I called this store for a part and for the first time to get the special for the month for using my AAA card. This location said that it was only available online. However, I called the store in Grand Prairie, and they accepted it without an issue at all.

The help was great but the warranty on the NAPA Legend battery leaves a bit to be desired. My truck takes two 12v 875 CCA batteries. The set I purchased 18 months ago failed this morning. When the NAPA tech tested them the volts were at 12v, but the cranking amps were down to 9CCA in each battery. The replacements cost me $169.00 each. The warranty discount was only $18.00. Im going to shop around town and find a better warranty for batteries in the future.

All I can say is Napa has really went down hill. Never have any tool or part that I need. Also the price is not competitive with the other auto parts stores. Also customer service is really lacking here. Used to be good but now cant even get someone to come behind the counter and look for something. This is a dying breed like Sears. What a shame.

Starting from two years ago I always knew I could trust this store. whatever I needed the staff was always helpful and helped me get whatever I needed. well about I would say late last year, I saw that the staff had changed, when I last went there 5 months ago, one of the front staff was a bit rude when bagging my items. I kept my cordiality but it didnt have any effect. Now whenever I go back same treatment no latter what. That’s when it hit me, this place has gotten worse. Its such a shame especially because This used to be one of the only places that would get you the help you needed for your repair and it was from ex-industry professionals.

Great friendly and helpful staff. Leslie is always on top of things and keeps me in the loop being some things I need are obscure.If they dont have it they always will try to find it for me. I cant say enough about the staff. Not many places like this anymore.

I went in for front and back wiper blades and even though he was busy, Earl showed me how they hooked in. After watching me struggle for a couple minutes he came out and did for me while showing me how it was done and threw out the old ones! With a baby in the car we are always in a rush to get things done and Earl helped us out big time. Thank you

What can I say? I found the part I wanted online at another NAPA location in stock and available for store pickup. I thought I would try this location since it is closer to my house. Big mistake. Before the young man at the counter had a chance to look the part up for me an older employee stated no one carries the part I was looking for. Not true. NAPA does but this particular store apparently does not. While it is true most auto part stores have stopped carrying my part, Oreilly does still stock the part but not in all sizes. (I had already purchased one from Oreilly a week before.) I left without the part I wanted or without even being shown the parts they did have in stock. Ive had good luck at this location before with hard to find parts. Based on their current level of customer service it will be some time before I give them another try.

I went in this store there were only 2 people ahead of me in line. There were 5 employees in the store and no one would help me.. when I asked for help after waiting 15min said they be with me .. I waited another 15 minutes. all I needed was really hose and clamps..

Go to the OReillys which is practically next door. I love NAPA, but this location couldnt care less about the shade tree mechanics that walk in. Ive been twice and both times I was overcharged and had to bring to their attention the discounts that were being displayed on their windows. When I did this, both times the employees seemed to be annoyed that I existed. All in all, customer service is a joke at this location. If you want to go to a NAPA, go to the one south of 183 off of Beltline. They are much nicer and more helpful there. Or just go to the OReillys like I mentioned before.
