Just wanted to say that if youre looking for awesome service, then you need to go to this store and see Jared! My fiancé and I walked with an idea as to what we wanted and walked out with EXACTLY what we wanted. Jared is a fantastic sales rep that really knows his stuff, and is not there to get you to buy the most expensive mattress in the store to make him feel better, you walk out purchasing what makes you sleep better! Phenomenal job, thank you Jared!

My boyfriend and I went into Mattress Firm with really our options open. We needed something that was going to be delivered within 3 weeks, to AZ. Jared made the process extremely pleasant. He was really friendly and definitely knew what he was talking about. It was a new experience for me especially, but I am super excited to receive everything!

Great options in store and service was quick and very helpful. Jared helped up pick a mattress that fit our needs and budget. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and took his time going through all of options. We ended finding a great deal and got a much better mattress than anticipated. Can’t wait to receive my mattress in a few days.

So just wanted to leave a 5 star for this mattress firm location. I went in at lunch time and was welcomed by Jared. I was there for an hour or so trying out mattresses. He helped me threw the process and was extremely knowledgeable and patience threw the entire process. Not one question went unanswered. So if your in the market for mattress and happen to be in this area and Jared is working you wont be disappointed.

Jared did not disappoint. I looked up reviews on this place and saw repeated 5 star reviews and his name appeared more than once. I assure you every single one of them is well deserved. We were greeted by a friendly employee the moment we step into the store. We came in with an idea of what mattress we wanted but we quickly realize that it was not what we thought it was going to be. I had family coming in town for Thanksgiving and needed a mattress set for the spare bedroom. Cristina greeted us with a smile and after a few questions to narrow down what we were looking for took us to a mattress. Since this was for the spare bedroom and wouldnt be used on an everyday basis I explained to Cristina it was more than what we were looking to spend and gave here our target range and without hesitation or disappointnent Cristina took us to look at another mattress which turned out to be perfect! Walked into Mattress Firm looking for a new bed for the new house.I went to the Grapevine Mills location and was treated with great customer service. However, the Wife was unable to find the Purple bed. (Happy Wife,Happy Life...Right? lol) We then went to another location not to far away in Euless. They were able to assist us on purchasing our new purple mattress with ease. We took advantage of their latest advertisement and got the King Size Purple Mattress for the price of a Queen Size. We will back for the platform for sure!!!

I purchased from Mattress Firm in Las Vegas a few years ago as it has become evident with age that a mattress is very important in healthy sleeping. I had a good experience and didn’t feel like I was dealing with a car dealer which many can relate to. Then we moved to Texas a year ago, purchased a home and found ourselves upgrading our daughter’s room to a king size bed and getting our boys queen beds as our corporate housing we were in for the first year was fully furnished.This is where we met Christy at the Euless Mattress Firm. She was phenomenal! We were in and out in probably less than 30 min. She was extremely helpful and and worked with us to get what we needed. She didn’t try forcefully put into a bed that we couldn’t afford yet she gave us advice on pros and cons with what mattress we inquired about. Looks like I’m locked in as a future customer. Christy @ Mattress Firm in Euless/Bedford is a Rockstar so go visit her when you are in need of mattress to suit healthy sleeping needs!

Doug was very knowledgeable. He listened to both of our needs and made sure we tried all the mattresses. He really cares about making sure you chose the right one. Doug also explained all the sales, guarantees and the whole buying process. We are so glad we came to his store. We thought we would have to shop around but we found the perfect mattress for us at an affordable price. Super excited for it to be delivered.

My wife and I had a great experience at the Mattress Firm in Euless TX. Joseph was very helpful with just the right kind of information we needed. There was no pushy or phony sales pitch, just a professional attitude and he shared his product knowledge without bias. Joseph gave us plenty of space and all the time we needed to make our decision. Janet Bell is excellent and natural at her job. Very attentive without being overbearing. We felt very comfortable to take our time looking around. She was the only salesperson, but never seemed stressed nor left anyone languishing for long periods. She is excellent.

Baylee and Michael were great when I purchased a mattress from this store. They were knowledgeable of the different types of mattress they had in the store. They looked into giving me the best deal for a mattress and an adjustable base. Additionally, there was a glitch on the system in which my delivery address kept being dropped. Baylee called me multiple times to keep me updated. I was able to get my bed on the scheduled delivery date despite the glitch. Would recommend this store. Just go in and lay on your mattress of your choice, and make sure you do this for more than ten minutes. They will not mind and the rest will be a smooth transaction.

They are on the side with Lowes, Schlotzskys Deli, and Chipotle.
