Awesome experience today. Associate was helpful and noticed my prescription was missing something from last year. She called the doctor and got the needed information.Always a pleasure working with Laurie. She pays exceptional attention to detail.If you’ve not tried Target for glasses I suggest you do. I find they have a wide range to select from and their prices are competitive.

My son was only visiting for a short period of time and the amount of care I received from everyone was incredible. Vida was very amazing in making sure I received every discount that was available to me. She emailed me a copy of the receipt in case my HSA required it to approve the purchase. She notated my sons order to call me as soon as the glasses arrived so that my son could have them in time for returning to school. The order was placed Friday and by Thursday the next week Lori called me as soon as the glasses came in. We showed up the next day and they fit perfect. Everyone was so patient and kind even though they were very busy and had many customers. Thank you so much for your care and support. Amazing team!!

Ms. Laurie WAS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! She is such a sweetie! She was helpful and greeted me with a smile. She helped me and made me feel as if I was shopping with a best girlfriend!!! We laughed and she got me some bomb 🤓 thanks Ms. Laurie!!!!!!

My husband took his Gucci glasses here to get prescribed, I noticed he was missing his white Gucci cleaning cloth from his case. I know for a fact the cloth was in there because, I saw him put it in there along with his silk baggy he had inside his case. These people “the workers” had the audacity to replace the cloth with cleaning wipes… smh Integrity goes a long way people.

A lot of frames and great customer service. Laurie was very patient and helpful to choose the frames.

Being treated poorly by Jenny communicated always unpleasant asking to accept medicare insurance to rude behavior about particular the situation, Basically, This is about unfair doing. I make a schedule with Dr. Phan reason my nephew recommends me to go the eyes exam with Dr. Phan.She is very nice person. I make a schedule on Feb9 2021 at 1:00noon. I got there target in the parking lot waiting 30minutes. The staff didnt call back than I called the office the staff told me the schedule cancellation reason I called in my baby sick. I have no baby.This is an unacceptable and unsatisfactory behavior the situation.

Excellent staff!! Very impressed with their friendly attitude, willingness to help, and management of complex software systems. All the while, managing a multitude of coupons for the best savings along with my insurance (Oddly enough, I had only a lenses credit remaining. I ordered glasses from an unrelated optometrist, but apparently walked away with only a frames charge somehow. After 4 frames of this, I decided to go back to Target for their quality of frames, and their awesome service deals.) After ordering my pair and driving to San Antonio for a technical expertise request, I received orders for deployment the following Monday. With tape and glue holding on my last pair of glasses, I called the store and they went beyond all expectations!! Even coordinating with the Target store managers past their working hours and keeping me in the loop! I am very proud of this optical staff and want to acknowledge their willingness to go the extra mile!! Thanks to Lori and her direct coworkers, I am able to deploy successfully and perform to the best of my abilities and training. Thank you!! The glasses are excellent, last forever (my last Target pair lasting now 6 years+ without issue). Thank yall for everything!! I highly recommend the Euless location for anyone looking into glasses at any age, even if you are not set on what you want just yet!

They have nice staff who take time to make sure the glasses fit and are comfortable. Laurie is patient and very helpful! And they make quality glasses.

Good, efficient and friendly staff. Very small closet size space but everyone was courteous and nice. Just a bit small and didnt feel like it had air conditioning.

I purchased 2 pairs of progressives with frames and asked for new lenses in existing frames. The lab turn around time was 2 full weeks and I ended up requesting a refund because the lenses werent correct for my vision. The lab also lost my personal frames. The folks in the office are very accommodating but the lab is really terrible. Almost a full month and I still dont have glasses and now Ill will have to start over/ I definitely wont use Target. I hope other folks have a better experience. Giving 1 star only because the front office staff have been very apologetic.

Went to buy glasses from Target Opital and they would not accept a check. The representative stated you have to write checks regularly at target or they could not accept it. I have cash but wanted to use my health savings account. Oh will go to a place that accepts HSA checks.

I love it when I can walk into a place like Target Optical and have a very nice lady fix my broken nose pads for FREE!
