Mike at Sleep Experts off Highway 121in Euless is an absolutely fabulous salesperson! He thoughtfully took my phone call on Friday and within a few hours called back with an amazing deal! Then, in store he patiently helped my husband and I consider various options based on our needs. I cannot speak highly enough about the top tier experience he provided, while saving us money!

Roughly three months ago we bought a mattress and it ended up being the worst purchase we’ve ever made. The customer service was just as bad. I needed a Mattress ASAP, but wasn’t looking for your basic, wanted the Reserve Stearns & Foster. As I understand most places do not stock these, I needed an adjustable base split king, which is even harder to find. My wife is have cancer surgery tomorrow and will be in the hospital for a week, wanted her to be able to come home to a new adjustable bed she can sleep up right until she recovers.With all that being sad we tried 3 other big name mattress places. We’re all by all it’s 3 to 4 weeks out. As I understand this with everything going on, I said what are my options? We’re not offered any, was left with it is what it is, nothing we can do.That’s until I called Sleep Experts and talked to Tye on the phone, now mine you I never take the time to leave a review good , bad or other.But This Man Deserves 5 Stars All The Way!!I told him what I was looking for, he looked it up and said unfortunately we do not have any in stock, I explained the issue and why I needed it ASAP. He said let me call my regional manager and see what I can do. Ten minutes later he called me back, saying we’d be happy to deliver you a comparable Stearns and Foster tomorrow.Your mattress will be in on 8/16, we will then come free of charge, take back the current mattress and replace with the correct one you ordered.Now That’s Customers Service!! I said can you please email me over the quote on everything. Five minutes later it was in my inbox with the model mattress, checked it online, one I wanted.30 minutes later Tye had my sale!! It is with great pleasure that I share my mattress shopping experience with everyone. For starters, I got Daniel on the phone and asked him a ton of questions. He was very pleasant as he was patient while we were on the phone. A couple days later, I finally made it to the store. That was when I met Dave. He impressed when he remembered my phone call to Daniel. Without skipping a beat, He stepped right in to assist me. He was cordial, patient and very knowledgeable about the mattresses. He shared his expertise with me. I was very comfortable with my choice. Later on that night, while we were on the phone, the other line rang. He did not rush me off the phone but I knew I could wait so I ended the call. When I came back to finalize my sale, He was very apologetic about the night before. I could see that it was important to him to provide me with excellent customer service that he gave me a break on the cost of my (same day) delivery. I would definitely recommend them to my friends. Dave and Daniel provided me excellent customer service that is 2nd to none!!!

I walked in and David did not move from behind the counter. He stated that they are low key. He seemed totally disinterested in helping and shut down after when I didnt look like we were going to get something today. Only thing that seems knowledgeable was that the store had a machine to test what you prefer. Cant say that I would want David to help me or nor would I shop there when he works.
