Needed to find parts and price for my car. Employee, tried to help, unfortunately, he was unable to get the parts. Apparently, Chrysler has a way of blocking the selling of genuine parts for people to fix on their own or a body shop.

Great customer service! Staff was extremely helpful, got me exactly what I needed and gave me options to fit my budget. The individual items are a little pricier than other places, however other places arent nearly as helpful, good help costs I take it.

I love this store!! They completely go out of their way to help you. I had a car that wouldn’t start so I couldn’t bring it to this location, one of the workers told me how to install the battery step by step so I wouldn’t have to pay to have it towed. This store is awesome

Staff was very helpful. I was asked by 3 different associates if I needed help. There was an issue with the card reader and canceling that transaction and moving to another terminal made me unable to use my rewards so the manager made up for it with a courtesy discount of 10%

They did not want to install a battery to my chevy malibu, saying that it requires reprogramming, so I took it to O’Reilly and my car is good now. No reprogramming or anything required.

Folks who work here are not the most professional. Usually talking loudly between each other and joking around, not exactly kind to the customers, never have been offered any help or assistance while walking in or walking around. Seems like the employees are more interested in hanging out with each other and getting through the day than actually trying to provide great customer service. I suppose if you just want to run in and grab something you know they have, and dont mind the level of service, youre good to go. But if youre looking for a friendly face and some assistance in any fashion, Id suggest looking elsewhere.

The customer service here was incredible! Im embarrassed bc I cant remember the womans name who helped me (I want to say it was Taylor)Everything about her service was utter perfection. I was promptly greeted and got the parts I needed and made a return with absolutely no hassles. She was very efficient and knowledgable. She made small talk and had a positive, upbeat attitude. I really didnt feel like a customer at all but more like an acquaintance or a friend! Once everything was finished she made sure to ask if I needed help with anything else and told me to enjoy the rest of my day, which is pretty routine in customer service but she didnt say it as if it had been repeated to every customer all day, I could tell she really meant it. I know that sometimes customer service oriented positions can be difficult and frustrating, Ive been in a similar role, but I have to say this was an incredible display of professionalism and courtesy on her part and I want to thank her and the rest of the staff for their hard work and dedication, it really makes a difference and sets them apart from the rest! I think its safe to say you now have a customer with a big crush on you lol. This location will be my first choice everytime after today.

Above and Beyond customer service. Jeremy, Awesome Store Manager and Shiela, Best Clerk EVER, Went above and beyond when they decided to give us a ride home with a heavy++ car battery. As a one car family the battery went out, it was not taking a jump start. We walked to AutoZone 1580 anticipating a long difficult walk back, gotta do what ya gotta do, when Shiela said thats to heavy to carry back and she arranged with Jeremy to give us a ride home. I will always shop at this auto store. Amazing People.

This is the only auto zone I’ll go to from now on! Jeremy and Crystal gave the best customer service I have ever received. My battery was beyond corroded and rusted practically together and definitely wouldn’t work anymore. I had been told by another place that there was nothing they could do for me. Jeremy and crystal pulled at it, sprayed it, used every tool they had just to get the battery free from my car to replace it with a new one. I’m beyond thankful they were willing to help me out. I was stressed and over whelmed and crying, but they worked so hard to take that all away for me. They also gave me some advice as far as my car and what to look for and frequently check. They’re beyond amazing. Thank you both for taking the time to help me. You forever changed my views on customer service and my car.

Went by to get my battery tested because my car died. They told me that my battery was fine, and maybe I left a light on and just needed to give my battery a jump. I paid to have my car towed to a car service center, and lo and behold, it’s a dead battery. Autozone obviously doesn’t know what they’re doing, and they cost me a lot more money that I would have originally spent if they had taken me seriously and actually helped me look at the issue.

3 stars cause the guy who helped me knew what he was doing. Other then that terrible service u will wait and wait.. The store is almost never stocked fully and curbside is a joke at this location.

Best Mechanics experience so far.Went in for battery issues n instead of pushing their mercs on me they did instead what was necessary.Agent Jay checked the battery n said it was good for another year so it doesnt need replacement yet but went ahead and explain their battery warranties n gave me all the infos I needed for when I needed a new battery.Because of the cold weather I asked if I needed one of those portable charger in the meantime just to be safe n he agreeed.Said they have a few in store but if I want I can also check on line for more.I opted for 1 in store n he helped me pick 1.I asked for the same kind they use n after pulling it out, went ahead and show me all the buttons n how easy it was to use.They had several customers inside n outside but Jay took time to explain n helped out an anxious n worried customer like me.He wasnt condescending cause I was a female.He just matter of factly offered helps and gave out infos.Another kind gentleman checked me out n wrote up my warranty for the charger.Also explain how long and often it should be charged up.I left feeling like I was just talking with my dad or uncle or brother and they was just explaining and helping me with my issues.Im going there from now on n not Wal-Mart.I went to Wal-Mart first n they couldnt help help n they didnt act friendly either.Auto Zone on Hardwood n Main in Euless.5*****s service.Thank you AutoZone.You all made felt like a family member..

I go here a lot and usually can get good service. Sometimes they are really busy. Especially on weekends. Friendly enough.

I had a dead battery that I needed replaced. I had a coupon for 20% off a $100 purchase for “ship-to-home” orders only. Well For online orders, it doesn’t give option for ship-to-home for batteries, plus I needed the battery right away. I asked Jeremy Sandoval, manager at the Euless AutoZone, if he would be able to extend the coupon for the in store purchase, and he didn’t hesitate, he said yes. I have always had great customer service at this store, and this is another reason why I will keep coming back. Thank you Jeremy and AutoZone!

Whitley was a huge help when I needed my starter replaced during the COVID-19 situation. She told me about the breakdown of fees for the part itself and what Id get back when I returned the core ($40).She does work on cars herself so its nice to talk to another woman about maintenance, as I want to learn more about doing it. She gave suggestions and book recommendations.Definitely go see Whitley if you are a woman wanting help with car repair and may be a little intimidated with doing it yourself. She, as well as all the other staff Ive met so far, have been wonderful to work with.

Rocky helped me out today and he was GREAT!! I had some work done on my car yesterday, and today my check engine light came on. Rocky ran the diagnostic and went above and beyond to open my hood to check it out. He noticed a hose was not connected and he connected it for me. Simple fix but I never would have known to check. He saved me me about 150.00 bucks! Thank you!!

I like this place because they have DIY products and good prices. The staff is very polite and appreciative + they let you browse around so you can find or discover what you didnt know you were looking for. Its comfortable, I love it!!!!

It would be nice if they put sitting bench for customers waiting in the line for 20 to 30 minutes so that they can relax instead of standing for 20 to 30 minutes when the employee is busy answering the phone for 20 to 30 minutes.

I just want to thank Jeremy for all his help with replacing my battery. Every place I called said a mechanic would be needed to replace it and of course it was Sunday and every shop was closed. Well Jeremy saved the day and had my new battery installed in no time. Im very thankful for all their help. Go see them!

Friendly and helpful associates. They still have the service to check the reason code for your check engine light, but you do it with the device yourself to reduce exposure to their employees.

I came in tonight for a car battery, hoping it wouldnt cost me an arm and a leg and he helped me find exactly what I needed. We ended up finding out that my current battery was still within warranty which helped a lot. His sense of humor, friendliness, passion for what he does really touched me today and I am beyond grateful for his service. I asked him how his day was and he responded with Its been great, just like every day. I love my life, I really do. I mean, people with that kind of mindset is what we need more of in this world. I hope Autozone Corporate reads this and that they do something special for this man because he had no idea the kind of day I had before coming in and also the impact he made just by selling me a car battery. Had a battery, less than 2 yrs old not starting our car. The battery was checked, seemed to be fine, but the salesperson replaced the battery as a courtesy. I couldnt have asked for more.

Super great place one of the clerks took great care and Im personally a customer care specialist. I give this place a 4/5 do to the staff being a little to short I get 3 ppl for a Saturday, but a few other guests patients were running thin a bit too fast.

Nice proximity to where we live. All the workers have been very helpful when my husband is looking for parts or needs to place an order. The business hours are also very convenient- we normally decide to run out to buy parts pretty late in the evening!

Great customer service. Came in to get a blinker bulb and was assisted by one of the employees. She came out, figured out which bulbs were out, and replaced them for me in under 10 minutes.

Havent been there in awhile but boy have I missed out! I plane on taken all my time to update my jeep with all the available parts that I can here the prices here are unbeatable!

Oil tanks are always full so if you change your own oil you have to wait or discard oil elsewhere. Usually easier to just go elsewhere.

I unfortunately dont remember the mans name who helped me but he was super friendly! He helped me get the correct new light bulbs for above my license plate and even installed them for me! It was super quick and I definitely recommend this autozone to anyone who is looking for help with car issues!

This particular Auto Zone has horrible customer service I asked for help and was told I would be helped once his partner came back. There where 4 employees and only 1 customer which was me a I was looking at items about 8 to 10 min and all of them where doing nothing and was never acknowledged. I even walked in front of them as I left the store and not one word to me seriously horrible customer service.
