There are no live optometrists. There is a virtual optometrist who speaks with you and conducts the eye exam remotely.We needed a new frame to replace a damaged one. Since the lenses were still good, our technician had to dig through several frames that best fit the lenses shape. She was able to get us new frames and modify the original lenses to fit. She was very professional and took good care of us.

This was the most uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had at any ophthalmology center. The equipment was malfunctioning. My doctor was given the wrong information for my exam. I had to hunt someone down in the hallway without being able to see properly. I caught an employee on his way out for the day. He did help me but he was very rude and basically told me to be quiet. He had to do the whole beginning portion of the exam over again. I feel like that your in clinic employees are not trained properly. Even the first physician to come on the screen did not reappear as I could tell he was frustrated he forgot to turn his microphone off when he started to say things in his native language. I was forgotten in the room for about 15 minutes while your employees were cleaning and hurrying to leave for the day. I was there an hour and 20 minutes I missed dinner with my family after I was told that I would be in and out in no time. I was also told that I could purchase a three month supply of contacts only to find out that after my entire visit that I was required to purchase six month supply.

Everyone here was amazing, especially Lauren! We had an eye exam and picked out glasses and were out in an hour! They had a good selection of kids glasses too! I will definitely be back!

We called the day before we arrived to verify they took our insurance and they said, oh yes, just show up. When we did arrive we found they did not take our insurance and we were out of network. The clerk told us the eye exam would be $45 bucks so we went ahead, but it turned out to be $75 due to it including contact prescription. The receipt had the gall to say I saved $70 dollars. More troubling, the exam was done by a doctor Mei located in Chicago via a screen. Several machines were used but still no Opthalmologist was actually present. We went to another vision center which took our insurance and found in the paperwork something was left off which then required a phone call after which we could finally order glasses and contacts. I do not recommend them for eye exams.

Failed to properly communicate with me from start to finish. Went in because of a promotion they had and paid for everything, realized that the charges didnt match with the promotion, and after I paid they told me that my contacts didnt qualify for it. I was like whatever its fine. They told me and on my receipt it even said that I would receive 3 months worth of trials along with the 6 month supply that I paid for. Went to pick it up and was only given one month of trials? They said that it will always only be one month of trials.... so why did they tell me it was 3 months and why does my receipt say 3? Definitely recommend going to a different location for the exam and purchasing your glasses/contacts from glassesUSA.com instead.

Dont do it. Dont go here. I set an appointment for 5:25pm and got here to this location and they refused to see me saying they dont see anyone after 5pm and when I spoke with customer service they informed me its basically at the dr.s discretion so...this dr. Just didnt want to take another appointment. This is one of the reminders I have everytime im out trucking...why the hell do I work so hard to help provide for ungrateful selfish people.

This Euless store filled my sons RX once last year and it was okay. I went there again this year in February 2021. My Insurance wouldnt cover it since it was not yet time to pay for it. Long story short, the associate there offered to put the RX on file which I reluctantly agreed. I went there this morning and the RX is lost! Worst, they told me to get a new one, at my own cost, and bring it to them to fill. This is total hogwash!Never again!

The service and the people are amazing! I never laughed so hard at an eye appointment. The selection was phenomenal and I got 2 pair of glasses and a pair of sunglasses. They helped keep my out of pocket cost low and told me about deals and promotions available to me. Wish I had found this place sooner. You have a great team!

This was possibly the best experience I had getting my prescription renewed and ordering contacts. Dezaree was super helpful, and didnt complain when I had her accidentally call the my old insurance company. I would recommend My Eyelab to all friends and family.

IF you are looking for a place to completely give you the wrong prescription for your eyes this is the place to go to! During my exam I had many issues and we made many adjustments and still had many issues with the exam. we did finish what I was hoping to be a good prescription. I waited a few months before I ordered glasses because of the holidays and I finally get them and the prescription was so off it caused me headaches and took me a good three weeks to get adjusted to them. I went to warby parker to order another set of glasses and I was able to compare my old prescription to my new one and they are so off!!! prescription photo is attached to see how off eye lab was! I called and spoke with Joseph the store manager and he offered me to go back in for another exam. But i do not want to step back into another eyelab ever again after my terrible experience. Then Joseph said Well sir you are the one who picked this prescription so these are your results So if you want to get an off prescription and deal with horrible staff this is your place to be. I am now stuck with an unusable set of glasses until November when I can actually schedule with a REAL optometrist.

I was so hesitant to book two appointments for myself and my teenage daughter at the same time. (Eye exams for both of us, and glasses/contacts.) Joseph, the branch manager made our visit great! He was kind, humorous and extremely patient with us. Not only did he attend to both of our needs while having a busy store, he was helpful, knowledgeable and my daughter left there feeling confident about her choice of frames and left with the “coolest” pair of shades that she wore on the way home. I would certainly recommend this store. Ask for Joseph, he rocked.

My wife and I have been nothing but OVER customer-serviced by the team ay MyEyeLab in Euless! From the price to the service, you will not be unhappy here!! Today my wife went went in for a third time because her new glasses are causing some problems when driving at night (over 40 and this was a challenge before moving to progressive lenses). Roslin listened and really worked to understand what was wrong so that he could relay the situation to the eye doctor. The decision was made that she needed a pair of distance only glasses for night driving. He then made her the MOST incredible deal for making that happen. I cant tell you how little was spent exactly, but under $20 makes lemonade out of what could have been a very sour and expensive situation! Thank you Roslin!!!!Had to go back today because my sunglasses were cracked. Found they were still under warranty and within five minutes had another pair ordered. Can’t tell you how happy we are with Eye lab!!! Easy to work with and they listen to you. Thanks guys!!

This is my first post on Google reviews. Went in for my first pair of eyeglasses. I have the highest praise for Dezaree Guajardo. She knows the product well, is very professional and patient. She is a manager in training...but should be promoted to manager immediately for this store. If you go, I recommend asking for Dezaree.

Everyone we interacted with here was friendly and helpful. We went in to find my five year old some frames one day, went back another day to pick them up, and came back today to have one pair adjusted. Today Leslie helped us and she was super patient with my son as he was especially wiggly and active. She made sure the glasses were comfortable and fit correctly. I havent decided on which frames I want but will definitely be getting them here.

Honestly one of the worst places to work or get glasses, the lab is incompetent, the employees try to post up on the only manager available and no one plans a n y t h i n g all the original managers left the store leaving someone unprepared in charge as well as taking them off when they were extremely ill, putting them not even three feet from customers faces before they had to get rushed to the hospital again, twice.If you want cheap glasses that are good go to visionworks or lenscrafters, hell stick to your doctor. Dont come here.

I was given a wonderful and helpful assistance from Dezarre Guajardo. I had several questions and she politely answered all of my numerous concerns. She was very patient with me and took a lot of time to give me a very pleasant experience.

This place was great! Everyone is super helpful and nice. Not to mention, down to earth and welcoming, which is kind of unexpected in such a high $ area. They helped me get in and out quickly, just make an appointment. I dont know why people were saying they had to wait a long time. It went really fast. Dr. McPherson was polite and respectful and honest and really genuinely seemed to have the health of my eyes in best interest.

Dont waste your money here. The quality of the glasses is poor. Had to take my glasses back 3 times for them to fix the progressive lens level. Cant even wear my new sunglasses so wearing the older ones.

My pcp was on to me about not going for my one year eye exam. Googled some places and ran across this place. Scheduled my appointment online, which I loved and I was able to get a same week appointment and I didn’t have to miss any time at work due to them having late business hours. This place was awesome. Jessica and Sam took really great care of me. Sam explained everything every step of the way and Jessica explained the promotions and helped me to get the best deal. I told them I would be bringing my boyfriend back and they explained that he would automatically qualify for a discount since I purchased glasses from them. My whole experience there was great and I’ll definitely be back.

I saw an AD on tv. Cheaper than any place I know! I walked in very hesitant and on a budget. I was welcomed by Ronald, who I told about my past experiences buying glasses. He very willingly started putting me in frames. We created a maybe and yes piles and at the end, we went through every frame again together. He was also very, very helpful in helping me decide, even with my indecisiveness. And at the end I wasn’t too sure I could buy because of how expensive. He then had his manager, Kristina, come over and they worked out one of the best deals I’ve ever had! Literally the best experience Ive ever had when it comes to buying glasses! I decided to stop here before I went where I normally go for eyeglasses. As soon as I walked in the door, I knew this was going to be a new favorite shop. Kristina was super helpful and friendly, without being over the top! I couldn’t decide on which frames I loved best, so I bought multiple pair (I mean, I’ve got to spend my flexible spending funds, right?!?!). Needing progressive lenses, they are usually crazy expensive, but I found that EyeLab had very reasonable prices.

Jessica is absolutely phenomenal. She is extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. She really takes the time to explain everything about the prescription and the process. Working with her is truly one of the best experiences I have ever had at the optometrist.

I originally had my eye exam and ordered my glasses from the Precinct Line location. Not a good experience. I actually swore I would never recommend anyone go to Eye Lab. However, I took my glasses to the Glade Park location tonight and was lucky enough to encounter Leslie. She was able to adjust my glasses quickly and correctly - both pairs went from my dreading to put them on to perfection. Now I’m already planning to bring my husband to this location and Leslie specifically and will definitely recommend this location specifically! What a world of difference. Thanks to Leslie!!

Celia, a staff member here, helped me choose my glasses and was very informative, amiable, and overall a big help. My appointment went smoothly and everyone was very nice. There was a bit of a mix up with my glasses, but Angel resolved the problem and demonstrated exceptional customer service. I absolutely recommend doing business with this particular Eye Lab; theyll treat and accommodate you extremely well.

The entire experience is quick, and simple. The exam is done by a doctor over VOIP, and then you choose your frames; after less than a week I got my eye, and sunglasses. Customer service is absolutely outstanding, and they go out of their way to help you. Seriously.Most places treat you second hand after you do your initial shopping, not these folks, you’re family forever.

Customer service is top notch and there are a wide variety of frames to choose from. There are several different lens options to choose from but you definitely want the polycarbonate lenses with anti-glare. If you dont have vision insurance it can be very pricey but the manager gave a discount which definitely helped. Highly recommend.

I had the greatest experience today with my eye lab they were great. Everyone was kind and warm when I walked in the door from the front to the back. Even the lady on the TV that did my eye exam to and also the two young ladies that greeted me in the back for my exam. Kristina and Angel were the last people I saw going out the door they did a great job helping with the frames I picked even help me to afford what I wanted. Horrible experience. Stressful. Virtual eye exam means- glitches & long process. Waited long & went from one room to another due to lags & bad connections. And to top this, I still cant see good with the eyeglasses I was provided. Im still waiting for the correct eyeglasses to come after a few mix-ups. They didnt put a rush request for something they did wrong, as I still have to wait about 2 weeks or so. Been more than a month now of back & forth. No apologies either, just Dont worry, well fix this. It was a new employee. Our system was not connecting. So many excuses.

I recently went here a few weeks ago and had a pretty good experience with my eye exam and glasses. Upon picking up my glasses, they were running a special and I decided to get sunglasses also. When I went to pick up my sunglasses, I realized they werent how I thought they would be/look so I was pretty upset. I was impressed and blown away that the branch manager reached out to me to speak with me and go over the issue. I was even more impressed that she took time to listen, explain and solve the problem. I just order 2 pair of prescription glasses with progressive lenses, transition and anti-glare, for way less than I paid for a single pair of glasses. This place is amazing. Made an appointment over the phone on Saturday 6/27 around 355pm. Person on the phone stated an appointment was available at 425 for contact fitting. I get a call from a very rude lady who tells me that they don’t take appointments after 4. Than why would you make the appointment? Waste of time. Go to target optical.

Terrible customer service. I called with my prescription and spoke to three different associates. No one was willing to answer a simple question for me...do you have my prescription in stock or not? It is a simple question but unfortunately no one cares to answer simple questions...they try to force you to come into the store.Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Don’t go here if you want to see an in person doctor, I saw a virtual doctor even though I was complaining about cloudy vision. Nobody asked my current prescription just assumed that was my problem. Then when they gave me prescription I said this is what I already wear, they shrugged their shoulders.

They are a group of amazing and helpful individuals. Every time I have came in they have been so nice and very helpful. They answered all my questions with a smile. No BS this place really works with you.

I went to My Eye Lab and my perscription was never right. 3 different doctors and 3 different perscriptions. Every perscription given was still blurry, and my eyes strained. I tried telling the doctors numerous times that its not right. Crystal was amazing through it all. She went above and beyond. I only give 5 stars because of her. Sadly I have to go elsewhere. Visual doctors are not for everyone. Even the in house doctor couldnt help. :(

I am giving 5 stars at least for initial service. Dezaree and Sandra we incredibly helpful and went the extra mile in the selection of frames becasue I am very particular about frames that I like. They were troopers hangin in there for the long haul!!! I will follow up with another review when I receive my glasses but it’s been a real pleasure so far.

Arrived on a Sunday for my 1pm appointment (hours are 12-5). Doors were locked and no one there. Called and after 15 min was told that they didn’t know what was going on. Had to call the customer service company. They couldn’t help either and after getting transferred and placed on hold several times, I was disconnected. I never received a call back.

Came in a bit frustrated from talking on the phone with customer service from my eye lab long story short I thought I was going to have to buy a new pair of glasses since mine had a big scratch on them... but Kristina brought up to me that I still had warranty from when I first got my exam with them and the price to get new glasses came out to be way way less than I was expecting to spend! What a GREAT experience!! My husband and I came here in serious need of an eye exam and glasses - so glad we chose this location! Not only do they have the best price deals and frame selection, but the exam was thorough, fast, and handled with genuine care.We had the pleasure of working with Ron and Kristina between our exam and frame selections. Ron was so kind as to make sure every machine was sanitized and ready to go, and explained how each part of the exam would work. My husband and I took turns for our appointments, while the other watched our crazy/restless toddlers. At one point towards the end of my exam, our kids started getting loud and impatient but Ron was so quick and kind to rush to the waiting area, giving them goldfish snacks and toys to keep them calm.The results of our exam came in shortly after, while Kristina helped us go over the current sale promotions and pick out the frames best suited for us, individually. She answered every question we had and led us to the best offers within our budget. My husband and I were able to pick out two pairs of glasses each thanks to their awesome BOGO deal, and are SO excited to pick them up within the next couple of weeks. BIG thank you to Ron and Kristina at My Eye Lab in Euless - our new go-to spot for our eye care!
