We had a 2 year warranty on our battery so we took it in and found out it wasnt the correct battery for our model of car. We were told they wouldnt just give us a new battery but we would have to pay the difference which was around $50. I agreed to pay the $50 and get the correct battery but after the employee helping us spoke with the manager we were told the best they can do is give us 25% off a new battery which wouldve been at least 125.00. They lost our business for good.

Ive been using Interstate Batteries for several years and been coming to this site in Euless. My last visit, this week I dealt with Mr, Deaveion R. who was just great. He explained well my options in a warranty and was a very expedites service. I highly recommend this place and every employee has been just great. Thanks!!!

Very helpful young man assisted me with the purchase of a car battery that I needed for a vehicle in the repair shop. He was a gentleman and offered to carry it out to my car. Have been a customer of the Euless location since it opened, both personally and professionally. You cant go wrong with interstate batteries. Since my repair shop no longer carries interstate batteries, I purchase and install my own. These batteries dont let you down!

Walked in with 2 bad marine batteries that were still under warranty. After testing good but I said differently they were not going to be able to replace them. I said these batteries are not going back in my boat, not an option. They were able to offer me a serious discount on two new upgraded batteries. I have bought 2 Interstate batteries from the Euless location. I am very pleased with the quality of their products. They make the top of the line. All mechanics will tell you to always choose the Interstate brand. The service is exceptional. They will take great care of you.These batteries are so much better and reliable than the auto supply batteries. Ever notice the auto supply batteries constantly are changing their brand of batteries they sell? That’s because they sell the cheapst thing they can retail to the public.If you want a solid quality battery Interstate is the best choice.

I decided to go to Interstate to replace the batteries of two of my watches that had stopped working. One of them started working again right away. But the second watch did not start even with the new battery. So their employee didnt charge me for this one which I thought was very nice & generous of him. He was pretty busy when I arrived because he was the only employee there. So I did have to wait a while. But overall, I did have a pleasant experience. Ill definitely be back in the near future.

We have used this store for watch batteries, security system batteries and most recently a backup battery for wireless devices. I had an issue with a battery recently and it was rectified immediately! Even if this store is unable to provide what you need, they may make a suggestion of where to go which is also helpful. They always have wonderful customer service and are very helpful. We will continue to shop at this store in Euless.

Had a battery go bad and they were fast friendly and informative. Take your own tools to install and remove the battery to save 20 bucks. Mine was covered for 45% off a new one. Thank you interstate!!!

Absolutely loved the service that I received here. I literally was able to pull up, tell them what I needed to be checked out, and go! The technician that helped me was super friendly and honest. He told me that he would first do some preliminary checks of my battery and then some additional checks to see how my battery was running. Everything turned out okay and it only took about 15 minutes. During that time I was able to run a quick errand and come back. I am so glad that Interstate was here so I could get a second opinion. No appointment was needed and the service was great!

Incredible customer service and warranty.Purchased 3 batteries here over the last few years. 1st time, called close to closing and paid for a battery over the phone. The guy stayed 10-15 minutes after closing so I could pick it up. Battery for mini-van gets heavy use, after 3 years it stopped holding a charge. They gave us a loaner battery, charged ours overnight and tested the next day.. said the battery was bad and replaced it for free since it was under warranty... The warranty is a true no-hassle warranty, and the process is very smooth... even searching for the receipt since I had lost mine over the years.

I took my battery to get it checked out. there was not enough time so they let me borrow one but it was not fully charged

I went in this evening to get my watch battery replaced. Service was super fast - one staff member replaced the battery while the other rang up the purchase, so I was in and out with the watch set to the right time inside of four minutes! Thumbs up !!!

Incredible customer service that is head and shoulders above the rest. They gave me a loaner car battery when I was having mine charged and tested and let me take it home an extra day so that I could reinstall my battery myself and not pay the installation fee.

Service is always above par. I brought my fiancés car in to have the battery looked at, and since I have worked here before I have a little knowledge to the subject. The batter obviously needed to be replaced and it was all taken care of in 10 minutes. Fast service, courteous employees who talk to you while they work so you dont feel awkward. These are the things to look for in a customer service center.

These guys are always so helpful. Ive been in a couple times on a short lunch break and the service is always thorough and fast. Thank you Interstate.

They what I ordered but nothing else. If interstate batteries require a special strap to carry them then why doesnt the store sell them. Should be free when you buy $600 worth of batteries.
