Went here to buy my first mattress ever (always had hand-me-downs and this last one was 15+ years old. I knew nothing about mattresses - cushion level, what to and not to look for, pricing, etc. Roy Gerle was an amazing help. He spent around 2 hours of time between my visits walking me through everything. He was patient, understanding, and open to any questions I had. A great experience. The delivery was also completed in a timely manner without any issue. Definitely a really positive experience.

The new store manager, Bailey, at the Mattress Firm in Colleyville is so awesome that I followed her there from another Mattress Firm location. It was totally worth the additional 20 minutes drive time. Bailey has the expertise and customer service skills that are, quite simply, the best. We bought our second mattress from her today, and had a chance to meet the other staff who seem really good as well.

Had a mattress that had problems. After a short time of use, it started to sag. I was able to return and get a different brand. I appreciated this very much.

The mattress and adjustable base purchase was fine and the employee making the sale was personable and seemed knowledgeable. I was told that both the old mattress and box would be removed on delivery of the new mattress and adjustable base. On delivery only the mattress was removed. I checked again with the store to be sure that I had not misinterpreted that service. I hadnt. Apparently this service was misrepresented at the sale and the box portion was left at my house for me to dispose.I went to the store and talked to another of your agents, and was told that he would check with the warehouse and call back. Brent did that promptly, but again stipulated that they do not take the box portion of sleep number beds. Again, I was not informed of this at purchase. Had I known that, I would have gone elsewhere.There are, according to Google, at least 91 stores in this area that carry the mattress and base I purchased and at no small cost. I used Mattress Firm due to the reputation and assurance that my needs would be met. That didnt happen. My recommendation would be to be very detail specific on what will be done at delivery so an informed decision can be made.

I just bought a mattress set from Robert Gerhing at this location. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in my selection. He was able to pull up the mattress I bough in 2010, in order to get an idea of the firmness level that would work best. He was patient and got us a great deal. The whole process was quick and easy! If I could give something in a negative star I’d do that.I typically do not share reviews however never in my entire life had a salesman made me feel so uncomfortable and upset. I just moved here and I’m looking for a bed. I explained I have a memory foam “king” but I’m wanting a queen. I told him I’m just looking around right now. Truthfully I’m unsure if I want to stick with the same feel as I’m currently in. So he tells me “so what is it that you want, cause I’m uh kind of getting confused” undermining me a bit-being very sarcastic in the process. Me already feeling intimated. So I tell him again “I’m just wanting look around”- I just wanted to feel around for beds.Then he says well there all white rectangles boxes sooooRight then and there I stopped him and said wow thanks for your business and left. I barely even walked in this place. If that is who you have as a lead employer who is supposed to be a qualified customer service salesman. Then thanks but no thanks. Left a very bad taste in my mouth.

Was dreading this shopping trip. But my sales person (Laurie Tanasi) made it a most stress free experience! I was not happy with my first purchase, and there was no problem with exchanging mattress and she even threw in a complimentary pillow. Delivery was on time and very quick.

I had a very small window of time to purchase a bed and arrange for it to be set up at a Grapevine assisted care facility before my 90 year old mother. The office manager took care of me and was very helpful on selecting a bed with a hand-held electrical bed control for raising the head and knee. In a matter of a couple of hours, it was delivered and set up in her new apartment.
