This location of Pearle Vision Center is staffed perfectly! One associate helped me last Friday but she was not in today. The lady who helped me at 9:30 a.m. today was excellent, I shouldve got her name. She picked up right where the other associate left off!

Edit 2: This staff goes above and beyond. After trying to get off work in time to go visit multiple times and not being able to make it to the office i. Time to pick up my glasses, they actually called me and let me know they could drop them off. This morning one of the members actually brought my glasses to my house on their way to work. Everyone was friendly and professional. Process was super quick. I did my eye exam and received my glasses within an hour and a half. The prices were reasonable. This is definitely my go-to spot for glasses.

LOVE THEM! Second year going to them for my daughter and I will continue. The eyeglass selection was very good. The doctor was very good with my daughter. She made her feel so comfortable I didn’t even need to come in the room (my daughter has bad anxiety) while handling purchasing our glasses next door. Will definitely be back next year!!

Alicia and the team at Peal Vision are most likely to see me leave today. Over the past 4 years of doing business with these amazing servants, I almost feel I have worn out my welcome. I say this joking and only because I ost my eye glasses twice. They immediately corrected both of those crashes and put out the fire. And today I find myself here once again to gather information and I am proud to say the information gathered led me to the perfect eye covers. Keep these guys in mind if you are looking for friendly, excellent, knowledgeable service from people that truly care. A team with servants hearts!!!!

I have been using this store and their doctor for years and they continue to provide outstanding service.

The frame selections are very limited if not outdated. They also put a MAX on what you can try on. If a shopper needs a pair of frames to wear a full year or more, it makes sense for them to pick what they feel would be perfect. How? By trying frames on even if it takes 21 pairs or more, there’s going to be ‘the one’.Placing a max pair to try on already a very limited selection is ridiculous. There’s a reason why people “shop”.If you’re someone who are looking for a fresh pair to get this year or next, please save yourself some time and go to another lens store where you’ll find more potential frames & better customer service. 🙄

Words can’t tell enough. I was referred to this place by a colleague and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent and respectful professional service given here. Additionally, there are many frames, different styles to choose from, designer frames to simple ‘tastes’ at fair prices. Though promised glasses to be ready in ten days, got them in two days!!! They exceeded my expectations! They also have on site eye doctors for your prescriptions. This place is clean and never crowded! Can’t say more, just visit them.

Eye exam was super easy and staff are amazing! The young lady helped me pick the perfect glasses frame and arrived a day early. Not only that I was running late and they waited for me before closing! A+++

Lana is an expert at measuring for transition trifocals. When she takes care of you, there is very little adjustment period to your new classes.

2 years ago I went to this location to get glasses and had an awesome experience so 2 weeks ago I went back.. my glasses were ready within a hour.. I also ordered sunglasses and was told they would be ready in about 14 days, 7 days later they were ready to pick up! The women here go above and beyond to make sure you have glasses that you love! Not only that but one of the women remembered my husband and I from 2 years ago! Amazing service!

The staff was super helpful, had a small issue that came up and they helped me fix my issue in a timely manner. I would highly recommend it for my friends and family and so much more. Never get glasses here they will up charge you without letting you know, even if you have insurance, the eye exam part was good I wish I could rate just that but the glasses part was just a money grab

Best place to go for glasses! I went in last week, had my exam and picked up my glasses the next day. I really appreciated the young girl named Alicia that helped me find frames that were covered under my plan and helped me find a pair that suited my face shape. I see all the reviews here are multiple years old, so figure I would post a current review. I just switched eye doctors to the one next door and while my eyes were dilating I came over to look at some glasses. I havent bought a pair of glasses in 4 years, been wearing contacts. Quite a large selection they have. The two ladies there were really nice. I tried on about a dozen immediately not liking some and some so so. After I narrowed it down she gave me the breakdown on cost for each with my insurance and I selected a pair. They were ready next business day. Fit perfect and wonderful. Whole experience easy painless and quick.

I usually hate shipping for new glasses But I walked in. They looked at my current brand, color and style. Then they came back with two perfect picks One eyeglasses One sunglasses. Picked, sized, paid for. All in about an hour. A great experience. Ill be back next year Thank you

I would not have been able to walk out with my first pair last year without these phenomenal women. I could not begin to afford the transition lenses that my hypersensitive eyes desperately need but I could at least see for the first time in years! Then, I left them in one of the many classes I subbed for at the end of last year. I needed to walk out with a new pair but was still in desperate need of a pair with transitioning lenses. I love, love, LOVE this amazing group of ladies. I can drive, I can check attendance and this coming January, I will be able to take notes and study as I return to earn my undergrad!!! I continue to go to this location for my glasses, contacts, and eye exams because of the countless great experiences that Ive had. They rock!

Weve used this store for glasses for several years now. They always recognize us when we walk in. They are courteous, helpful and sincere. Yesterday I needed help because I broke my frames. I showed up an hour before closing and during a busy time. They still walked me through my options (thankfully I have warranty and insurance on them). We came up with several options and chose the best solution for me. I cant thank them enough for their smiles and help.

I havent had my eyes checked in a long time and came in just for a check up. It turned out I needed glasses. Dr. Gendleman was very nice and informative about the health of my eyes. My glasses were made the same day, very happy with my experience.

This place is awesome! I have had the BEST customer service from these people. The optomitrist and the sales people in the store section next door. I called to see if I could get an eye exam just as she was going to go to lunch, but she told me to come in. We get there and I got right in and out. I went next door to order some frames and they were so helpful and friendly. (Debbie and Gary) My glasses were expected to take four days but they only took a day and a half. I will be back!

The staff is very helpful getting my prescription filled. Also helped me get temporary glasses, until my new ones came in.

This has by far been the worst experience I could have ever imagined. I was told that my glasses would be ready in 7 days. I never received a call , so I call them on the 8th day to see if they are ready. I was told that they were waiting for the lenses and that it should just be another day, because Monday was MLK day. Of course they weren’t ready the rest of week 2. Then on day 10 I receive a call that the lenses are delayed , because of weather, and that they would be in 3 days from now. 3 days gets here and I receive no call so I call them again to check and see if they were ready. I was told that the lenses were in , but if I could wait one more day for the technician to assemble them and that they would positively be ready tomorrow. The next day comes and no call from Pearl Vision. I call them around 2:30, and the girl says that they will be ready either today or tomorrow. It’s already day 15 mind you. I expressed my displeasure and concern and the worker became very condescending and hung up on me. The manager eventually called me and was very nice. She was out sick and instructed the two employees to let me and any other customers waiting for glasses that they would be ready TODAY after four. After waiting for 15 days , and getting little to no information and then getting misinformation , being talked to condescendingly then being hung up on was the last thing that I needed. I received a call an hour later that my glasses were ready. I go in to pick them up and the lady just hands them to me and says thank you.I’ve never had glasses before , so I didn’t know that they were supposed to sit down with you and fit them to your face. It wasn’t until I got back home and put them on that I noticed the two ear pieces were bent in different directions. Already completely frustrated I called my wife to ask her if that was normal. The first thing that my wife asked me was if they fitted them to my face . I just cannot believe after everything that they just hand me the glasses and not fit them. I’m so disgusted and aggravated! This has been a complete nightmare! If I could give this location no stars I would. Horrible customer service and completely incompetent staff !!!

The doctor is amazing but dont take your prescription next door pearle vision!! the lady there is SO pushy and lied about filing to my insurance when i havent even given her any money or any authority to do so. She refused to give me my prescription and said I had to get glasses there with them, and this being my first time I never knew how the process worked. NEVER GO HERE TO GET GLASSES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible service and quality. I had an examination last mid August and it was not prescribed correctly. Went back in and they had to adjust it twice. Then when they reordered they were to call me when it arrived within 7-10 days. I had to call at the 3 week time only to find them there. Then because of a coating defect the left had to be reordered. Again they were to call me within 7-10 days and 3 weeks later I called and they can not find my contact. I do not even have a copy of my prescription to order spares since August. I am easy to please but this is horrible service.

It was so convinient that the optical shop was right next door for me to pick out my new glasses. My pair of glasses was affordable and ready in no time. I live in Plano and always make the drive out to see the wonderful staff at this Pearle Vision and it is WELL worth it! Im so happy I found this place!

The only reason its two stars I explained to them I was goin out of town in less than 7 days and was told if your goin to get a pair they would have to put them in the system immediately and they could be there by Friday.... Friday came end of business no glasses now I have to wait possibly another 2 weeks before I actually get my glasses

Best eye care I have ever received BY FAR. On a Friday night, something was wrong with my eye with a pain level of 7/10 and honestly didnt think I could wait until Monday to see an optometrist. A friend recommended Dr. Gendelman and she went above and beyond for me. She opened the store just for me and saw me right away. Dr. Gendelman was so nice, gentle, and straight to the point. Within 5 minutes she had already diagnosed me and given me treatment (my pain instantly went away). I am so so happy with Nelly and her practice. Safe to say, I definitely saved her number and will be going back. In addition, its located by millions of restaurants; I was able to head over to a pain-free lunch within one minute. Im from Plano and I still would 10/10 make the drive and recommend to anyone who asks for optimal care.

Lied and tried to overcharge. They said they pulled up my insurance and wanted $400 for glasses, went to lenscrafters and they could not find my insurance, called eyemed and my insurance was not even in the system yet... So how then did they pull up my insurance? I pay for insurance so I dont have to pay cash price, dishonest and pressured sales.

Dr gave me the wrong prescription. went back a week later to tell her my prescription was wrong and she insisted it was right. her receptionist has called me multiple times to pick up the contacts they were trying to sell me after I told her I didnt want them.
