Last year, we had MyFlooring.com install a single room of carpet in a new home we purchased (the old carpet in the room was matted down compared to the other rooms in the house). This carpet is absolutely the softest carpet Ive ever laid feet on (that sounds like an exaggeration, but Im serious). My wife said that every time she walks on it, it feels like her feet are getting a gentle foot rub. And here I thought the other carpet in our house was soft... Honestly, once you try their ecstatic carpet, everything else you walk on will be a disappointment. (You have been warned.)Some things to be aware of: the colors on their website seemed a lot darker on the screen than they actually are once you get the raw material. When we first sent in our order, the company very quickly sent us three different samples, but I made the mistake of ordering three samples that were really similar in color (and lighter than expected). We ended up making the leap to one of their darkest colors (acorn), but when it was actually installed, it ended up being slightly lighter than the other preexisting carpet in our house. The wonderful thing is that theyve updated their website so you can actually upload a picture of your room to see what the carpet might look like before you even order a sample. This, to me, is an absolutely amazing feature. They really do want customer satisfaction and will do whatever it takes to make sure youre taken care of.Overall, I am VERY satisfied with our carpet. Its a great color, the process was simple, and the carpet is incredibly soft and comfortable to walk on. I look forward to utilizing their services in the future for the other rooms in our house.

I had about 1,000 sq.ft of carpet installed in my home! We went with the middle of the road carpet as we felt it was super soft and the pricing was great! The whole entire process was new to us but worked out very well. Getting the free samples in the mail was great. We test the carpet with all kinds of things like wine, nail polish, gas, bleach, etc. Everything came out except the nail polish. I measured about 5 different times to make sure I was doing it right. I uploaded my numbers to their website and then a few days later a rep called to confirm those numbers with me and make sure I didnt have any questions. You probably need to add in a little extra square footage. I just rounded up to the nearest inch on every case. They will come with extra carpet just in case you didnt measure correctly. They day of the install, they called when they were on the way, were professional, clean (wearing masks and footie things) and did the job great. I like the idea that this is guaranteed for life! Our large basement laundry room and 1/2 bath had its mid-1970s linoleum floor replaced with vinyl planks in one day by a crew of 2 professional installers. The difference is like night and day, and the price was competitive. The pre-sales phone consult and samples were very helpful in deciding what colors/textures, etc. to choose.

I went with my flooring because of the price at first. I am very happy that I did as the product is really high quality and the installation process was really great. I put them through the ringer for the installation as I had to move the install date multiple times, sometimes last minute. They were always very accommodating and understanding. We chose Myflooring.com, now known as Plum to re-carpet our entire house in 2 phases. The carpet we chose was the Hemlock in the 60oz weight and absolutely love it.The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the handoff between Plum and the local carpet installers could use some work.Phase 1, when the carpet installers showed up, they had no idea what rooms were to be carpeted. Even though we spent all this time working with Plum to measure each room (labeled) for the dimensions and how much carpet to purchase, the local installers do not get any of this information. They did not know about the style we wanted over each stair and took our word on it. Not a huge deal, but that info could have easily been delivered to the local installers.Phase 2, Plum told us that the local installers would show up between 8am and 11am arrival window. My wife and I took the day off of work to make sure were both there to take care of the dogs and finish emptying the rooms. At 11:30am I contacted Plum and they ended up calling the installers only to find out the window was actually 12pm to 3pm. So, we waited and they still did not show up, but we got a call around 3pm by the installers saying they would be even later. So closer to 4pm they showed up and of course this will take hours to complete, so a late night for us as we still had to move all our stuff back into the rooms in order to get by for the night.Dont get me wrong, the final product is amazing, and the customer service with Plum is a 5 star easy. There is just a little work they can do with the handoff from Plum to the local installers. We would definitely us Plum again for any future carpet or flooring needs

I was able to carpet my home very efficiently and at a reasonable price. The crew members were very kind and neat. The were very timely....it only took about an hour and a half for them to complete the job. I really appreciated the crew and the manager that introduced himself and got down to business!

This installation was for a rental I own MyFlooring supplied actual samples (not done by their competitor). According to my tenant they were professional and the installation was in all respects excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

The job started with so much confusion, I got a call asking if I had the floor,which I didnt nor had that ever been discussed. They started later than expected because they found out they had to go get the material from a warehouse. The job was partially completed because they failed to bring shoe molding. It took 2 weeks to get someone back out and this guy didnt bring the shoe molding cause he thought I had it. Another delayed start because he had to go to the store and get some. At the end of the day a simple dining room job took 2 weeks to complete. The upside is they made it right by providing a discount which I was satisfied with.

From start to finish, this was a very smooth process. Once you express an interest, my flooring.com will have a real person texting with you. They will send you different plush level samples. They are helpful in finding something that you will like without a lot of pressure. They even responded to some of my questions via text late at night.They scheduled installation around two weeks from when we started communicating. Not too bad.The installation was fast and efficient. They showed up on time and the carpet looks great. The only issue we had was some of the nails from the tack strips at the thresholds were present enough to poke us when we stepped on the thresholds with bare feet. I used a hammer and flat piece of metal to bend the tacks sideways that were poking through. Im not sure if anything could have been done to avoid this. My flooring service was great! I have went through multiple companies and got plenty of quotes and found that my flooring gave me the biggest bang for my buck! They installed my carpet up stairs and put in lvp in the bathrooms. I am just about done painting my down stairs and I am going to call them back to put in lvp to cover the whole down stairs. They have a high quality product that is priced the same as low quality product at other companies, which is why I initially chose them. The only down side to this company is that you have to measure your own square footage of home, but I don’t mind because I understand that’s how they cut their costs. If this is an issue get Lowe’s to come out for a free estimate, take their measurements and send them into my flooring. Now you have 2 quotes, and you can really see the different in price and quality!

I am more than happy with my experience with Myflooring. The samples were great, and the carpet itself, medium grade, cleans easily. The padding is super, and the thickness of the pile is outstanding. Everybody who walks on it says Wow, nice carpet! I mean it is plush! The install went without a hitch, although my master was 3 feet longer than the carpet roll, the seam is not detectable. I absolutely love the carpet, the color, the wear. Originally I had gone to the big orange DIY store to get a quote to replace my floor. They gave me a price of $3600. Talk about sticker shock. I Googled flooring and came across MyFlooring and checked them out. After talking to one of their reps, I was quoted $1400 for the complete job including ripping out the old flooring and installing the new. They quickly sent me free samples of all the possible products I might want and then, once I made my decision, gave me an install date. The gentlemen arrived on time on the day and made short work of it. There was a glitch in that they had the wrong trim on the truck but somehow they worked a miracle and got the right stuff installed all in the same day so I wouldnt have to wait. The floor is beautiful, easy to care for and comes with a lifetime guarantee. What more could you ask for. Every person I dealt with was courteous and seemed to really care that I got what I paid for. MyFlooring will forever be the company I turn to when I next need flooring be it carpeting or hard goods.

Honestly, I was skeptical at first since this company works almost entirely virtually, however, the experience was pretty fun, and the communication was amazing. Also, with COVID, this is honestly probably one of the safest ways to shop for carpet. I had my quote the first day I requested it and they used the colors I was interested in to edit some photos of our bedrooms to see what the colors would look like.Next they sent samples of the carpet and carpet mats we were interested in which got to us in less than a week. They kept good communication through text and phone calls to make sure everything was running smoothly. This was all before we even requested to contract with them.After a lot of estimates came in, we decided to use MyFlooring because the quality compared to cost. We got the best price for the nicest quality carpet here. Mind you, they did offer us a military discount, but even before that, it was very reasonable! We had three rooms done with nylon, super plush carpet and premium padding for all under $2000 (most other places estimated $2500-$3500 for the type of carpet and pad we wanted - we had seven estimates done in total).The installation day was a little funny because the contracted installers never saw the home or floorplan really until installation day so its super important the measurements you give MyFlooring are accurate. Theyll ask you to confirm measurements several times. In the end we ended up with a little extra carpet that we used to make a small rug with for another room.Overall, were super impressed with the quality of carpet and the way it looks in our home! If there were 6 stars I would give that rating. This company is so easy to work with from the sales part and choosing your carpet to delivery and installation. My carpet samples came on the same day the ones from Home Depot arrived. At HD I choose their best lines and quality carpet. Compared with the MyFlooring samples it was the easiest, quickest decision I had to make. MyFlooring were amazing! Huge difference! So I placed my order with MyFlooring and seriously, the carpet came in on time and was installed without a hitch. They work with very good contractors. Any future carpet I purchase will be from MyFlooring, no doubt.

We had a leak in our house and ended up needing new flooring and after meeting with Duke we didn’t feel a need to look any further. The price was extremely fair and the products are fantastic. They’re waterproof and offer a lifetime warranty which you won’t find anywhere else. I seriously am so in love with our new carpet, it’s unreal. I can’t tell you how many times my fiancé and I have just laid down on the floor because it’s THAT comfy. The online purchase was something new for us, but was very simple. We were able to select the quality, the quantity, and the color of carpet that we wanted, and then Tappeto sent a very large sample for us to look at place in the room and make sure that the colors went well with the walls and the furniture and it was a dark enough color to serve our purposes. When are first sample was not the correct color, they were very quick and getting us a new sample and getting everything changed over with no effort whatsoever on our part. The installers work courteous, on time, and very knowledgeable. They came in, they did their job, very well, and they left the place cleaner and nicer than it was when they got there. Overall it was a wonderful experience for my parents, who are both retired, to have gone through. I would highly recommend this company and this product to any one who is looking to put carpet in their home.
