This is a great place for in and out service. If youre in a hurry sometimes they do get busy. I like that I can drop my car have it done and go home faster. Most workers are willing to explain any issues. All in all this is a good place to hit for service

Dont go here! The mechanics Dont know what their actually talking about! I was rejected immediately for an inspection on my vehicle because of a cosmetic missing on my automobile. Very unprofessional of them ask me, you dont even know that cosmetics dont effect the actual condition of the vehicle when I called on the phone to check availability, I was treated rudely over the phone when talking to whoever answered the phone. I wont EVER be taking my business to this establishment again.

Great service in and out really quick a little pricey but worth it.

They double billed our debit card. When we confronted them with the receipt they acknowledged they double billed our card. Then Proceeded to play games with “ you have to talk to owner to get your money“. The owner was never around even when we called ahead to ask when they were available, made multiple attempts to resolve. Finally had to file a claim against them to get our money back. Bad business - make sure you write a check. But we won’t use again.

I will not be bringing my vehicles back to this place. My wife usually will take them in to get an oil change and tires rotated. The last few times I have had problems appear like wheel lugs loose and the last straw was finding wires cut to my a/c compressor clutch. It was not loose, not frayed both wires were intentional cut. Ruling out my wife, this place is on my suspect list. I have no idea why someone would do that. But it is enough for me to look else where in the future.

Need to change their name im the boss and you have to wait until im ready Last 3 time i have been there, they have not been accommodating at all, the tech i talked to is OK, but he turns and checks with he boss, and its always going to be hours before they can do anything. I understand a little wait, but all they want to do is oil changes.

Awesome place! The staff is great. If they see any issues while your car is being serviced they let you know. Im meaning besides the oil and transmission. Ivevbeen using them for years and will continue to do so.

I just started get my oil changed here last year. I have never had a problem with these guys. They have good, competitive prices as well. You dont have to have an appointment and they know their stuff. You can get in and out in less than half an hour. The employees are also really great. They are professional and great at doing their jobs. I would highly recommend EZ Quik Lube to anyone. They also give out free air fresheners for your car. Love it.

Never take your car there that place is a joke the kid in there that does safety inspection told my wife her car flunked because her transmission fluid wasnt full that kid has no idea I took my escape down there he flunked me for a gas cap a drivers mirror that had a little crack in it and a windshield wiper but if he would of really been a real safety inspector he would of seen that my passenger back shock was just hanging there because of my wheel we being rusted out but no words at all about that what a joke of a place I wouldnt let them work on my kids big wheel

They do other work as well including tires, all different types of fluid services, exhaust work, brakes, and front end work. Very reliable and trustworthy. They were very helpful and put a spare tire on for free bcuz my tire was bad and i they didnt have it in stock.I just went in for an oil change.Very friendly and fast.

They got me right in got me an oil change show me the old the nasty oil filter so they got me a new one. Topped off the rest of my other fluids and I was in and out in 45 minutes and I enjoyed staying in their visiting with the manager great job guys

I called about an inspection to see if they could get me in. They said first come first served. I asked for them to look, see if there was a line or if anyone was already waiting. She said they were empty. I said I didnt want to leave work and take a lunch and waste my time if they were busy. She said at the moment they are not. I drove up there, the guy says it will be 1 1/2 hours wait time. I said and you got all this work in the last 5 minutes it took me to drive up there? Because a lady just said they werent busy? And all he had to say was oh =poor communication in a business=poor customer service. I will never go back.

Great Place! I come here all the time. They always help me with minor problems/ oil changes/ inspections/ competetive prices/ quality tires/ brake replacement/ rotors/ bearings etc... also if there is a major problem with my car, they will give me advice and recommend me to other mechanics that would have a better chance in helping me! Very honest and Respectful workers! I know them all by name and they know me by name, great group of people and Im sure they will always have my business!

Lazy employees and rude

The manager here was a complete Jerk to my family. To the point of making one of them cry. This is not ok! They lost a lot of business from multiple families.

I was EXTREMELY pleased with my experience. I did not have an appointment, and did not have to wait. The employees were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They handled my obvious lack of knowledge about my own vehicle with helpfulness, not judgemental condemnation. The service was quick and very reasonably priced. Unlike some places I have used, I did not leave feeling like I was possibly overcharged or taken advantage of. I will return, and confidently recommend their services.

Had a situation where we were double charged for a set of tires that caused an overdraft fee. We approached the owner and after he verified that it did happen, he cut a check for both the second charge and the overdraft fees on the spot. It is that kind of integrity that will keep me coming back.

Got a oil change a tire rotations done in less than 10 minutes definitely going here again and the price was not outrageous

I came in for an inspection, there were two cars in the bays, the manager said I was next in line, then another customer came in and they served him next... apparently you only get good service if your a friend of someone there... I left without giving them my business, I would not recommend.I must of forgot about this experience 2 years ago because I went back, my experience was even worse the second time, this time I got my inspection, they were looking so hard to find something wrong they started making stuff up, part of the failure was torn passenger side windshield wiper, I bought new wipers only to see the old blades had no tears, thay also wrote up low power steering fluid which was also false.... I think MoDOT Needs to hear about these people
