I never leave here over or under whelmed! Stopped to pick new paint for the living room, totally lost with which way to go color wise. They offer free designer help, which makes it so much easier. Armed with photos of furniture and colors, Jenny asked a lot of questions about light, room use, preferences, she got to work seeing what would look good and what the options would do for the room. Many choices that went really well narrowed down and left with three large samples to place in the room to test the colors in day & artificial light and came back two days later and bought two gallons. Whether its help finding the perfect paint color, picking the right tile, or choosing carpeting, everyone at Hatloes is friendly, knowledgable and helpful! I know I can always trust Hatloes to have the best installers, too. Jeff and his team did a great job installing our carpet. However, a day later we noticed our hardwood floor adjoining the carpet had been damaged. I reported it to Scott who then relayed the problem to Jeff. Jeff came to examine the damage. Never along the way was there one hint of push-back from Scott or Jeff. Jeff knew exactly what had happened. Scott did some research and contacted Brian at A Masters Touch who, true to the name of his company, repaired the damage beautifully! In all the years weve dealt with Hatloes, this is the first time weve had a problem but they made it right with nothing but respect shown every step of the way.

Steve was incredibly easy to work with. He brought samples for me to look at and took care of everything. They were able to lay the flooring very quickly and the installers were professional. I would definitely recommend Hatloes.

I received very good customer service in ordering carpet for a bedroom. I was given good advice on quality and the pad. And I was kinda particular on color (emerald green) which doesnt appear to be the in color but Scott took the time and trouble to find a carpet that was pretty darn close and Im very happy with the results. Also the installer was very good and careful in laying the carpet and didnt scuff or dent any baseboard etc.

If you expect excellent service, helpful staff and reasonable prices...you must go to Hatloes. Scott helped me with my decision on flooring and Jim made sure Id have enough for the job! You dont have to live with shabby anymore.I had hoped to add a photo, but the new flooring made the rooms look so good that we are now painting and adding attractive trim as well as tearing out the old stub wall at the head of the stairs to install an open concept railing that will make it brighter on the stairwell and add space to the upstairs!

Hatloes was probably our 6th or 7th stop while shopping for carpet. What a waste of time were the 1st shops. I wish would have started with hatloes.The price was better than other places and the service was great. Delivery and installation was flawlessly executed. We even saved a few dollars by tearing out the old carpet ourselves. Highly recommend!

After purchasing some Hunter Douglas blinds from Hatloes about a year ago I eventually decided to work with them again to swap out the blinds in the master for some darker black out blinds.Steve was fantastic to work with. After going back and forth over email on my choices I went into the show room and he walked me through many different options resulting in me getting down to the best possible fit for my space. He clearly cared about making sure what I chose was the best for me, and not just another sale.Despite COVID slowing down production, Steve was great at keeping me updated on when Id receive the blinds and installation was a breeze once they did arrive.Thanks again!

This was my second experience with Hatloes. They are very professional and helped me to make the choice of carpet that would fit my needs the best. The Room Visualizer on their website was a great tool to show me what different carpets might actually look like in my own room(s). The installers were very experienced and fun to have around for the two day install.

I am thoroughly satisfied with Carpet one Hatloes. In the past I have bought paint and carpet and laminate flooring from them. Most recently I used their design center, and worked with Nancy in purchasing flooring and countertops for my kitchen remodel. Nancy was very helpful with her design knowledge and together we came up with the perfect solution that complimented each other and didnt clash with the wood laminate previously installed in the adjoining room. She worked diligently to get installers who could complete the job in a timely manner during their busiest time of year. I love the personal attention to detail that the installers gave us... Over all , I would give more stars if it was available, and look forward to the next time Hatloes and I get to work together!

This place came highly recommend and had great reviews. I made an appointment to have new carpet installed at my house. The rep was 20 min late (which is acceptable in my opinion considering local traffic.) The rep took measurements and told me that I would have samples and a quote by Monday. Monday Came. No quote. On Tuesday, I called to make an appointment. I arrived at Hatloes near the end of the day. The rep still did not have a quote and also did not pick out flooring samples yet. The rep told me that I would have a quote in a few days. That was almost a month ago. Still no quote. I went with a competitor for reflooring my house. This company might be good for the big jobs, but not the small ones

I tried several different types of flooring before making my choice and got to bring home samples that were big enough for me to see what I was getting. From sales (Nancy) to installation (Jeff & Tim) everything went extremely well. The carpet we bought for two rooms looks great! Our only disappointment was when we went to the store to choose the carpet, the sample of the style and color we wanted was missing from the racks. But we were able to work around that and in the end, everything worked out well. Nancy followed up after installation, sent us care and warranty information, discounts for future purchases, and carpet manufacturers advice on what type of vacuums are best for our carpet. This was all around great product and service from Hatloe’s!

We used Hatloes 17 years ago when we replaced the carpet in our downstairs. Now that we are remodeling we wanted to replace some tired carpet on our steps with the same carpet we selected earlier. Even though our older carpet is no longer available Michelle was able to find a perfect match in color, quality and texture. Mike did the install nicely--with no mess. We are so happy folks like Hatloes exist in our community--always professional and dependable.

Used them to install some Luxury Vinyl Planking flooring. After 3 weeks installer came out told me not enough material to do job after showing up 3 hours late. Another 3 weeks go by work was done satisfactorily. But what a process

Fantastic sales person. Took a lot of time to educate on different types of carpet, then helped us narrow down options based on color, feel and budget. Came out to the house to measure soon after. We had just purchased the house but still lived out of state, so she managed the whole install and got it completed before we moved in. It is the softest, most luxurious carpet Ive ever experienced. Joni was our consultant, she was very informative, helped us select the carpet we needed for the price we wanted. The installer was very efficient ,respectful and detailed. We need to carpet our downstairs family room and we will use Hatloes. A very honest and professional outfit. They also cleaned up everything and did a complete vacuuming when done, and asked us if we wanted the leftover pieces,which I kept.

Hatloes did the vinyl repairs in our kitchen and bathrooms after a leaky dishwasher left water damage. At first I was very impressed with the work. The floors in our kitchen and laundry area looked great, however the bathroom is a different story. We noticed bubbling around the toilet a few days after they finished. I called and they sent the guys back out to fix it. It again started bubbling up in the same spot a few days and they came back out again to fix the issue. I want to say they came back out a third time but I honestly can’t remember.The bubbling never went away and my husband and I are now having to replace the subfloor in the bathroom from water damage accumulated from these bubbling issues. I’m sure I could of kept calling and had them keep coming back until it was fixed fully, but this was our first home repair and we were naive to these kinds of homeowner issues :/

When I came into Hatloes the only thing I knew is that I wanted new floors in my condo unit. Other than that I had no cohesive idea of the type of material I wanted color or cost. The team at Hatloes patiently walked me through all my material options and explained the pros and cons of each product and worked within my budget. I was very impressed with not only their patients but their product knowledge and selection. One other thing which is very important the associate at Hatloes made me aware that some condos homeowners associations may have certain noise requirements for the flooring you install. Some associations fine or may make you tear out the product if its not up to their code this alone could have saved me thousands of dollars. So if youre looking for flooring and would like a great selection with a knowledgeable staff that has patience this is your place.

Nancy at Hatloes came and did a measure for several blinds in my home. Over the next week she dug and dug until some complicated issues were figured out so we could complete the order. I had already had two other reputable companies over to measure but neither of them could come up with an option for a blind long enough for my kitchen window. Nancy did it!! The order came quickly and a highly capable installer did a quick job of all of the installations. Even with my complicated order, they came right the FIRST time!!!! I cant tell you how much I love my new blinds. I have already recommended Nancy to friends.

Karla from Design came right over to me, heard my dilemma, and helped me within 30 minutes get my problem resolved. She called the CarpetOne rep in CA to assure we were all on board with my new carpet choice. We were looking for some celular blinds and Hatloes carried the brand we wanted. Steve took considerable care in the measuring of our windows which needed to be perfect because of the type they are. The installer was very fast and efficent and copleted the job in 30 miniutes or less.

They were prompt and very professional and courteous and pleasant to have around. If they had a question they asked rather than assumed. I would absolutely recommend them for any job.Our flooring project involved replacing carpet and laminate on the entire first floor which was a kitchen, living room, dining room, hall, two closets and a bathroom, and carpet on the stairs. I manage lots of projects for a living and can easily find flaws, but I can find no flaws in their work for us.The product installed was LVP vinyl planks. Before I could hear the dogs claws with every step they took on the Laminate now I can’t hear their feet at all. It’s a solid durable product that will certainly outlive this house.Thank you Hatloes. Will definitely have them back when we decide to do the 2nd floor.
