Does Dollar Tree offer classes for customer service training? Walked in at 845p (door and online show closing at 10pm) and Stephanie, you are already mouthing about how we, the customers need to get out. Then you announce on the intercom so nice and sweetly that the store is closing at 9; to bring final purchases to the front. Then hang up and say loud enough for my entire family to hear...Yall need to get your a$Se$ out of the store, is what I wanted to say. We all heard you!! Then you continuously express your feeling loud and clear about how we need to get our a$$e$ out.While at the register waiting forever with only one line open, I ask the gentleman stocking the coke fridge if she was the manger. He said he was. oK? So as a manger you let the employees speak and act unprofessional. And I know you heard her because she was talking to you expressing how annoyed she was about customers. NICE JOB! Will drive to Grapevine or hurst for Dollar tree items. Will NOT be returning to this store....Oh and not to mention the fact that Stephanie, you are not setting the greatest example to Life Fellowship church with her behaviour all while wearing their t shirt.

Dollar Tree is great. Everything really is a dollar and you never know what you might find. The quality is generally better than you would expect. The only criticism I can think of is that I wish they had more electronics.

This store needs to change their hours of operation online and on their doors. I can understand staffing issues or whatever. But since Ive come by multiple times in the past 2 weeks at 9 they have been closed.. no sign on the door just a person standing there telling people they close at 9. Sometimes they try to be nice and let people in for a quick thing but this is actually even more frustrating when you are the person who just got turned away as you see them open the door for someone else... Either you close at 9 or you dont, and there should be a simple easy way for your customers to know. Online and/or even just a sign on the door.

Great Store with good selection, however some items or out of stock frequently. Sales staff is always friendly.

If I could give negative starts I would. The redhead that is the manager at store 3721 is extremely unprofessional and rude. When asking for her name to put a formal complaint she said I dont have to give my name. Well, even without a name I can let your bosses know how horrible you are.

Im always surprised by what I can find at the Dollar Store. I went in for some gift bags (hard to beat at a dollar for the large size) and came out with sealable glass jars, two gift bags, colorful candy, confetti and some plastic forks that look real. Its going to be a much prettier party than I planned for spur of the moment.

Its been awhile since Ive been to this location but I love it! I dont mind off brand snacks, household, or any other item I might need.

Went there to get a small red balloon aired up. Old lady who moves like a snail, was QUICK to yell “WE DON’T DO THAT HERE”. One balloon, even offered a few bucks to give her. Not going back here for sure.

Today I went to that store and there was a very strong bleach smell. Employees should be properly trained for chemical handling. After being there I started feeling dizzy and with a headache. No Im home feeling sick .

This store has to be the absolute worst dollar tree ever ! The store was filthy with minimal items on the shelves and boxes all over with trip hazards. We were not greeted when we walked in when we approached associate Evelyn to inquire if this store was a dollar tree plus we were told she did not know. She then proceeded to yell across three registers to the store manager. As we walked around trying to locate the item we needed we over heard Evelyn speaking with Ashley the store manager. They were both rude , unprofessional and not helpful at all. Ashley the store manager yelled across the register lanes that I could leave. Regardless of the price of items in a store I expect top notch customer service and today this expectation was not met. The lack of class and professionalism of the store manager reflects why the employees carry themselves they way they do and why the store is an absolute mess.

14 people in line, 2 registers open, the manager has to come to a register to clear a issue with a tell and then walks away instead of opening another register and helping clear the lines. Not sure if they could have done it, but would have been a huge bonus for the manager.

Friday, September 13, 2019 at 8:49 PM CDT I stopped by the Dollar Tree located in Euless TX (store #3712) to purchase a few items. However, when I tried to enter the store I noticed an aging female employee standing inside the right front door blocking entrance on that side so I attempted to enter the left front door and found it to be locked. The female employee barely cracked the right door and informed me the store was closed to which I questioned “at 8:49 PM y’all are closed?” she stated yes, but she would inquire with the store manager, Vicky, to see if they could let me in, she yells across the front of the store and Vicky replied “no, we’re closed.”. There were still a handful of shoppers in the store. I was shocked to learn that a national retailer would close 11 minutes prior to their posted closing time. Retailers question “what’s happened to retail?” Retailers have happened to retail! They no longer value client relationships/customer service, they exhibit poor employee relations/retention, etc. It’s no surprise brick & mortar retailers are losing customers every day.

This chain store is a true dollar store where just about everything is $1 or less. Other dollar stores charge more than $1 on most items. Lots of off brand stuff here but works just fine. Good variety of household goods and you will find some items cheaper here than other places for the exact same item and brand. They sell seasonal items here.If you need party supplies, youll save more here than the Party City next door. Decent selection of balloons. They tend to be understaffed on most of my visits, so there is often a long line to the cash register.

Convenient. If you find something you like, dont expect it to be there next time you shop depending on what it is. When they run out of an item such as bowls. Not in a hurry to restock. Empty shelves not unusual

Was checking out in line with $50 bill. The cashier told me she had to verify it . I said ok and I went to grab another item. When I came back she told me I didn’t give her any money and she gave my money & items to someone else. I checked out right under a camera. I asked management to run the camera back to provide Evidence. The cashier told me that you ppl always come here and do this . I was offended but held my composure. All I want is my money back and for them to look at the camera.

Long lines. They closed one register down with a long line to open another one instead of new cashier taking that line.

Less expensive versions of the things we need or want. Quality of items varies, however well worth the $1.

One bad apple always ruins everything. Younger female, glasses, and braces; store associate is this apple. Rude, zero customer service, eye balling patrons, and a child that was crying as I waited in line. At point of service argued that my coffee cup filled with my coffee was the stores. Then takes offense that I wrote balloon numbers for my child on my hand.Newly hired with no training. Comming from business operation, from my take training wouldnt assist in social etiquette.Beware if shes there, a complete nightmare, and bottom line bad for business. Having a cashier who is in contact with almost every customer is very bad for the customer, and Dollar Tree should have already observed addressed this. Needs to go to 123, abc, customer service training or just fired.

I dont typically shop at the dollar tree, but found myself in there one day looking for small items to send for Operation Christmas Child last year. After stumbling upon the location in Colleyville it is now my go to place for puzzles, coloring books and small affordable item for my three grandchildren. The staff is always polite and the selection is great!

This was my favorite since it was so close to my house. Just make sure you go in the morning if you decide to go on the weekend. Its convient and organized. I just grab what I need, check out and leave.

I went in the have just one balloon blown up for Halloween and the old hag at the cashier was so rude and didn’t even let me finish my sentence. I’ve been driving around for hours just trying to get some helium and she cut me off 3 times. It says on the website that they can blow up balloons for free yet we get that response. Felt very unwelcome, will not come back.

Shellie seemed like she was having a bad day. She was not pleasant at all, very rude. I will now go out of my way to go to another dollar tree. She lied to us about balloons, we talked to a manager and they said we could get a ballon blown up there. We went in the next day and she rudely told us no. We didn’t even get an explanation we just got a very rude “WE DONT DO THAT” 0/5 stars

Just came from shopping there. I usually get cards from there and I got one today for my mother, and I paid more than what the card is worth but hey either way it was great deal still, a card less than $1.00. While I was in line I overheard the manager complaining about the company and her work etc. and ranting to this customer in front of me. Sure I understand the struggles, I work in retail myself to help pay for college but complaining about your job that is very unproffessional. The card I purchased today in total was $0.54 including tax. So I gave her two quarters and one nickel she then asked for all my pennies (I only had two) so I gave them to her. I ended up paying her $0.57. Once we were done I was confused that she did not give me any change back, so then she claimed I paid her $0.52! If I paid $0.52 then I wouldnt have paid the full amount yet she would let me get away with it?!? So within this proccess I lost $0.03, she tried to make me look like a fool (since I look younger than what I appear) but I decided to not throw a big show over $0.03 and plus there was a long line. I may look sixteen but Im a college student whos majoring in mechanical engineering , I think I can do this simple math right. Whatever, lost of $0.03 no biggy, but if youre the manager please act a little more proffesional.

WAAAAY too cluttered inside the store. You cant even hardly maneuver a shopping cart around in there. Isles are always crowded with displays. It reminds you of a middle eastern owned store...TOTALLY CLUTTERED UP!!!

You can get good merchandise but the best of all is that the last time I visited it, my wallet fell, someone picked it up and they kept it for me until I went to ask if I had left it there.
