Material keeps getting pushed out. Very little communication and they didnt even let the installer know.**Edit: flooring has come in and we were notified as soon as it was available. Will update review again after install.***Edit 2: Floors are now installed and look great! They hire third party for the install, but I will say Vladimir did a great job; he even helped move the couch from one end of the room to the other so we didnt have to take it completely out of the living room. Will review again in 6 mo with an update regarding the durability.

We recently had our kitchen and bedroom refloored by Completely Floored. There was a minor problem with our bedroom floor and the installation manager was right out to see it. Being a new product to them, he said he would investigate with manufacturer to find a fix. He did and in 2 weeks he and an installer were here and made it right. We are very impressed with this level of customer service. Thank you. I LOVE my bedroom floor.

Very happy with my new vinyl plank flooring!was easy working with Amy in the store and Noe of Oliver Carpets did an excellent job installing it in two days.Im happy that I went with Completely Floored.was a lot of work moving out of my house and then back in, but it was worth it!I will try to give a follow up review in about 6 months to share how well it is holding up...

DIYers BEWARE! We got floors from here and they were defective, but when we went to return them we got blamed for our installation despite it being a production problem. The LVP product we were sold was so brittle it would break at the locking joints before it even fully locked into place, and since you can’t actually see any full pieces of flooring before you purchase it you get stuck with whatever you buy based on samples that aren’t actually real examples of floating LVP flooring (their samples are all glue down products so you can’t inspect locking mechanisms). They will even charge you a restocking fee ($$$) and you’ll have a terrible time with their poor customer service. Be sure you inspect any product you might buy from here before you take it home and ask about what happens if you need to return something- their return policy is terrible and despite what they might tell you they certainly did not “take care of us.” Just a giant headache.

I was referred by a 3 different acquaintances to Completely Floored. I am so happy with their Service and the Installation crew. The installers are subcontractors (not employees) so they do refer them. I did have a issue with the installer forgetting to call me. That is not fault of Completely Floored and we got it worked out. I would highly recommend them!

You know you have a bunch of options for flooring. We checked out several area retailers and got bids from some of the installers and all-in-one national outfits, but never really found what we were looking for. When we decided to try Completely Floored, it was at the end of a long day of looking at different products at different locations... but we walked in, were warmly greeted and Amy initially helped us find just the right product (LVP) at a great price. Blakely finished our sale with some really excellent customer service, even stopping by to re-measure our home, because all the contractors had different figures.This is a family owned local business, and doing business, we felt like family. That is not an exaggeration, it was just a GREAT experience start to finish. The installer that they recommended (Matt White & Crew) were awesome... they had some prep work to do ahead of time, but they installed LVP in our kitchen, dining room, living room, hall, and entry, plus carpeted our stairs in one day. They were total pros and did fantastic work. Save yourself some time and money -check out Completely Floored!

Unfortunately (maybe fortunately?) I didnt have a project with this company, and the review is based on communication just trying to be a customer. I made an inquiry online to get a estimate on carpet for my house. I received a call from a instore associate. They let me know their installation sub contractor would reach out to schedule a measure. A couple days later on a Friday, i received a text from someone identifying themselves as working with completely floored and what would be a good time to come out to measure.I responded that evening saying any day between 9-6. I didnt hear back from that person until Monday morning, in which they texted again stating they could do today before 6 pm or tomorrow morning at 9:30. I responded within 10 minutes asking for a more specific time frame...before 6 is very interpretive. The next morning they texted me again about 8:30 saying they could do that day at 9:45am or 4:45pm. I responded within 10 minutes saying 4:45 and to please confirm by responding so i can plan the rest of my afternoon. They didnt respond, again! 4:35pm I received a call from this person in which i just ignored. They then texted me saying they could come out now. I declined and said please disregard the request.Maybe i just have too high of expectations for someone to respond and make a firm plan. Im not going to wait here all day for someone. During the whole process, why not just call me to set an appointment... Why is it taking 3 days to arrange an appointment with shoddy commitment?Second, after this issue, I made another inquiry with the store online and no one from the store bothered to call me again. Its their business how they run their business, but it seems silly to let your sub contractors make the first impression for your customers by sluffing them off and having poor communication. Youd think theyd follow up with leads. MAybe they just have too much work to care. I can only imagine if i actually did get an install the annoyance i would go through.

This place is pretty spectacular. We worked with Amy, very nice lady. She helped us find the right flooring for our budget while showing us many options. They have a large selection of many different types of flooring. We oogled and awed at the fancy carpet but we were there for vinyl flooring. Whatever you choose, you will be covered through their own warranty. If it turns out in any way not how you want it, youre covered. Talk to Amy, shell set you up good!

We recently stopped in at Completely Floored in Everett to look at carpet. We had moved into a smaller house to downsize and our carpet had some bubbles in it in a couple places along the heavy traffic areas. We were wondering if anything could be done with it so we wouldnt have to replace it yet as overall it appeared to still be in good condition.The owner told us that maybe the carpet could be stretched and wouldnt need replacing. He sent a installer out who told us that he could re-stretch the carpet and we wouldnt have to replace it yet. He did the work and said the owner wouldnt charge us. It looks beautiful now and when we do decide to replace it we will definately go to Completely Floored for our new carpet and other flooring needs. They have great selections and prices. Its nice to know that a family owned flooring store with good selections and prices also has great customer service.

Amazing experience! Great help from Terri’s design expertise, all the staff and help with a last minute time crunch. Flawless! House was featured in Chelan home tour 2018 and everyone commented on the beautiful tile, carpet and hardwoods. Couldn’t have done it without Completely Floored!

Horrible to work with! I bought flooring. Not knowing it was a so called special order. There is NO WHERE on my receipt that says it was a special order! They would not refund my order and said the best I could get back was 60% of what I paid! Okay this is on an order I have never touched, and never had delivered to my home! They would not budge, even after I showed my original receipt that did not list this as a special order. They should be ashamed of their practices.

Worked with Ramon to choose a great new floor! Materials were ordered and installed promptly, answered all of our questions very professionally and allowed us to keep a large sample for several days so that we could shop for other materials. Excellent experience, highly recommend!

We wanted new flooring (approx 1,000 sf) in half of our house. A gentleman came out to measure. Somehow our measurements were lost or misplaced. I called Jim 4-5x over a year+ period to ask for a bid (he said he would locate those measurements). He reassured me during the last three phone calls that he would definitely take care of it and get back to me. He NEVER did. No phones calls. No emails. Nothing. Im done trying. On to a different company who wants my business.

Ive been buying my flooring from these guys for over 8 years. The customer service is great. Carpet and laminate flooring fits my handyman services. Prices are very competitive. I recommend them over Lowes and Home Depot all the time.

I had went to Depot and Lowes. At the time Lowes was offering free installation on carpet. I did not think a privately owned store could compete but we were on a super tight budget so I thought I would give it a try. We found the exact same carpet and saved about a 100.00 more dollars from Lowes quote. I am not very experienced at buying flooring but I felt like I learned a lot. Blake was awesome and so informative. Our installer was great. Would definitely go back.

I had a very good experience start to finish. I purchased some Luxury Vinyl Plank by Coretec (love it)! I felt like I just went to flooring college after my couple of visits at Completely Floored. My sales gal was extremely knowledgeable and not out to sell me just to sell a product. She fit me into a product that fit my lifestyle and budget. I had went to the new flooring store on Everett Mall way and they did not know the front from the back of the floor plank. I was referred to Completely Floored by my colleague and thankful I decided to go into their establishment. The installer who measured showed up a little later than he stated but no big deal to me. He was super nice and helpful. On my installation date their install crew showed up and were amazing all around. The quality of workmanship and professionalism was top notch. I am SO happy!!! Went in search of a remnant to re-do our stairs... and didnt want to spend a lot of money.. Bill found us EXACTLY the right one, and we were so happy, we bought more to do the landing too. LOVE the new carpet, and he hooked us up with an installer that was super nice too. Would go back there again if we ever need more flooring!!

Dont even bother going here. I left with what the sales acted like was a solid price and took a sample home on a Saturday. On Sunday we had our home measured by a carpet guy only to find out the square footage and was LESS then we gave the sales rep.on Saturday!! On Monday the sale rep that was working Saturday had the day off work. We returned the sample and asked for a price for the less square footage.The numbers they gave us on Saturday was now wrong!! (And not by a small amount) we are talking almost 500.00 DIFFERENT for the same carpet style and type... But LESS CARPET needed!!on Tuesday I then called and talked to the manager about the sales rep. As I feel on Saturday he should have NOT have gave us a total price if he didnt know what it was, or at least say this price can change by MONDAY. Not that they had to honor the price. (I didnt expect that)I did think the manager would at least talk to his sale rep for future customers to not have to go threw this same issue. The manager was a huge joke. He had excuses and excuses and MORE excuses. Why his sales rep did what he did. DIDNT Even apologize!!! One excuse was.. well, we have to pay lights and building cost ECTI replied back, all should have been in the FIRST PRICE you gave us. Needless to say, WE WILL NOT BE SHOPPING FOR CARPET or any other flooring HERE. They are untrust worthy AND RUDE!!!Shop around and understand what you are getting. This PLACE IS NOT A DEAL!!

Place was recommended by a neighbor who got great pricing and friendly customer service. Told the rep what our budget was and after their measurement guy came out, and was completely understand professional, the quote came back $3,800 more. Thenot I was told to come in and see if the price could be altered. I come in with my family, only for the sales rep to raise the overall price by $150. Their motto is nobody beats their pricing, right? The next day I went to Home Depot and got a quote for the same products, installation, etc. for $4,200 less than I was quoted. Poor customers service and a falsemail motto, I WILL NOT be recommending them.

Did not have a great experience with this place! They contract out their installation work, and when the installers showed up they didnt have the correct number of rooms to install the carpet in. Then I called the completely floored sales rep who then admitted that he and I had the same number of rooms per the initial quote and then called and corrected the installer (who never called me back) throughout this miscommunication. Then after I shared my disappointment over the frustrating situation that my husband and I had to go through, the completely floored rep acted like he did me a favor by getting all the rooms installed. Basically as to say look were making it work and your getting all the right rooms completed He took no ownership and shared no apology for the situation! Even though he agreed that the initial quote had the right number!

This is a mixed review. I will start with the good. The staff at Completely Floored was awesome. I dealt with Bill and Ramon and they were great! They were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The pricing was very competitive and the product we purchased is amazing. We went with the Luxury vinyl plank and the carpet that is on the showroom floor. Both outstanding products and I would highly recommend. If this review were to reflect only Completely Floored I would give them 5 stars.Now for the bad. Completely floored subs out the flooring installation. We were set up with Vani from Vani’s flooring. He came out to measure and we were super excited due to how friendly he was. He was fairly communicative and set up a Friday, Saturday to do our home. We did our entire home so it was a large job. I will say that Vani and his crew were very accommodating with moving around the furniture and working with us in that regard. However they were sloppy with the installation of the LVP. There are highs and lows in the floor. There are areas of sloppy cuts and pieces of the planks that were slammed together and bowed up. They absolutely trashed my trim and millwork and put holes in my Sheetrock. They were also very rushed to get the job done and it was evident. All in all the job is a big “ok” but far from great. Fortunately I had my whole house painted so I didn’t sweat the millwork and the Sheetrock. My paint guys were great and mostly fixed it all. It was just more time on their part and money out of my pocket. I stopped and chatted with Ramon about my concerns. He was genuinely disappointed and told me he would reach out to Vani and have him contact me. That was a month ago and I haven’t heard a peep. Oh well it’s done now and we move on. I would recommend Completely Floored from a product standpoint. Their pricing is very competitive and the sales staff is very outgoing and extremely helpful. However I would steer clear of Vani and his team of installers. It pains me to say that cause he is such a nice guy. He just needs to slow down and pay more attention to detail.

Went into the store today, spent 15 minutes looking around at product and not one person said hello or got up to ask if I needed help looking at anything or if I had any questions. Called and spoke with someone on the phone, she apologized for the inactivity and then hung up on me. I could certainly understand if they were really busy, however, they weren’t.

Quoted wrong install price. Installer hid a installation error and now wont come and fix it. Had three appointments for him to come fix. No show each time. Spoke to completely floored they dont want to help they just say that his is the installer and I am his client. They basically wiped their hands of you as soon as you order your flooring. Even thought the installer is scheduled thru them they want to tell you it no longer has anything to do with them. You wound be better off finding your own installer. Someone you can trust.

Absolutely no remorse and true customer service. Was promised flooring would be in first week of July (in May when I ordered it and bought 200 of 2000 sq ft). Went in and asked if there was any concern with the flooring not coming in as I wad going to proceed with installation of the 200 sq ft in the interim. Once again promised there were no concerns. A week before the flooring was due in, I call to check in and was informed not only did the maunufacturer quit and the flooring was discontinued, but they had known about it for over a week and failed to call and inform me at that time. I spoke to the owner who was only willing to take the already installed 200 sq ft back/refund if I found another material to purchase from them otherwise they were not willing to do anything. He lied and said the gentleman that made the promises no longer works for him, but that gentleman was still there when we went to return the flooring. He did not honor the .10 cent/sq ft discount I had received on the flooring for purchasing so much when I did pick a new material either. He then said hey we will get that flooring you installed back from you as I have a family member that can use it. Did not offer any help with coming to uninstall it or take it themselves or anything and offered absolutely no help with tear out or reinstallation of the 200 sq ft. The lack of communication throughout this process and the wasted 2 months time was unacceptable and they had absolutely no remorse for me as a customer who was purchasing over 2,000 sq ft of material! I would not recommend supporting this company until they learn how to respect and treat their customers and stop making open ended promises they cannot keep and will not back up. Of course now there are signs all over the store that say dates we give are not guaranteed and just estimates etc. Probably should have followed that policy 2 months prior before your employee made false promises and you failed to show any remorse and support your customer when your employee was so much in the wrong.

Have always had a great experience here but this last visit wasnt so great. Stopped by twice. First time towards the end of the day and everyone was busy. Second try the gal was leaving early for an appt but took my tile samples and said she would pass it on to someone else. I was trying to match some discontinued tile. Although I understood the tile was obsolete I was looking for a solid grey that would go with it for the trim. Didnt hear back so my husband stopped by a week and a half later and they said they couldnt help and gave us back our tiles. I dont think my job was big enough for them to put any effort in. I miss Michael who used to work there!

Only the remnants had prices displayed on them. The in-store selection of vinyl flooring was very small. The prices, were actually higher than another store we had just been to. The staff was friendly, but not as attentive as they could have been. We spent nearly 20 minutes waiting for a lady to be right back before someone else showed up and asked if we needed help. I dont know if we would have had the same experience shopping for carpeting. We were specifically there looking only for vinyl flooring.
