car and explain everything. I will NEVER go anywhere else!

I cannot say enough good things about Recon! My sisters vehicle blew up in 100° weather. It had extensive damage. The people at Recon gave her an honest evaluation. The repairs were way beyond what she expected or could afford. Recon went above and beyond, putting in extra hours to find cheaper parts and to save her money anyway possible. At an extremely low time for her, they restored our faith that there are good, honest people in the world that are still willing to help people. My sisters vehicle is now in excellent running condition. Recon are now our mechanics. If you are looking for fair, honest repairs, look no further. Recon has became my go to for all my mechanical problems. I recommend Recon to anyone who wants a caring mechanic that will have you up and running in no time and at a fair price. Also the work is top notch!!

Great auto repair, went in with brakes intermittently not working. It took longer to get the part than for them to identify the problem and fix it. They were very good with communicating all information.

We formerly used Recon for our mechanical needs. Recently they became very slow in their service, leaving us without our vehicles for extended times. Now they have made some errors on our motor and cannot admit their fault. We got a second and third opinion from other mechanic shops that confirm that the mechanics at Recon are at fault in the work they performed. When we tried to have a calm conversation about the situation, the owner totally lost his cool and blamed us. We wish we would have used a different mechanic shop. Do yourself a favor and use another shop - there are some really good ones in our community.

Have used Robert’s shop in the past because the old Recon was great. Robert had an issue doing my work and would not stand behind his work. I now take my work to a shop that stands behind their work. Robert loses his temper when he is questioned about the work he has done. He cannot honestly deny that I was one of his customers.

Members of my family and I have tried to use Recon a few times. Each time was a little worse. They charge for parts that did not need replaced and they never had our cars done when they promised. This last time, after I picked my car up it was obvious that something was wrong that did not exist before I took it to them. I went back and tried to ask Robert the owner about it and he instantly became enraged and started swearing and yelling at me. He obviously has anger issues. One of his employees tried to smooth it over by telling me that Roberts shop isn’t doing to well and Robert is having to work as a mechanic at another shop to keep the bills paid. If he yells at other customers as he did me, maybe that is why his shop is not doing well?

My thanks to Robert,Richard and the guys working there. Same day service,,upfront on cost and I have a much smoother ride. Thanks guys!

Eh... I gave them a try and my family got excuse after excuse why our car wasn’t done. I finally picked it up and took it to another shop in ES. It was done the very next day at the other shop! Don’t even try to question Robert the owner about repairs etc- he needs anger management seriously!

Bad experience. Can never have something done when they say they will. Then they do not get it fixed correctly and the car has to go back for the same problem. This has been the experience for several people I know. They’ll also put parts on that were not needed.
