Has most of what we need, but daaaaaamn, not enough cashiers during rush hours and I’m seeing a ridiculous number of noses and staff saying *nothing* about it. No signs asking for both mouth AND nose to be covered either. Really, Albertsons. The link goes nowhere. On both desktop and their unintuitive mobile site. I was mildly irritated before. Now more so.And just FYI, future PR responses to this review--I am not interested in spending even more of my time clarifying my already very clear feedback (not enough checkout staff during peak hours, signage about covering both mouth AND noses and staff enforcement of mask policy). Its my favorite grocery store in Eugene. You do not have to have a card for their specials. The staff is all friendly. If you have their app you can save so much more but even without the app their prices are good. Products are great. I have been shopping here nearly 5 years.

The person doing drive up online orders is awesome! Always super nice and has such a great attitude. Definitely recommend doing it if you’re not looking to go in store and shop!

I was at Albertsons on coburg road today and want to send out a big thank you to the cart handler in the parking lot… I didn’t get his name but I know he has a shoulder disability.I’m going through chemotherapy and am sick a lot. I locked my keys in my car and without hesitation he helped me to get back in my carI offered him money but he declined.A young man like that needs recognition!He deserves recognition in whatever way you give itThank you

The store is clean but very expensive. The music piped in is so obnoxious and depressing, I dont think it enhances the shopping experience. Im completely serious, I cant figure out who they are trying to appeal to. I try to get out as fast as I can.

Staff and management are very friendly and helpful. They truly care about wanting customers to come back. There meat and produce departments are the best and freshest too.

Lucerne brand homestyle vanilla ice cream if you havent tried it highly recommend it. Its the closest one Ive found that taste homemade. Delicious!!!

I love my local Albertson’s. I’m here almost every day. Love the cashiers and courtesy clerks.

Its a grocery store. Dunno if it should still be called Albertsons or something like AlbertSafesonsway since the merger with Safeway. Although, if youve ever been there, its pretty much still the Albertsons youre familiar with. Food prices are lil on the high end but their app is fantastic for making your grocery list & getting great deals & you can even earn rewards.

Coburg Rd is one of the nicer Albertsons stores that I have shopped. It seems a bit smaller in size, but still carry great deals. Ive found fantastic bargains on $5. Friday.

Great selection and friendly staff. A staff member went out of their way to look in the back room for an out of stock product. I really appreciate when staff are able to do these kind of things without making me feel like a pest. So, thank you again!

Very organized. Clean and awesome people to help with anything you may need. Prices are just right. Produce is the best. Deli has the best grilled and fried chicken... Always fresh, never over done. This is the place for everyone.

Stopped in for a quick & easy chicken dinner deal... It was fairly quick & easy, but dissappointing.. Legs not usually smaller than the wings... there was a full/over-flowing container to chose pieces from & picking thru it, I am not sure why we ended up with the smallest ones?? And the tiny leg pieces were hard & dry like under the lights for 8 -10 hours...

This one s my current favorite Albertsons. Its got a well tended produce section and a real nice person or two behind the meat counter. .

Okay. Not to be compared to Safeway, especially the one located in downtown Eugene. Despite less selection, the store is clean organized and staff is friendly.

A little pricey, but conveniently located near where I live.

Albertsons is great I mean really great, always fully stocked with awesome fresh overpriced items with-in arms reach to many to list. Thankfully they except our nations greatest gift Food Stamps or only the upper class would be buying those delicious king crab legs an $15.99 a pound thick cut imported rib steaks. Yum thanks ammerrka you do it just right!

Went to Sav-on pharmacy at Albertsons. Both times were very helpful and offered suggestions for easier pickup. Waiting times were very minimal.

One thing you can trust with Albertsons is they will have groceries. All kinds of groceries. Groceries that come in big boxes and groceries that come in small bags. Groceries are one of those key essential things that you need to live and Albertsons has them in the store, on the shelves. You can walk around the store and pretend that you are like Caesar at a market during the Roman empire, selecting the best goods for you and rejecting the ones that dont meet your needs. Thumbs up or thumbs down, the choice, and the power, is yours!

Recently went to Albertsons on Coburg road,The the Employee working in the Deli department had such a great attitude,I watched him handle the hot oil , then change his gloves to assist me , so conscientious, and friendly even cracked a joke , he was a delight , in the otherwise difficult Covid times . They always have great deals and I stop here frequently on my way home from work. I especially love their flower dept and the deli dept.

Id give it 4.5 if I could.The good: the evening manager is a respectful and respectable fellow. His no nonsense attitude and obviously thorough knowledge of his store are helpful.The not-so-good: Not-quite clean bathroom (though I do have to say Im grateful theyre open at all AND the not-quite at this Albertsons beats the pants off all of the local Fred Meyers bathrooms!). My only other complaint is that they had none of the monthly pocket-sized coloring books I have been buying for the last year in stock.

I used to shop here all the time. Unfortunately the staff has began to be extremely disrespectful, unhelpful and sometimes seem to think its ok to harass customers. I will not be returning there for any grocery shopping in the near or distant future.

The deli is old and nasty

Its a very clean and professionally kept up store. It has the best meats and produce anywhere in the area, far better than wholefoods! It cost a little more but its well worth it.

We are on a plant based diet, and can always find lots of good choices at Albertsons! Helps us avoid the high priced specialty stores for most things. Thanks Albertsons!

Most beautiful and fresh butcher block where u can get nice fresh cuts of meat, seafood, sometimes bacon wrapped items like stuffed jalapenos, stuffed chicken breasts etc. If u dont see any Im sure they would be happy to prepare you some if u ask!! Fresh produce and service Deli and have your meat and/or cheese sliced the way you like it!!! Fresh flowers you name it!! THEY GOT IT HERE!!!

Had to wander around the frozen food to find the vegan section but since it was so hidden (not clearly marked) they had just what I was looking for. Went here specifically for one item that was sold out elsewhere. Decent selection of frozen vegan/vegetarian options.

This is a pandemic rating-Staff is friendly, store is well stocked and looks clean.My problem is the staff in the deli/bakery, everytime I shop there 90% of the workers in that area only are wearing face shield, no mask.Also the staff in general doesn’t enforce to customers not wearing a mask that they need to go put one on.Too many times I have had to call out their customers for not following the rules.Before the pandemic I would give them a 4 star review.

The meat department is excellent. Fresh and good presentation is outstanding. Christian is very friendly and enjoys his job and the customers. He will take time and make you feel comfortable. They discontinued marking items down on the last day. I’m disabled and limited income and I can’t afford full price. They would rather throw items away than help people with limited incomes. In addition they lose lose money by throwing it away. How much income they lose over a year has to be a lot. They don’t care their rich. Sad practice. Safeway and all the stores owned by Kroger’s do it. This store the meat department is much better than Safeway. They don’t give rain checks unless it’s in the paper. I hate that

Clean and bright! Well stocked with no empty shelves. The employees were helpful and friendly.

I like the pharmacy because they are friendly and very helpful if I have questions regarding my clients medication!! The store itself, not so friendly. I usually have to wait in a long line. When the COVID19 hit hard and they put the arrows in to go through the store in a certain direction, the person cleaning the cart didnt share that information. I was looking up reading the aisle signs and two beverage merchandisers very rudely told me I was basically stupid. I called and complained, but I think that was as far as it went!!

Love hate relationship.Location is convenient(love), prices definitely reflect that convenience(hate).I don’t go as often as I used to, only for emergency things or last minute items I may have forgot to pick up elsewhere, I will not go full on grocery shopping because it will cost 2x as much.

This r is the grocery store that I went to for years. They have a great selection of food, as one would expect.

A nice shopping experience, older store, but well stocked. Good selection of organic produce, all cart racks are up close to the store, staff not particularly friendly.

Albertsons on Coburg road is my favorite out of them all. It is clean and they seem to have more of a selection. Always friendly to me.

This is a good Albertsons. Big selection of different foods, good produce and always clean. The employees are very helpful and usually knowledgeable about the products they carry. They will go out of their way to make sure you find what you want. Handicapped accessible parking, doors and motorized handicapped vehicles available.

I was happy with the quick friendly service. I ordered 9 multi colored balloons, to pick up. My balloons were ready in less than 10 minutes, they were beautiful in array of colors and the strings were different in colors.

I love Albertsons. There are fresh vegetables and fruits everyday and also bakery. Shop card, Just for U gives always alot of discount everyday.Especially 12 large egg was big sales sometime just $99.

Every employee is very helpful and nice. I live near by and have been going here for years. The employees recognize me and call me by name. I love the family here and will always return when I need to fill the cupboards or just get something quick

This is a nicer looking Albertsons than most. It is well stocked with a wide variety of products. The few employees I talked to seemed friendly and HAPPY! That is fresh for 9pm on a Tuesday night! I kinda wish the store was in my town.

Nice people and good service for the most part 😒 In all of the years Ive been shopping here, Ive really only had one major issue which was very recent. One of the staff who I believe is some type of manager, treated me like I was a common criminal/thief when I came in to complain about being charged for an item that did not make it home with me. I had a receipt and everything but because Im disabled and cant drive, I cant get to the store very often and it had been a week or so since the item was left at the store to when I could get in to report it. I probably wouldnt have said anything if the item wasnt so expensive because this is not the first or last time Ill get charged for something I didnt receive, trust me it happens ALL the time. The woman (I THINK it was a woman??) that helped me asked the cashier, who didnt remember and then said I had to fill paperwork out and someone would contact me. Guess what? After 2 months Im STILL waiting for that call 😡 I spend hundreds of dollars in the store each month and honestly, Im still wondering why she didnt just give me the refund for $22 or the product which is what I wanted at the time. The only thing I can deduce is that they tried to placate me and figured Id just forget when no one called me.....wrong. I checked with the cab company to see if maybe my item was left in my cab but they said no (I also called the store but was told to call back and speak with a manager but due to issues from my brain surgeries, I forget stuff and never called back) Seeing as how this has happened (with less expensive stuff) multiple times that Ive just never complained about, Im fairly certain it was left in my cart and then re-stocked and sold. I really hate being made to feel like Im some sort of criminal or something when Ive done nothing wrong. Ive been in and asked about the case at least 3 times since and completely been ignored. Most of the people who work there are SUPER nice and helpful and the store is always clean etc., my only complaint before this was that everything was just so damn expensive but since joining up with Safeway and being able to take advantage of the just 4 you deals has made it much more reasonable to shop here. The pharmacy staff are great as well and I get all my prescriptions here and everyone is always so nice and helpful ☺

One of the few remaining Albertsons stores in Oregon(maybe the country???). This store was not so bad a long time ago...prices are about the same as safeway. Similar fare to other mid-to-upper class grocery stores. small bakery/deli area, small assortment of kitchen things, and the rest is just groceries. Sea Food and Meats at this store can be a hit and miss depending on the day. Sometimes on wed/thursdays the meat looks a lot worse for wear. Ive seen packages of meat that were off color instead of their red/pink(depending on type of meat.) color that they should be for the type of meat that was being sold. Its gotten better the few times I bothered to look when I was last in there a week ago. Still there are better places to get meat that is of better price and quality. Nothing special here, a real pass mostly due to staff that I have observe acting rudely either directly to customers who were older or handicapped. Sometimes they would be rude behind their backs..only stopping when they would see me or another person staring at them. still surprised to see this kind of staff member being allowed to stick around after being reported to the manager from customers.

This is a great store! The customer service is fantastic. My only complaint is that they have phased out a lot of the vegan meal items. Because of this it is not the place where I do my main shopping.
