Great group of workers. I purchased 2 redwood raised garden beds. They were very helpful loading them on my truck and explaining how to put them together.

Brother called about buying some boards the lady who answered the phone wasn’t brilliant rather rude. She asked about what kind of boards we were after gave some silly spiel then proceeds to say the only have utility redwood. Waste of time. Girlfriend called about a table and was cut off by presumably the same lady and laughed at before she could finish the sentence to ask how far out they are. Get some class

This is a great place for hand made tables, benches, raised garden beds and more. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They are even open on Saturday which is really helpful for people who work all week. They can build some things to suit your needs as well! We love our table! We have had it for almost 6 years now. We even use it as our dinner table in the summer! I have re-stained it once or twice, and it really freshens it up. They also sell the stain they use so you can keep your purchase looking great for years.

Employees were super helpful. The Kits for my planter boxes came with screws and drill bit. And as they were loading them into my car they made sure we knew how to put them together.... Which we could do in a very short time. Very satisfying !!

Wonderful, quality redwood products with friendly and helpful staff. Raised bed kits here are less expensive than building them yourself, trust me, weve done the math several times! Definitely the place to go for raised beds and picnic tables.

Talked to a lady Saturday afternoon about buying a beautiful, sturdy garden arbour. We drove from east Springfield to pick it . Low and behold they were closed. We were devastated since only day with truck. I asked them to work with me on delivery because of the inconvenience but they wouldnt budge on $50.00 fee. We bought one on Amazon. Free deluvery.

I bought a 6ft regular style picnic table (as opposed to the butcher block) and am absolutely in love with it. I wanted a table to leave on my deck for a a nice low maintenance outdoor table and that is exactly what it is. The prices could not be better. the 6 ft table with two extra 2 foot benches fits 8 average size adults. If there are children I am sure it could fit more. quality work with unbeatable prices! I cant wait to get some more outdoor furniture!

Great pricing on lumber garden beds pre-made or assemble yourself style. Very happy with my garden beds now that they are assembled they look great and are very strong! Only 4 starts because one guy tried telling me that the lumber yard I work at rips people off on domestic lumber when in fact we dont sell domestic lumber and he had no idea what we even have for inventory. I was a bit off put that they would try to throw a very reputable locally owned and family run business under the table when in fact we dont even compete against each other because we sell completely different items. Know your facts bud. I still recommend Redwood Northwest for any of your garden beds, picnic tables or any redwood lumber needs. Great service!
