Good variety of liquor at whatever price point you are looking for. They usually have a sale going on some mid-shelf offering, too, but even without that the prices are competitive and fair. The inside of the store is clean and well-organized, so Im always able to get in and out quickly with whatever Im looking for.

Have always had decent experiences with staff. Good selection. Only set back it can be a little more expensive than some of the other liquor stores.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The owners are despicable; they openly treat their employees with blatant disrespect. Ive never seen more unprofessional owners inside an OLCC run establishment and Ive been in dive bars.Literally any other liquor store in Oregon is a better option than this place.

Workers are always extremely friendly and outgoing. As a young person sometimes going to a liquor at first can be intimidating but staff makes the place very welcoming.

Its the closest booze store near me and I have no complaints. What you cant get here you can go to Albertsons or MoC. Chill staff and excellent customer service as well as a very extensive liquor selection. High end items are plenty as well. If you want beer, goto the grocery store. If you want the hard stuff and a staff that knows what youve in mind, go here. They even have accessories for your home bar or party.

Sad that I won’t patron this business anymore since they are still requiring people to wear masks even after mandates have been lifted.

This liquor store is on my way home from the grocery. I typically just need something small for a recipe. The staff is always very helpful in getting me what I need. I do feel the prices are a little high, but maybe I just don’t buy frequently enough to know.

If you are stuck in Oregon temporarily like me and have to deal with their draconian liquor laws this place is one of the better ones. Revised. Took my 21 year old girlfriend in here and they gave both of us a inquisition. So we couldn’t buy. Sad

Decent selection but echoing other reviews their costumer service was surprisingly bad. We were polite and cheery but the guy running the store today did not give a hoot, I havent seen someone that apathetic/depressing in years. Prices arent better than other places so I will be avoiding this store for the various better locations in Springfield.

IDK what it looks like inside, IDK anything about it bc they wanted to deny a quick customer some service, who knew exactly what they wanted, even though there was still a person checking out at the register, and it was 6:59. Yes, I know they close at 7 , but I had obligations today to attend and just finished up and raced over there from 20 minutes away. Ive worked in restaurants where we have let people in even like 5 min late, which always really sucked bc you have to wait for them to order, get their food cooked, eat, pay, and then leave. So I dont see how letting someone run into the store grab what they want and leave is a big deal. Poor customer service @ most Oregon liquor stores. It might be more expensive 2 be able to buy liquor in grocery stores, but its a lot more convenient, and you dont have to deal with these angry, very inconsiderate, young adults.
