This is the only Family Dollar that when you go into it looks like its been robed this lady and I was looking in the cold section and its almost empty and I live across the street in every day loss my car around Xmas. So I have figured out if I take a Lyft once a week to KROGER it better for me. Look Im in management if we sell out things in two days. I double order next week or I call we call it a short truck definitely keep hot sale product moving. When that lady said it looks like its been robed I said everyday I called Lyft.

They are usually convenient and got a friendly staff that works there. Sometimes it is hard to find what you need though like a particular brand.

This is the Family dollar closest to my house so I frequently stop in after work for a gallon of milk or paper towels, what have you. I have gotten to know the staff there pretty well and let me tell you, they work really hard! The manager is such a great woman who works hard and treats people with respect. She always has a friendly smile and is, from what I can tell, very well liked by her staff. You guys are doing a wonderful job!

I have never had a bad experience here and I shop here often. The employees are always nice and friendly. Great prices especially if you clip the coupons before going.

I’ve heard that the FEMALE employees at this location are very rude. And I saw their bad attitude myself today evening July 12, 2019. It looked like they hated working there but had no choice. I understand. But being rude to customers is not acceptable.Need to improve customer service, ladies.And Have a great weekend!

Staff is wonderful!! The manager Carla and cashier Domineice were fantastic as always! Very clean store, always a lot of variety. But the staff are fantastic! Super friendly, always helpful with questions. I enjoy coming here and will be back!

This store is very clean and organized. Always greeted with a hello when entering the store by nice and friendly staff. Has convenient shopping hours.

Nice employees, clean inside. However if youre buying items you get great prices, if youre buying food I would suggest you go somewhere else. Most of the food prices are too high there like for milk and such.

I realize its Christmas but this location should have had more staff to deal with the MESS this locations clientele creates. Felt sorry for the people there...

I’ve shopped here for many years and as of late, this store has gone to shambles. You all had a manager there, a little black girl who was very pleasant most days. She didn’t take any mess, but she was never rude to me. The new one at night is a real witch! Time to switch locations sadly

Convienent & generally decent prices, especially if on sale. Would be 5+ stars if certain employees were more helpful and much less smart-mouthed and just plain RUDE. KUDOS to the employee who every time Im in the store and their working is ALWAYS FRIENDLY, ALWAYS HELPFUL, ALWAYS POLITE. A true asset to Family Dollar!! Im going to make a point of finding out their name and giving acknowledgement on a district level.

Very nasty location. All in all it has groceries on the cheap sometimes but avoid if you can.

I came in about 9am and was in the store about 10 mins. I felt uncomfortable about 5 mins into the visit because I noticed the worker that was there was walking through the aisles looking for me. Then she would find something to put away on the aisles I was on. This happened twice. When other people were ready to check out out she had to stop following me. While walking to the register she calls on the phone for a security check! It’s 9am and 3 ppl in the entire store. I’m pretty sure she was the only one there so she did it so I could hear her. Hey That’s when I left. I just came in for mouthwash and a stocking cap. She stereotyped me.

Nice dollar store right next to the road. Easy to see, plenty of parking. Lots of clothing (some marked at $2) and a refrigerated food aisle.

Great customer service and a clean store

Im usually not the type to write bad reviews, but according to my observations I feel that this needs to be addressed. I just whiteness a disagreement between an employee the manager and a customer and it was not professionally handled. The manager and his employee tagged teamed and they where so rude to the customers they where screaming and hollering saying not to come back the .manager followed the ladies outside while screaming as they where leaving. Ive never EVER! Seen such bad behavior especially coming from a manager! He should have definitely should have addressed the situation properly....

Ive been calling so I can speak to a manager for two days, no one has answered the phone and when I get there the manager is not in the store. A machine stopped working after I inserted my chip to pay for my items. The assistant manager could not void the transaction and assumed it didnt go through. I have been charged twice and have been trying to get my money refunded back into my account. I have also been calling the corporate office and was placed on hold each time well over 20 minutes and still no one answered. How can you pay a store and they cant refund my money. Im waiting for corporate to correct this. I have even sent a email. I want my $44.36.

I shop there alot but anytime I have an issue with a coupon its always with Renee first time I had issues with her was when I used my app she claimed the things i picked were not longer available with my app when I asked then why are the signs still up she replied that was because they had not had time to take them down this was several months ago. Then later I gad another issue with her over coupons I just deleted the app. So recently we decided to download the app again and ALREADY issues with Renee ofcourse I dont get anywhere talking to her. I came out of the store today frustrated and another lady stops me and tells me she has the same issue and its only with her....

Friendly staff but lines can get long. Usually only one register open. Always stocked with items. Always clean.

These were the most RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, none customer oriented people I have ever seen working there and when I went to tell the manager about how rude the cashier was, because she was giving us dirty looks i guess bc we are white and shes black and she was hollering at us from across the store when we asked why she was looking at us and when we told the manager he backed her up and chased us out of the store as we were walking out anyway and was cussing at us and told us to never come back because we told them we will be calling corporate... pretty pathetic especially considering we had 2 carts full of items! But wont be going back for sure!!! Dont suggest anyway going its pretty trashy and ghetto anyways!

Omg i just purchased the ASOTV spin Broom for here a few hours ago. Went home and starting unboxing it and you wont believe what i saw! Dead Roaches and spider webs! It’s like someone used it and returned it. I’m till discussed and angry. I called back up to the store at 7:34pm and the guy who picked up didn’t even apologize. I asked if they checked the boxes when ppl return items and his respond was “not if it APPEARS unopened. That’s so crazy to me and it also creates a security threat because someone could put anything in those boxes! Never Never Never again! I guess it really don’t pay to be cheat sometimes. I’m grossed tf out and I’ll be contacting corporate.

Friendly helpful employees. Store always has what I need. My only complaint which isnt even really a complaint is that they dont sell an all blueberry Toastem pop-ups box. You can only buy the blueberry in the variety box but tbat just means I get more pop-ups. (Its the generic brand of pop-tarts)

The store mangger would not let me return items with a receipt. Very rude and no customer service.

Rudest staff ever. Got in line no other person around. I waited as the cashier put money in her drawer. Then this strange woman came and started to stand really close to me. She would extend her head in front of me. The cashier asked me if I was with her. I said I dont know that woman. The cashier asked which one of you is first? I said didnt you see me standing here? Then the cashier said no this woman waited while I got my drawer ready she was before you. The cashier moved my stuff and grabbed the strange womans stuff and started ringing her up saying she was here first. Didnt she just ask which one of us was first and if I knew her? What kind of people do you employ? Just rude and oblivious!
