Good sales, just have to check everything out for damages. Can definitely find some good sales though!

I want to like this store, but thats hard to do. Not enough employees work there and everything is a cluttered mess. DONT BUY ANYTHING ELECTRONIC. Theres an 80% chance it doesnt work. Its a fine place for things like clothes/bedding/toys, ect. Electronics will either 1) not come with all the pieces, rendering it useless when you bring it home or 2) it flat out will not work. Its tempting to buy discounted, big ticket items here. DONT DO IT.

This place is not worth it anymore. After the new owner came in. Its full price for 30% of the product. On top of that you better pray it works. Nope, never again.

Cool place. Youll find something cool and probably in good condition if youre lucky. Its like Ross and Marshalls had a dumpster baby. The worst thing about this place though is the registers. There is always at least 1 or 2 open with a line of 50 people. Thats ridiculous

What a trashy mess! This is the first time Id ever been in here and maybe some of this was due to it being Christmas season. I dont know how anyone finds anything in here. If digging through piles and piles of certifiable junk to find a possible jewel in the rough appeals to you, this is your mecca. I wont be back.

I love shopping here because you can find good items for a huge discount. However, the new woman in charge is rude and does not use the price listed on the items. She makes up her own discount instead. She changes the price on a whim.

Purchased a new wheel barrow tire. Take it home couldnt put air in to it. Found out the inner tube is damaged. Be careful when buying from DC.

Crazy disorganized, and dont be fooled not that inexpensive

I love going to different dirt cheaps when on vacation, however this was one disgusting store. Tampons open on random aisles. Very disorganized. Prices aren’t marked on many items. Caution tape on dirty aisles. Broken items on the floor along with many other things on the floor. This place is disgusting and the management is poorly. Sad they only have two cashiers who are busy and can’t clean or organize the store.

Always find such great deals! Also a fun place to walk around and do window shopping since it literally has a little bit of everything! I do wish they cleaned up the home improvement aisle just a tad more. I know its a hard job, but it takes a while lot of patience and several scans to find anything youre specifically looking for.

Im from St Louis this was my first time going to go cheap and I was impressed with the great bargains that you can find all I can say you got to go if you a looker and dont mind taking a little time to hunt for bargains this is where you should be you can find some fantastic deals if something is $50 you get $25 off and sometimes they offer additional 10 to 20%, so the first chance you get go there youll see what Im talking about 😊☺️

Super cheap store. You can find good deals here. Almost everything is sold here from clothing to furniture. The prices are 50 to 70% off marked prices. Sometimes it is upto 90% off. All big branded store return, open boxed and discontinued styles are mostly sold here. The staff is friendly and professional. Love to shop here with my family.

If you dont have the patience AVOID bc its a HOT mess inside most store locations. A lot of items without a price tag. Workers/Managers sketchy! Clearly management is either intentionally not marking items to get a better profit/sale or simply lazy and not re-ticketing merchandise when required.

I personally love Dirt Cheap! I can buy things I wouldnt normally be able to afford. I have bought products there that came from Gap, Neimans express, Bed Bath and Beyond, Target, Lowes, Home Depot.... pretty much everywhere at a fraction of its original price. They have a little bit of everything! The down side is that its a mess and nothing is organized. You have to dig bc stuff is just thrown on the shelf or in a big bin... once you get passed the initial shock from stuff everywhere then you can find a bargain!

The app doesnt work and its not organized at all. It used to be much better.

We went there for our first time today. They offer a variety of different types of goods, which is really cool. I was surprised to see how many ceiling fans were there, and also how good the prices were on them. However, every ceiling fan that we liked had cracked and broken glass, so that was very disappointing. I would definitely visit again and Im interested to see what Dirt Cheap is like on a weekday and also what other locations are like.

Customer since the beginning and I have to say I love Dirt Cheap Tina, Chelsea, and Dustin the new management team are doing a great job. My biggest complaint are the customers. Remember folks just because you dont want that item someone else does. Its tough watching people destroy other peoples potintual treasures. I see things come in perfect and in a short period of time its missing parts or broken. I appreciate the deals I get and hope the ones who dont, wont ruin it for the rest of us. I enjoy salvage stores. This place is more like dumpster diving. Probably due to terrible customers but it is a challenge to find the right price on anything. I had about six items in my cart before checking the actual price instead of the shelf price. I put all that one back end it was a broken LED light. The Arlington location does a much better job of keeping the shelves arranged properly.

It was a 4star place but they stoped cleaning and arranging items. And it has always been a hit and miss place for bargains but its mostly trash items now.

Its not a pretty package store so dont go there expecting organization. It is a scavengers delight, if you are like the American Pickers on discovery channel except for modern day items, and have time to pick through their inventory this is your store. Dirt Cheap has a ton of random items, from home improvement, and clothes to kids toys.

Its ok..store just opened today..how they work, is they tag all items with original retail price..the tags have a code number. The signs on ceiling tell you which discount your item gets based on the code. My daughter found some cute sneakers for around $16. I found Suave deodorant for $0.89. See photos..the floor staff almost ran over me as I entered store..no warm welcome. All sales are final..make sure your item fits and/or works before purchase. They do have an electronics testing table, which is handy. The multi packs of toilet paper were labeled at $10.99, rolls missing from the pack..clear taped back up..I can get that same multi pack on sale at Kroger around 8 bucks or so for a whole pack..just be careful/ pay attention to what you purchase.

First of all, the store is a MESS. You can barely find anything youre looking for. I bought a bookshelf from there and when I took it home and opened it there were only 2 pieces out of the 8 that were suppose to be included. When I talked to them the told me no returns, no exceptions. This place is a waste of time and space.

I know its a discount store but it was a mess.. and I dont just mean opened boxes but the floors were disgusting. There was no method behind the madness. Spent a hour looking a stroller and carseat making sure everything was there and it was. Got really excited thinking it was 70% off because thats what it said where it was at. And not like someone put it back because the whole bottom shelf had other items as well.Get to the register and its only 40% it was not cheaper then Amazon. So spent all that time debating, and deciding to find out it was not dirt cheap.

I shop at a lot of Dirt Cheap.My 1st one was from Tennessee.But from this store#403 A manager there I think her name is Melody.She is never to busy that she always try to find prices and she always is very polite.The Manager of the store Jimmy was the same but he is no longer store Manager I was told he was District now.Good customer service is all was good to recognize.I know I was with Montgomery Wards and Sears for years.It hard to find many young people willing to work or be helpful.

This place is totally weird enough to make sense. Too big and too busy for the staff to be of any help. Oh bring a BUNCH of time with you. The place is huge.So heres the game. You go in and they but every store that has an RMA process. Then; they ship it to one of their stores and sell it to us just like that.Now for the most parteverybody return stuff and its really not broken you just didnt want anymore but youll make up weird reason why you return it and based on store policy they have to RMA it. Im sure the stores are just happy to sell them the stuff and a highly discounted price. Its why everything is 52 90% off. but what school is that they really dont have a bunch of people there telling you what to do and what not to do so you can pretty much grab two of which everything you want and put one together. The clothes they have is very cheap too and its new.I bought a table saw for a hundred bucks brand new and some other little stuff. I give it five stars simply because I never been there and it was a new experience. however, the biggest thing that got them five stars was the cashier which just laugh with me for about 10 minutes while I was checking out. its not dirty but it seems that way because its so messy. But its so messy because everybody just goes in there and those everything on the floor. Its a beautiful mess!!

One of the most frustrating and unfortunate experiences Ive had in a while at a retail store. New to the area and was just checking out a new store. Walked in-no one spoke/greeted us. It wasnt until about 30min into my shopping that I noticed my friend and I were being trailed and watched. From this point on, it was a generally bad experience.Once we got to the cash register, still the cashier did not greet me and actually appeared to become frustrated when I asked her to explain pricing on non-priced items (AGAIN I have never been to this store so how would I know how the pricing works if everything is UNORGANIZED). I didnt think it should have been as frustrating as it appeared to make her as I was SPENDING MY MONEY.I understand that as a thrift store, people arent coming in with a lot of expectations on presentation but wow, it was really disorganized and hard to find anything honestly.That in mind, I was baffled at the audacity they (as in the employees) had to FOLLOW me around the store, NOT SPEAK as I walked in OR as they followed me to gauge me as a customer. It was very unprofessional, uncomfortable and plainly intolerable.Personally speaking,Im sure the store has little to no problem making sales, but from a business and psychological standpoint IF the store was presented as if it was cared for by the employees (organized/better energy from employees) and the bathroom didnt look like breeding grounds for COVID-19, you wouldnt necessarily have the need to follow customers around, as people would start to respect the establishment as a whole, this store could actually be great.I would hope that this doesnt happen to anyone else and the store revises their employees greeting/customer interaction skills.Thanks,Unsatisfied customer

Wow. Dirt Cheap is basically a giant garage sale. I dont mean that in a kind of hip, cool way. I mean it in a trinkity little trashy things everywhere and severely low-quality used clothing kind of way.Like, this is the kind of store I would expect to find if I went to Mexico or China and someone opened a store based on a few random containers of leftover junk from America.Ive been to flea markets in Texas, and Street Markets in Hong Kong, and even they were vastly superior in terms of merchandise. I certainly dont mean for this to come across as elitist, because clearly there are people whose budgets demand a certain price point for goods. But I would rather shop at a Goodwill store then here.Having said that, if you dont mind rummaging for a long time to try and find a few Diamonds in the Rough, this store is quite large and you can spend as much time as you want trying to get a bargain on everything from Electronics to pre-packaged Foods.Everything is indeed Dirt Cheap.

And thier app deal finder makes shopping there very easy, you always know just how much you are goi g to spend before you even get yo the check-out counter! Not organized so process are way off

When they opened that had legit good deals and good finds...now its just become a thrift store. 7/8ths of the stuff in there now you can tell was returned/broken items. I was looking at the String Trimmers and they were caked in mud, grass and debris. They didnt even try to clean them up to sell. Could have got a better one at a garage sell, and probably cheaper too.

This Dirt Cheap doesnt keep its merchandise organized, so it takes a while to find any gems. Ive a few really good bargains, but it takes a while. Nice staff though.

Friend of mine recommended this store,and i visited with the hope to find some bargains.giving them 3 stars just because they have plenty of stuff,but the quallity is way lower than walmart or ross.the man section was awfully small,and a large man selection is almost nothing!

I have seen garage sells organized better. You will spend a lot of your valuable time hunting for things. If you are into that then this is your place. If not your wasting you time looking all over the store. Store has the feel of DO NOT CARE IF YOU ARE HERE OR BUY ANYTHING.

This store is much worse than it was when I was last here a year or so ago. It’s horribly unorganized - all of the clothes are mixed together regardless of age or type. They mark up prices so much before discount that you’d actually pay more if you bought it here instead of buying it from the original store.

Did not want to honor price on label that clearly said 60% off, they wanted to just give 30% off. Excuse was that it was new products on that shelf and yet 2 items on that same shelf did take 60% off...they had no answer and still did not give me the 60% on the item I wanted.

It was bad the stuff there were very very expensive I dont recommend.

My experience was not great, the cashier was not friendly and I think she was not giving me the right prices on the items, I had been there before and got a better deal but today the cashier on register 4 was not friendly and I had to leave all the items I picked she was giving me prices for big stores, like Macys and JC Penney! So, I ended up going to the thrift stores, got a huge bargain!!!

Basically a junk store with store returns. Unless you really know youre stuff, theres a chance youll end up with a nonfunctioning item.But there are good deals there even though its as is for the buyer. Lots of open box items with missing parts.

It is the most disorganized store Ive ever been to. Dont know the price and then when you get to the checkout, the prices are higher then claimed. A toy airport had no price but was higher than it is online.

I went in really hoping to find some great deals but was pretty disappointed. Most everything is open and missing parts and they have no return policy. Most things are 50-60% off but they price everything like it’s brand new or even higher than original price.For example, they had a “Bissel little green carpet cleaner” that was missing the box and all the attachments. It was marked at 100$ original with a 40% discount. So maybe for some its worth 60$ but at Walmart you can get it BRAND NEW for 75$ and it’ll have everything included plus it can be returned.They have a lot of phone cases from target that weren’t bad(2$) but mostly everything is junk😐

If you want it cheap, this is your store. Make sure it works and has no defects before purchasing. They have testing stations for you to do this.

Trash... Everything is marked up to appear like it is being marked down. But even once its marked down it is still way overpriced and 90% of everything is broken or missing parts.Example.Here is a half of bottle of lotion retails for $49.99 but you can have it for $14.99but if you go to a store where it is sold its going to be full bottle and regular price is $7. This place is really trash.

I like how they have a lot of stuff for cheap but I feel like they should be a little more organized cause a lot of the things they sell were scattered everywhere.

Be careful i buy a toy and they tag for 49.99When I remove the tag this toy it was tag clearance for 17.78 and then 7.48Over priced. And i pay more trying to save money.

This dirt cheap is very messy hard to find items so here you really have to look. The lights are a little gloomy i prefer them to be bright so i can see better. I found a couple things for half price but not as cheap as other dirt cheap a. The manager here wants to price items as if your buying from like actual target or something they have so much junk they need to get rid of and not decreasing the price won’t help. Don’t recommend.

Its ok. Kinda dirty. There was an awesome employee tho. I dont remember his name but hes a young African American about 17 years old. It was his 3rd day on the job. He was so helpful! He deserves a raise!

I enjoy shopping for bargains at Dirt Cheap. I love that there is an app that scans your item to find out how much something is selling for.They have a huge variety from clothes, shoes, toys, household items, holiday supplies, beauty, and gifts. Every visit Im intrigued by what they offer that week. They have customer bathrooms. They also have power plugs to test items before purchasing. Id love to see a few more retail shopping outlets.

It was all right, I believe more people hired to work there would help keep the store clean and help with cashiering. I found some surprise purchases and I saved money. That is always a plus!

Prices to high, un organized, no help, messy

This place makes me sick for cheap stuff they sure are proud. You cant even try on anything.

It was very dirty. People shopping with out mask on. 3 workers standing around blocking the isles. Didnt even move out of the way. Very unorganized.

This particular store is a filthy mess, and smells like urine. The products are just thrown all over, no organization except clothes (half way organized). Most of the breakable items are broke and the prices are ridiculously high considering most products are broken, torn, or missing parts. Someone needs to go in and clean, organize, and place products in places that children can not break the items. Parents need to keep their children with them and not let them run wild in the store to tear things up.

Horrible store! Very rude employees! I will NEVER go back. I have never met anybody as rude as the female worker that I spoke with.

I love this place. I don’t even bother trying to do their calculations to figure out how much the item is really going to be because I know it’s going to be cheap! It’s all disorganized and I would trust half the stuff on their shelves. But the other half, I’m down for. I find all sorts of daily or seasonal items there. Christmas decorations. $10 lawn chairs...clothing. Random house amenities and such. It’s not as good as goodwill but still great.

This place is like if Goodwill and a Garage sale had a baby.Pricing is like Goodwill. Look, feel, display is like a garage sale with things just everywhere. The space is so large and it has so much I imagine its just hard to have it super organized when what youre selling varies drastically.It doesnt help that many of the customers are slobs, leaving stuff everywhere, removing things from packaging and not putting it back, letting their kids run loose like its their personal playground.

Today was my first time at Dirt Cheap. And to my surprise I found it pretty much exactly like my neighbor said it was gonna be.I suppose because it is a change of seasons, it was packed with wonderful goodies. From what I experienced today, (and I didnt even get to the halfway point) from the clothing to the school and office supplies I was amazed at how much of a discount they offer. I will be telling ALL of my friends and neighbors about this discount store.

I get tons of goodies for gift baskets here for 70-90% off. Great deals!!

I like this place. Mainly for Jeans. Because who wants to pay full price for good jeans? Sorry, but not me. Id rather use something in good working condition than allow it to be thrown in a dump and eventually fill our oceans. Do the earth a favor, use clothes until they cant be used anymore and then once theyre beyond use, find a way to recycle them.
