The selection and variety of lumber exceeded my expectations and the price per board foot was much better than I could find anywhere else. The availability of surfaced lumber is also extremely handy for anyone getting into woodworking or someone without the space for the necessary milling equipment. The guys there were extremely helpful in selecting a type of wood for my project and it was helpful talking to people who were experienced woodworkers themselves.

I just visited Crosscut because the big box stores dont have what I needed. I wish Crosscuts hours were extended a bit, as I cant usually get out during their business hours. However, they had a great selection. They were super helpful, showing me a bunch of choices that would fit my need. They even cut the board to length and loaded it up for me (Im guessing the last bit was because Im hugely pregnant, dont know if they normally do that), and the price was right. A+ service.

Purchased butcher block countertops. Prices were better than at the big box stores and customer service here was incredible. Mike helped me place my order, schedule delivery and point me in the direction of local companies who could install them for me. Overall was an amazing experience and was super happy with the product

Im used to buying wood at Edensaw Woods in Port Townsend. Crosscut has as good of selection as Edensaw. The staff is very friendly and price fair.

Friendly service and good prices. Wish they were open on Saturday for a few hours. It can be a nuisance to take off at lunch to get there while they are open.

Excellent place to shop for a wide variety of hard woods and and plywood panels. Very helpful personnel. I appreciate their willingness to cut large panels to smaller sizes for easy transport.A+ in my book!

Very helpful and friendly employees. Never had any problems with the products they carry. Lumber liquidators totally sucks!

Buyer beware if you are having material delivered. They dropped off the wrong material and wouldnt pick it back up. We had to drive there and take care of ourselves. They offered no discount or apology. They just said, Well our delivery service is complementary...I would rather pay for delivery and have them get it right than use a free service that doesnt work. Wont be back.
