We stopped in and had a flight. We enjoyed the the Rye enough to purchase a bottle. We shall return for the fine cocktail offerings. The tasting room is a very inviting and comfortable, the staff were knowledgeable and very pleasant. The store offeres barware and fine gifts. We enjoyed our visit and will return with our out of town guests

SO IMPRESSIVE! With the Autumn season in full swing Heritage was already layered with holiday spirit. The air was warm with the smells of rum brewing. Excellent table service! Limited indoor seating. Outdoor seating options were metal chairs and tables under tent. They were cold with no heat or sides all the way around.Incredible food truck choice with hot and delicious selections! Very fast service.Not ADA friendly.

This is a great place for a relaxing hour or so of great adult beverages. Staff is awesome and knowledgeable. They have done a good job of “Covid-prepping” the facility, and staff works hard to clean up everything after each customer leaves. Plus, you can buy your own distilled sanitizer there right there! Nice little location in the Whit. Go! Go now!!

Went for the purpose of checking out gift sets they have been advertising. Learned that you can get 10 airplane liquor sized bottles of their rums for $30. Had been curious what these gifts sets actually included. Was greeted upon entering by a very sweet young woman who was happy to help us. Considering this as a Christmas gift.

The staff is amazing, the facility is top notch and the product is incredible. I almost never give five stars, but these folks earned that and more. Highly recommend!

Product is great, however service is hit and miss in Eugene. One person at the location consistently offers great engaging service. While others seem more focused on conversations with each other rather than waiting customers.

Nice products. flights are fun and can include mini cocktails. On a Saturday afternoon it was very busy downstairs but we went upstairs. It was quiet and gave you a view of the production facility.

Went in the first time it was great we got the double barrel rye it was so smooth; it was bottle 7/8. BUT we Came in about a week later got the same double barrel rye labeled as 5/8. The man there said it was the same one-bottles matched , all labels matched but this one tasted like a cheap Evan Williams. I felt like I got played- i paid $45 for something that tastes like Evan Williams. How could the taste be that different if it was the exact same bottle just bottle number 5/8 versus the first bottle as number 7/8

Great products, but very slow and unskilled staff. Waited 25 min for 2 drinks while watching one bartender walk around trying to create conversation with the customers that were already served while the other literally stood around twiddling his thumbs..

The barmaids were friendly and helpful. The establishment looked neat and clean. The Elk Rider Rye was my favorite by far. Was impressed with the small barrel aging. Overall a great experience and I will be going back.

Love this place! Ive visited several times and the employees have been excellent every time. The tasting room is a great experience so you can try a bunch of the liquors before you buy. You can order cocktails made with the liquors too. I had an excellent hot toddy on my last visit.The BSB has become very popular, so I appreciated getting a chance to try it before buying. The coffee & vanilla vodkas are also fantastic. Great prices for the quality of the alcohol too imo. Very happy that this business is here.

What an absolutely BEAUTIFUL establishment! The pinnacle of PNW craft spirits. The Staff treats you like family & the atmosphere is very laid back & upbeat.

After two trips to this place for drinks, we took the plunge and became Cask Members. These people are all wonderful people. Didnt realize till after we had left one time that we had been talking to one of the managers or owners for a good 2 hours, they are so down to earth.Were in the process of making a Vanilla Whiskey for our cask. They walked us through in depth of the process the whiskey will go through, when we should sample it to know when we wanted to bottle, and what the overall experience would be for that next year. Were fairly DIY minded, so we had a lot of questions. Not once did they try and stop or steal us away from learning their process. They clearly love what they do and it shows throughout their entire business.On a side note, their mezzanine gives an awesome view of their beautiful plant. Worth poking your head up there, even if you want to drink your Bavanda downstairs.

My husband and I have been wine tasting for a couple years and figured we would attempt to visit a distillery (in Eugene). Since we were “newbies” we were oblivious to the drinks to choose from. Our server (Lori) was kind and gave us a few suggestions. Needless to say they’ve made customers for life! We went with the intention to taste and left with 8 bottles. Great service and selection!

TLDR: They do not serve anyone in the tasting room who isnt an investor.Saw a sign that said tasting room open outside the location, we walked into the tasting room and waited for 20 minutes to be rudely told that they only serve buyers. I looked online before we came out to make sure the tasting room was open, there is a sign outside that says the tasting room is open, yet they will only serve buyers. We came in planning to purchase flights and then decide what bottle we wanted to purchase. We explained that we had the intention to buy, but they continued to only serve one woman who claimed she was a buyer. Unfortunately we will not be purchasing anything after the staff treated us, and I doubt we will ever be back.

I had the opportunity to visit this place while in Oregon. The Brown sugar bourbon is absolutely delightful! Just wish I could get it here in California.

Their staff make good drink and are always friendly. Their brown sugar bourbon is award winning, my favorite vodka of theirs is the coffee.

Great place. I am a spirits and cocktail nerd. I was very excited to learn this place existed. They have good cocktails and good spirits. If you like a sweeter drink I highly recommend trying their Brown Sugar Bourbon or their Lavender vodka. They appear to have a good working relationship with the Finnis Italian food cart hosted in their parking lot. Aside from ordering with two different people it was a seamless experience to get our food and our drinks. We had arranged to take a tour on a Saturday at 3pm, but decided to do tasting flights prior to the tour. The staff was friendly, patient, and welcoming even though we took quite a while to do our tastings and eat. Their retail space had a nice selection of neat barware and branded merch. Their bottle prices were affordable and on par with bigger brand prices at the liquor store.

The Brown Sugar Burbon is to die for!Flavor is great, the after Taste reminds me of a cinnamon roll and it calmed a horrible cough, thank you Heritage! I will be buying it again!
