Cannot say enough good things about Chuck Anderson Ford. Went in a few months back to order a new truck and from the beginning everyone was welcoming and very easy to work with. It was nice not having to deal with high pressure salesmen like you see in most other places and being treated like family the entire time made the process simple and painless.Thank you to everyone on the team!

First off, I usually hate buying vehicles. Most dealers are terrible, and I dread even messing with it.NOT at Chuck Anderson. This has been THE BEST dealer experience ever. Great customer service. They bought our current truck for a fair price, and even transported it. Then we ordered a custom truck, again, at a very fair price. Great communication all along the way, and it was actually a pleasurable experience when we went to pick it up. All the paperwork info was done ahead of time over the phone so all we had to do was sign stuff when we got there.Everyone there was so friendly. Pretty sure we spent more time BSing about the old Ford tractor on the sales floor than we did on paperwork.We discovered a scratch on the truck that somehow got on it after inspection but before we arrived, and they happily fixed it right away. Couldnt tell it was even there.We live almost 5 hours away from the dealership, but our initial experience with them made us happy to choose them to begin with, and to drive that far for a truck. And well happily be doing it again when my Bronco gets built!!

I had a full 70k mile service done, they called to tell me I needed new front tires I told them I had new tires at my house and not to worry about it I would take it to a rim shop since I do have 20in rims and they advised me that there tire machine might scratch my rims, well they went ahead and rotated my wheels and did an alignment which I had not agreed too, once I pick up my car I drove a little over 100 miles and had to call a tow truck because my back wheels was falling off my car. I called Chuck Anderson Ford and tried to explain to them everything and they told me I was completely wrong and it couldn’t have happened. Because my car was drove off the lot 4-5 times over the 2 weeks I left it there! Each time my car was gone for an hr and half! Before it was returned back to the lot! I had no clue that when I would drop my car off for maintenance that it would be used as a joy ride for lunch time, I will not be taking any of my vehicles back!

I had a great experience at Chuck Anderson Ford! They were easy to work with to fit my schedule for an oil change, tire rotation and a recall my truck had. Everyone was kind and very professional! Chris checked me in and they went right to work. They finished sooner than they estimated and offered a comfortable waiting room while I waited! This will be my dealership to service my new truck!

Ethan was absolutely awesome helping me buy a 2014 Ford Focus. It did have a transmission issue within a week of purchasing (not the dealerships fault) and I’m a little disappointed that the service department can’t give an ETA on a part (but again completely understandable with COVID affecting everything). Dustin is awesome in the service department, great service. (UPDATED) I can’t recommend going to Chuck Anderson Ford. I had my taxes financed and the dealership messed it up by $439.10 (I paid out of pocket). I am so unbelievably frustrated with everything that has happened with Chuck Anderson and the lack of care from the sales team.

I needed a 100,000 mile maintenance on my 2013 Ford Edge. I called to schedule the work done and got in on a reasonable quick date and was told what would be done and the cost ahead of time.Heather, the receptionist greeted me and the maintenance crew started right away. Justin kept me informed throughout the wait time, explained every detailed of the work done and washed my vehicle. He had told me to present my coupon at the time I paid. The woman taking my coupon/payment did not make eye contact with me or have ANY conversation with me. She was behind a sliding glass window and there was a note on the window “do not open this window” so I was sliding my coupon and and my credit card UNDER the window. We both had our masks on. She took forever, but finally deducted the $40.00 from my total bill (every little bit helps, OK?)Then slid my card/receipt back to me under the window with less than enthusiastic, “have a great day” She was the only bad experience I had with Chuck Anderson Ford.

Family run dealership that makes you feel at home. Mike and sons were very helpful with both buying a car and learning about the town of Excelsior Springs. Enjoyed the trip through town, finding out about its history and buying a new Mustang convertible!! Its the right color, right accessories, and good price. Cody was very helpful with the new technologies and easy to work with long distance. Will consider going back to Missouri when its time to replace our other cars.

I will not go back here for any division of sales or service. After painting my hood ,frt bumper and chin spoiler they attempted to tape off stripes I wanted painted on them. The last pic is their 3rd attempt at getting the lines straight and they actually thought they were good(yellow tape). I took the car home and taped them off myself. It took me 5 days to get them the way I wanted.(The blue tape pic) Took it back to get sprayed and the following pics is what they thought was a great job and didnt see what I was complaining about.The owner offered to by my car if I was not happy with the paint job. I have not seen him since. Needless to say, they removed the stripes and repainted it all just red again. That took them 2 tries and I still can see the stripes under the red paint on the spoiler.4 months ago, I took my 2016 F350 Platinum with 3500 miles on it down there to get a trade in price on it for the new purchase of a 2017 F350 , but they refused to give me a trade in price for my truck.Thoroughbred gave me a price that day and I recieved another from a Ford Dealer on the Overland Park side over the phone.Then last week I took my Fusion there to get a diagnostics check done on the check engine light. I had 5-6 codes in it and was told that the computer and all the wiring was fine for all the components but i had a bad purge valve in the fuel evap system that could cause all the other problems to appear. So we started with that. Paid their price and imagine that didnt fix the problem. So I was told for another diagnostic fee,($108) they could find out what was causing my problem. Then the shot me a $500 estimate to replace the MAP sensor and a wire loom (That the day before checked out fine) and for them to reprogram the cars computer. I am a Ford worker and know what my map sensor costs me at Midway Ford ($75.00), so I knew something wasnt right. I have been a mechanic in some fashion since 1981, Im not stupid. I called Crossley ford and they quoted me $250 For the sensor installed, there computer didnt say anything about having to replace a wire loom when its changed, and the computer does not need to be reprogrammed for a MAP sensor. I called Thoroughbred Ford and they told me the same exact thing but were about $230-$240 parts and labor. If you are look for an honest, capable Ford Dealer......LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE

Was told over the phone that Chuck Anderson Ford would honor a KBB.com instant offer of $4800 . Verified it with their sales manager twice over the course of 4 business days. Took them the car, title, lien release, and keys 80 miles one way along with another vehicle to drive home. After sitting for 45 minutes in the waiting room, Im told that, Its a good car and its in great shape, but our best offer is $1800. Thats 60+% less than the original offer. Which leaves me wondering, do you bait and switch in all your business dealings, or do you just try to steal from the desperate? That vehicle has never been smoked in. The guy who drove it there for me had a cigarette in Walmart parking lot outside the car before we showed up. Also, the fact that there was no service history was fully disclosed before I got the initial quote. I never misrepresented anything whatsoever. Stop lying

Shady, shifty business! Had set up an appointment at 11:00 to discuss purchasing a vehicle after driving the day prior. We arrived at 10:35, another salesman and the used car salesman (whom NEVER wore a mask FYI) were showing the car to another couple and let them test drive it. After waiting over 30 minutes, we were informed the couple had made an offer and were waiting for financing approval! We drove over 30 miles out of our way for a scheduled appointment and they sold the car from under us with zero remorse. Terrible, terrible business. I would give it zero stars if I could.

My friends always had good experiences with anderson ford. So this last year after I moved back to the area and had trouble with shifty mechanics I decided that only chuck anderson ford would touch my cars ever again. They took really good care of my ford explorer. Then when I was ready to trade my ford in for something new they helped us get a beautiful Dodge journey. We had actually been looking at other Dodge journeys at other dealerships but Chuck Anderson Ford had the best price and best quality so of course I went straight to my trusted friends and didnt think twice about it. I always feel very good about my interactions with them and all the staff at Chuck Anderson are really good with my kids. If you are having car troubles or looking to buy a new car Chuck Anderson is by far the best place to go.

I was initially in the market for a 2019 Ranger but saw a 17 F150 XLT with a crew cab, at a very good price, listed on Chuck Anderson’s site. Their site was easy to browse and I was contacted promptly the next day. I was able to set my appointment to go look at it very easily. I arrived that afternoon and we were driving the vehicle I inquired about in less than 5 minutes, which was my biggest issue with the previous dealership I went to-a 30 minute gap between arrival on appointment and driving the vehicle. Mitchell Monthei closed the sale handily. I’m a pretty stonewalling person in these transactions so kudos to him. He retrieved what maintenance and repair records were available on request. Once he knew I was very interested in the truck, he pushed the financing end of it quickly with their staff. The sales manager, Nick, closed the paperwork with absolutely zero screwing around. At least for a buyer like me, their way of doing business was just the ticket. I will probably be back for the next Ford.Edit: The 2017 F150 with a 3.5L Ecoboost and 10 speed transmission turned out to be a real bust, major drive train issues. I wish the dealership would have responded to my request for a trade in. The folks at Littleton in Smithville definitely proved to be more eager to help. Lesson learned, don’t buy a used vehicle from anywhere. Dealerships are privately owned and I think they realize that brand loyalty is a thing of the past. When there is no obligation to do so, there is no real motivation to help you when you realize you purchased a junker.

I can’t say enough good things about Chuck Anderson Ford. I came in looking for an F-150 and had a lot of requests (color, packages, interior, etc.) and a strict budget. Mike, Nick, and Cody were all more than willing to help find my perfect truck and man did they deliver! After a week of searching, they found what we thought was the one just for it to be sold within minutes of hearing about it. That did not stop them, however, and by the beginning of the next day they were driving to go pick up my truck and it was in my garage that night! First time purchasing a car from there and will never purchase from there again. Weve had the car for a month and now have to pay $1500 in repairs. The car is a Mazda that is a couple of years old with about 10,000 miles. Mazda says they wont pay cause the repairs needed were caused from an accident that happened before we purchased it. Chuck Anderson wont pay cause we didnt buy their extended warranty. We didnt buy the extended warranty cause the car had 10,000 miles and Chuck Anderson told my husband that Mazda would cover any issues because it was still under the Mazda warranty. I spoke with the GM at Chuck Anderson, but he wasnt willing to call Mazda and he said he could fix it if we bought the extended warranty from Chuck Anderson or they could repair it for cost. In my 20 years of purchasing cars I have never had this issue. I will never purchase from Chuck Anderson again and will never purchase another Mazda.Follow up: Chuck Anderson did step up and pay for half of the repairs. Thanks

My truck wouldnt start so I had it towed to Anderson Ford. This was my second visit and, like the first, it was excellent. The service writer (Cody) called me when he said he would and kept me informed about the progress of my repair. He was very polite and professional. When I asked specific questions about what was done during my repair, Cody arranged for the tech to speak with me. The tech (Jordan) explained what he had done and showed me where the new relay had been installed. I was very impressed (and I dont impress easily). They arent cheap but they fixed my truck and treated me very well. Next time Im ready to buy another truck, Ill talk to them first.

I came to Excelsior Springs for a relaxing weekend with a friend, we are both from the Omaha area. My Ford Edges front tire started making a loud noise on our way to the Elms Hotel. Not knowing the area I googled a Ford Dealership and who would have know that just 4 miles from my Hotel I would find this wonderfully friendly - time efficient - family dealership!! I cant tell you how great these people are - but better yet they got my tire bearing fixed and we were back on the road as planned!! Horrible! Brought 2017 Escape in for engine software update. They replaced short block on engine and now it wont stop overheating. Never overheated before we took it here. Now were stuck with a 3 yr old car that doesnt run. Going on 3 months in the shop and no closer to getting it fixed than we were in the beginning. Will NEVER USE or RECOMMEND this place. Still waiting 5 days on them to close ticket for a different dealership to be able to look at it. No receipts, work orders or paperwork to show what theyve done. Wouldnt send anyone here. Absolutely awful. Ford should back up their products and when they know they have a problem actually fix it or stand behind making it right. Clearly theres a problem with the 1.5L and 2.0L ecoboost engines and you just get the run around. They have lost our familys business. FYI Id rather give them zero stars, but thats not an option.

I wish I never would’ve went here. I bought my ford transit connect almost 2 months ago. I dealt with nick & I wasn’t impressed when I met him but decided to buy the car since I was in a hurry to get one. Of course they were unwilling to come down on price or fix any of the issues like side marker light that was broken. They had said they had done theIt inspection and it was a great car. 2 days later my check engine light came on, I drove by orielley and they said it was most likely the gas cap. Boy I wish I would’ve drove it right back to the dealership then. 2,000 later & still finding things wrong with it. The mechanic can’t believe the dealership did not tell me these issues when buying, it’s something they should’ve caught when they did their inspections if they did. Now I’m trying to sell this shaking car for a fraction of what I paid before it leaves me stranded. Worst mistake I ever made. Trust your gut & never buy a car from here.

I called to have Chuck Anderson Ford check my oil gage because I was getting a message “change engine oil soon” They got me right in and even rotated my tires, checked my filter, brakes, engine battery, fluids, etc. I was kept informed as my vehicle was being serviced and I had just enough time to finish the lunch I had brought to eat while I sat in their comfortable waiting area. I drove away feeling so much more safe in my car. They washed my car for me. They provided the information I needed to replace my key faub. There were a lot of new faces, but everyone was very nice and professional.

The quick lane service is good but I have had my truck in for a major repair and it was not timely service. It took about a week and a half to get all the parts in that where needed to start putting my truck back together. I also feel they did not keep me up to date on what was going on when I did call, no one would return my calls so I had to call myself.Beyond that their sales people are great. This is the second time I have bought a vehicle from here and it was another great experience. The sales men I worked with was great. Dreke answered all my questions and even gave me some more things to think about that helped in me choice.

I ordered a GT500 from Nick in July 19. Its not delivered yet but I have to provide a review... I have never experienced another Ford Dealership that provides the level of customer service as Chuck Anderson Ford. Emails responded to same day (many times immediately) and always courteous. I wish they were closer to home!!!

I purchased a 2015 Lincoln at Chuck Anderson Ford recently and would recomend this dealership for a relatively hassle free car buying experience. I drove from Lawrence Ks to Excelsior Springs Mo twice in rush hour traffic, because no other dealership had as much QUALITY inventory for the price.We test drove countless vehicles at numerous dealerships, competitive offers and vehicle options aside, we selected this dealership for the experience we were provided every step of the way.Ricky normally a ford specialist, familiarized himself with the Lincoln we had come to see, his other used inventory, and a comparable trimmed Edge. We were impressed by his car knowledge, and willingness to provide us with every detail we needed to make an informed decision.Ultimately we walked away from our test drive due to a single car feature, and my financing was a major obstacle. Ricky followed up with us every few days as we continued shopping, and consequently was able to remedy both of our concerns.Not only did he keep in touch during the time of day that was convenient for us, he made the process of working through our local credit union EXPEDIENT and seamless.Other staff members were friendly and helpful all around.
